Before I left, he double checked everything like FaceTime and Face ID to make sure it was all working perfectly. He even added a screen protector for free and would not accept a tip, even though I tried (I still did for the superior service!). He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem.
