Simple, affordable and amazing quality. I can't recommend them enough for the price range and versatility they offer.

I called to be sure they were able to fix my iPhone 13 mini and then headed over. I didn't get her name, but she was so nice and friendly! Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to! read more

First time tried the service here for my iPhone repair. Quick service and professional. The price matched with my expectation. And the staffs in the front desk were friendly and honest (thats a plus). They also explain to me the process and how not to buy or involve into the fake or bad smartphones or digital products market. For sure that I will come back if I need any service for not only my phone but also if I need another ipad or tablet. Recommend. read more

Changing my review because my phone screen stopped working after a month. It was very glitchy and then my screen went black. My phone screen warranty was a few days past the 30 day warranty so they couldn't do anything. Even though it was their fault. I will never be back, I wish I would've spent that $120 for a new phone instead of a screen that gave out in a month! Don't buy new phone screens, it's not worth it and your phone will go out quickly! Just get a new phone if you can and don't waste your money on new phone screens read more

On the Oct 29th between 11am and 12pm. After coming from my therapy. I decided to stop by at the Vphone Repair to clean my phone. Because my iPhone had some dirt around the speakers. When I went inside and I asked the lady who was working there at the moment. If she can clean my phone and she said yes she can and also told me me it will cost $20. Which I agree to pay, usually any other place they only charge $10 to clean because it doesn't take that long to clean. I would say hardly 5 mins. I checked the voice quality which I played on YouTube. I was satisfied but when I came home and talk to my brother and other people on the phone. They all said you sounded far away. Even I put them on the speaker they all said the same thing. I thought since she cleaned it. It might take same time to dry out but that was not a scenario. Then I had to go out of town even then I was facing the same issue. I came yesterday out of town and today decided to go to the shop and speak with the person about this issue. Because everything was working fine before the cleaning. When I went inside of the store and I spoke to the Asian guy and explained him everything. He called the Asian lady and told him about the phone cleaning. Then Asian dude trying to explain me they only cleaned outside and did not accept the mistake they have done. They damaged my iPhone. When I ask him how we going to fix the issue. He said they need to change the part which cost $85. I told him first of all you guys damaged my iPhone and you are excepting me to pay that amount. I will tell everyone not to go to this place and waste your money and save your phones before it ended up damaged. I believe Asian dude was the owner of the shop and rude. I told him I'm not going to argue with you because you're not going to accept your fault that you guys damaged my phone. After that I walked away. I hope this will help to everyone. I just review your comment. Yes you did asked me about the if there was sugar around the speaker and I told you it was a gum. Which is only outside. Yes volume was louder and I have told you about it. But after the cleaning my voice call is not cleared. Before the cleaning I could hear the calling voice clear and also on the speaker. I don't what you did to my phone but it's an another way to scam people and take more money from them. Shame on you. read more

I had a decent experience with Vphone Repair. The staff was friendly and helped fix my screen quickly. However, the repair price seemed a bit higher than other places. Overall, not bad, but there's room for improvement! read more

Vphone Repair is a hidden gem, and should be your first choice for phone or tablet repairs. My son cracked a 7th generation iPad. We bought a kit on Amazon but got a fair price from VPhone repair and returned it. They did the job in less than 2 hours and salvaged the iPad given potential long-term damage caused by the broken glass. If I have this or a similar issue again, I will definitely only go to VPhone repair. read more

10/10 service. Phone was fixed within 15 minutes and price was very competitive as well

Came in two days ago purely based off the reviews. They are indeed in fact true! The Owner was extremely kind and so nice! I told her what happened and She throughly explained why my phone stopped working , presented me with options as far as the parts that needed to be replaced and even threw in a screen protector! -- This place deserves all the love, it's totally legit. 10/10 read more

My wife's iPhone died, and the Apple Store wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to tell her whether or not any of the data could be saved. Rather than spend the money and be uncertain, I figured it would be best to get a second opinion so we stopped by the same day after work. The wonderful employee quickly explained to us what our options were and then was able to quickly determine that yes in fact, the motherboard was dead, and none of my wife's information could be salvaged. A disappointing result, but at least we didn't pay an arm leg to find out. It's strange, you sort of don't wanna need a service like this, but if we do again, I know exactly where we will be going. Thank you! read more

