I returned 45 minutes later to a locked door with a sign on the door stating the shop was closed and the owner was around the corner with a phone number to call. Beware - no warranty. Stupid me, dropped the iPhone and glass shattered into a million pieces. My bad for not using a plastic guard. I went here to fix. They replaced the glass but did it poorly. Had to go back and fight with them to repair the repair. Right side of the phone was dead. Could not text! Then 2 weeks later the glass "cracked". I bought a plastic guard and did not drop it. The break makes me think they used inferior glass. Didn't shatter. Actually has a sharp edge (not safety glass). See photo. Don't trust them!!!!! read more

I do not recommend this place. I took my daughters iPad for charging port repair in December and they charged me $179+tax to have it fixed. Apparently the port was never 100% according to my daughter and I took it again in April once she told me it wasn't working at all. They want to charge me another $179+tax to have it fix again. I always try to shop with small business, I want them to thrive and do well but I also expect them to provide equally as good of service if not even better and more personable than big brand stores. He did offer me a $20 discount...I believe something fair would've been to pay for labor since part should have some warranty. But to each their own, obviously not doing business here no more and wanted to share my thoughts. read more

This service was amazing. Amazing customer service, came in to get my iPhone fixed. Best Buy charges me $180 without Apple care coverage, needed to keep my phone over night and needed my password supposedly. This was from geek squad. So I come here to IRepair service, told me my phone would be ready in 1 hour, and I also got a free protective screen. Not only did they not fix it correctly but they charged me $250... my phone started acting up a few days after they "fixed it". These people are also rude. Please do not go here. iRepair charged me $150 dollars for my MacBook Pro speakers to be replaced. It went bad in less than a week, they replaced in and then the other speaker went bad, it was replaced again for $150 dollars. That speak went bad but after their 3 month warranty. In short this is a high priced shop that puts substandard product into your device. I will never use them again! read more

Awesome customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers. My iPhone had an issue internally and had it fixed. It was a two week process, but they were helpful every step of the way. The only reason it was time consuming is because we had to get Apple involved so the time it took had nothing to do with them. I hate to give bad reviews because it would hurt their business. One minute I was at college siting down typing up my lab report on my laptop and the next minute I came home and the laptop wouldn't turn on. I thought it was the battery but charger wouldn't budge to charge. I saw that this place had 4-5 stars which seemed promising. These days, computers are expensive. I didn't want to buy a new laptop unless I know I can fix it. I took in my 2015 Apple MacBook Pro and I asked them how long it would take. They assured me 2 days and that they would give me a call. After two days, I didn't get a call. I had to call them to get a status. It can be infuriating to not know any updates. The whole time they were very vague and no one was explaining to me what was going on. All I kept hearing was " it was sticky". On the third day, I called to see how it was going and they said, " maybe today or tomorrow". On the fourth day, I had to show up at the place. They said that the technician would give me a call at 7pm, which is roughly when they close. The cost of repair was overpriced. They said " the hardware needs to be repair and replaced" they were never specific about what's damaged. They just referred it as the " hardware". They were going to charge me $549. I said I was going to go ahead and pick up the laptop. Once again, they said they would call me on Monday afternoon when it's ready for a pick up. Monday came and I didn't hear from them. I had to show up at the place. It went from 2days to a week. I had final exams coming up. I tried my best to be patient, lenient and understanding. read more

Horrible shop. I brought my computer to them to extract data off of my laptop that was broke. I paid them 85 dollars up front. Didn't hear nothing from them for two weeks so I called them. They hadn't even started on it yet. The manager Gary told me it would be free if it was easy. I would call them once a month or so because they would not call me at all to give me updates. When I would talk to them, they would tell me that the tech would call me in an hour or so. They never would call me back. This happened at least 6 times. They hardly speak any english so you can't communicate with them. I went to pick it up after 5 months and they wanted to charge me 250 dollars after they said it would be no charge. He never called me to verify charges with me at all. That ended up giving my 85 back but they stole my charger for the laptop that I brought in with it. They said they would look for it and call me the next day. Guess what, they never called. The owner is rude. Interrupts you when your talking and then he tried to tell me that its normal to take 5 months to extract 16gb of data. Horrible shop. The Better Business Bureau should definitely get involved because they are a group of con artists read more
