Called on Tuesday to see if they can replace a broken camera cover glass. They said they can order it. Took my iPhone 14 pro max in on Thursday 5/25. The tech examined the picture and showed me a couple tiny spots on edge against a white background that is problem with lens but otherwise picture is good. We even have pictures taken the previous day that are excellent. The 1x camera cover was replaced with aftermarket one that was not dark like the other 2 but no big deal. Major problem is that camera picture from the 1x lens is very cloudy now. It is unusable for picture taking. The 0.5 x and 3 x lens that he didn't touch are fine. When I complained to tech he acted like he didn't test the picture quality of that lens and acted like it was already there. What idiotic repair place shows me the dot issue against white background. Also he claimed that it was other lens he tested. The iPhones all open/ defaults to 1x camera when camera app is opened. Shouldn't he have tested out the camera that he is working on show me that it is cloudy before working on it if it was already there. Also why would I want to spend money and fix the lens cover on lens that is extremely blurry. I called owner who wasn't in store while I was in store with tech and explained issue. He said he was busy and would talk with tech later and call me back. I didn't get callback. I called and left message Friday morning and still no call back. How great would it be to have a business at fault admit fault and take care of the customers then you will have loyal customers and good word of mouth promoting your business. I will update if I get a response from them. Update: 6/4/24 I got phone issue taken care of at Apple for $699. Manager of place contacted me after this and offered to replace camera but now it's too late. I asked to see they would cover any of the Apple bill. He got with owner and they gave me $200 of it and apologized. I'll bump them up a star for this effort. read more

I had the best experience here. I used a Groupon deal and got my iPhone 6s+ fixed for $81. They fixed it very quickly, took only about 30 minutes. Everything appear fine, they put a screen protector on for me that I grabbed at Walmart. I got to my car and noticed issues typing. I went right back in and they fixed it in 20 minutes. No questions, no trouble. I got home and noticed it acting weird again. Lagging, clicking on random things. I went in again today and he replaced the screen completely. He thinks the issue was the screen protector, not the new screen. The manager refunded me $20 for the troubles, that were likely just my stupid protector I bought! iPhone is working great now, no issues. 100% happy. Can't find a place with better customer service. I cracked my iPhone X screen and got it replaced in less than 30 minutes for $140 before tax (cheapest I could find anywhere!). I was very impressed until I got home and saw a sort of fine mesh on my new screen. I returned the next morning and the guy said he would try a new screen if I could wait another 30 minutes. Again he was very fast and explained that there could be something in my phone that broke when I broke the screen. He said he tried four new screens and they all looked that way, which lead him to believe further that it was my phone not the screen. Because he felt bad that I had to come back, and that it wasn't getting much better, he put on a screen protector for me for free. The guy who runs this place is totally awesome. We have been here twice in the past few weeks for phone issues. The first time a piece of plastic was stuck in the charger port and wouldn't allow my son's phone to accept charge. He's a type one diabetic with a dexcom app that syncs with his continuous glucose monitor so it's essential for him to have his phone. They simply removed the bit of plastic, free of charge! Then, when we needed repair a second time, we returned to this same helpful location. A cracked screen on the same phone was causing issues. No problem they told us!!! We dropped it off at 5:30pm and picked it up two hours later with a new screen and fully charged! The store is easily accessed and it's super clean and well-organized. He has always given me a discount because I have brought in both at the same time. This time I came was because my boys went out and played in the mud. They came home looking like muddy Sasquatches. I was upset and told them to strip down and put their clothes in the washer. Neither one removed their phone from their pockets, so 2 hours later we discovered they were both washed when the clothes were being put in the dryer.