You can communicate with text messages and discuss different options. I asked her about iPhone batteries from Amazon and she said they use better ones and I think so too because under heavy use, battery still shows 100% capacity and lasts pretty long during the day. read more

I took my iPad in to get the front glass repaired. Everything worked before, just had a crack in the glass. Vphone Repair was the fastest to respond, and had the best pricing. Repair took a little over an hour, and aside from the minor scratches on the case (from when I dropped it), it looks and works like new. Highly recommended. Sorry, no before photo. read more

Excellent service and experience with owner Yen. Convenient location and highly recommended.

Phone screen cracked after 2 weeks of use after replacement. Admits no drop damage or obvious signs of damage present. Claims screen wouldve broken after 1st use if screen was faulty. Admitted to use refurbished screens. Not new. Response to manager, you asked me to press on the screen once to see if it would crack. Please explain to us how that is a valid test of proof of quality. read more

This place is great! I have had my sons iPad cracked screen replaced here and just today, they fixed my daughters frozen laptop. They are fast and the prices are great! I would highly recommend this place to get your electronics fixed. read more

Great service. Good price. Friendly people. Fixed the water damage in my iPhone so I could exchange it.

Contacted them via Yelp messaging about a broken screen replacement on an iPhone X. Got an immediate response with a great quote. They had the part in stock and were able to complete the screen replacement while we grabbed lunch in the area ~30 minutes . The price was so good I had my cracked iPad screen replaced as well. Great advice from the owner because the trade in value at AT&T to upgrade our iPhone X and Xr for new 13's was $800 because both iPhones were in good condition. We bought new covers and screen protectors for the new 13's from Vphone repair for a fraction of the price at AT&T. Will definitely use Vphone Repair again in the future if another screen gets busted! Thanks for the excellent customer service! read more

Repaired my iPad screen! Did a great job for a reasonable cost. I would recommend them!

Received a rapid quote to replace an iPhone screen. Took the phone in next day, they confirmed diagnosis, found one other speaker that failed and repaired everything same day. They even picked up an out of stock part at another location and still had it finished same day as quoted. I'll use them again for sure / kids break phones! read more

*** RIPOFF QUOTE *** I just called and got a quote for an iPhone 4s battery. He came back with $120 because it's old and hard to find. (I just use it as a music server). I said Amazon has them for $9. He says well it's really hard to get into and it's a lot of labor. I said it's got two screws at the base and the back pops off according to youtube. Now I know how women feel at the auto shop. *** No egg rolls for this place *** read more

First to respond to my Yelp inquiry, reasonably priced, quick, and professional. Thank you for fixing my iPhone's cracked screen!

They provide good and professional service, and I can trust them for mobile screen replacement.

Best flexibility! Nice people there! Super friendly! Very reasonable! Great repair experience!

This shop has gained my business for any of my repair needs! I talked during the day about the issue I was having with my daughter's laptop and then was able to go by the shop after work. It has been having charging issues and hasn't been used for months. He looked at the laptop and narrowed it down to a setting that my daughter changed and was effecting the battery's speed and ability to charge. He could have easily taken advantage of me knowing it wasn't charging and did whatever he wanted. He was honest and kind. Someone I can trust going forward. I will be back, hopefully not soon, with any issued I have with my devices! Thank you for being honest!! - Brandi, happy customer! read more

UPDATE:::: My phone doesn't respond to a lot of buttons. I have to press really hard to take a picture. Don't get you phone fixed here! Do NOT get your screen fixed here. The glass is not the same quality and you will most definitely be able to tell. They even admit it!!! Pay the extra 50 to get it fixed at Apple. Coming here is like putting a plastic window on a Mercedes. I asked the guy to refund me and there's no refunds! Skip this janky place. read more
