This is definitely the place to go especially compared to other places offering the same services. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tahir. Brought my iPad in and he fixed the shattered screen within a day for the best price anywhere, and also used yelp discount. Came back to him months later needing assistance clearing space on my iPad and he helped me in trying to figure that out right away. He is a caring and helpful person and I really appreciate that. What a rare breath of fresh air! read more

Definitely do not recommend They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here. read more

CellPhones4Sure - iPad, PS5 XBox & Computer Richardson - Electronics Repair Near Me - Richardson, Texas

This has been my go-to place for phone and iPad repairs for years. Recently I took an iPad to have the broken screen repaired. The next day Tahir called to say the screen was fine and only the screen protector was broken. He could have charged me to fix it and I would not have known any different. I really appreciate such honesty and integrity in someone I do business with! It's great to find someone you can trust. read more

Great service and the Tahir was very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to see what I exactly needed. It took him about a hour to fix my phone I would highly recommend this place to anybody. read more

You cannot beat the price of $50 to repair the screen of an iPhone 5. I entered the store and he had me call the work phone so he could test the phone and sensor. I filled a short sheet on the service I requested and what device I had. He told me 20 minutes, so I walked back in after the time was up, and the phone was ready. Cell phones 4 sure is right off the highway and is easy access. Everywhere in Fort Worth charges $99 for an iPhone screen repair, so $50 ($45 with yelp check-in) is an awesome deal. The one year warranty is another great bonus. See their website for details. Overall, it was fast, easy, and affordable. read more

Fast, easy repair for cracked iPhone 8 Plus screen. He repaired while we waited and very happy with the repair. Will definitely come here again if we have another screen cracked. Thank you! read more

I have used this business twice for repairs to my grandson's iPads and can only say this is by far the best repair shop of cell phones iPads I have dealt with. The owner or who I dealt with both times at the Richardson store was very professional and the job was done in a few hours both times and the cost was below the cost of I had to pay at other places. I had used a cell repair place a year ago and thought I was calling the same place to fix screen of iPad and on my way there I realized it was not the same place but I decided to try it anyway since the price quoted over the phone was lower than I had paid before.. Thankful for my mistake!!!! This will be my go to repair shop now for all my electronic devices !!!! read more

Fast and effective service thus far. I needed a screen replaced for an IPad. Price was fair. Good customer service

I really want to post a positive review for this place due to their great price and very friendly and prompt service, but I didn't pay $90 for kindness. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 in to have the front glass fixed (it cracked from a very minor fall), and at $90 it seemed a steal compared to other options. The main problem is that although the price is great, the fix is not the proper fix. In order to properly affix the glass on the S4, you have to add a UV adhesive between the LCD screen and the glass. They do not do this here, they affix the glass to the LCD through a tape-like adhesive around the edges of the glass. This leads to two very irritating problems: A) The screen becomes less responsive. After the new glass was installed, the responsiveness of the screen to touch is only at 2/3-3/4 of what it used to be. It doesn't bother you too much at first, but the more erratic the screen responsiveness gets, the more it will irritate you. B) Since there is now a gap between the glass and the LCD that has not been filled by UV glue, you will start to accrue dust particles on your screen between the glass and the LCD and you can't do anything to get it out. This too starts out as a small problem but gets more irritating when dust particles cover what you're trying to read. I brought the phone in and asked if there was a fix for it, or if they can try to use UV glue and they said they can't but they're willing to get the dust out once a year. That's very nice and great and all, but considering that there was noticeable dust after two weeks, that still leaves 50 weeks a year of accumulating dust particles to deal with. Again, very nice guys, but I would look for a more professional fix so that you don't replace one irritant (a broken screen) with another (unresponsiveness and dust). In the future, I will just cough up the extra money and send it in to Samsung and get the phone fixed right. read more

Dropped off my iphone with the destroyed screen during lunchtime, came back 30 minutes later and the screen was just like new...in perfect condition. There was some confusion because the new employee handed me the bill, which was 20 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone. He wouldn't give me the owner's number and told me to come back later this afternoon if I wanted to talk about the bill (he didn't use the nicest tone either). I lucked out because this employee also didn't know how to use the credit card machine so he had to call the owner for instructions...once I spoke to the owner, everything was fine and he honored the original price he quoted. Tip: be firm and don't just pay whatever price is on the invoice. read more

I've had the unfortunate experience of shattering two Apple devices, an iPad mini and an iPhone. I can't even blame those incidents on my kids - it's been me each time. That said, I had the fortuitous experience of placing my devices on the extremely capable and honest hands of Tahir at Cellphones4Sure. Both my devices came back as good as new! I've had nothing but stellar customer service each time I've visited and recommend Cellphones4Sure every chance I have! read more

An ex of mine found this place by googling and gave it a shot. First time around it was an HTC EVO 4G and an attempt to run on uneven pavement early in the morning. I dropped the phone off at lunch time and it was ready by the time I was off of work. I have had to use them a second time for A Samsung Galaxy S4 and they fixed it wonderfully. It is by far the most timely service and the best price for screen repair around that I can find in the area. I've tried looking elsewhere as I live in Dallas and work in Plano but this place is just the best. Another review mentioned not fixing the screen properly. It's been months now since my last fix and I haven't noticed my phone being less responsive or collecting dust. If anything, both phones, the new screen actually made swiping easier. I also wasn't charged $90...I believe the Galaxy S4 was about $70 for me. read more

Went in on Friday , price was very good and my phone looks brand new ! Totally recommend

In the course of about 4 or 5 years, Tahir at CellPhones4Sure has repaired 6 to 8 phones belonging to myself or family members. He is the only cell phone repair man I will ever go to. His prices are great. His service is impeccable. His turnaround time has always been super fast- from 10 mins to next day. Next day only if I dropped off close to closing time. I used to live close by, but recently moved about 40 minutes away. I still go to his shop and tell all of my friends to go there as well. He is honest and will tell you straight up if a repair may be too costly to invest your money and if it's better to just get a new phone. His service and prices can't be beat! read more

This is my go to place for electronic repair. Hands down the best!!!!!! Great customer service, reasonable prices, fast service.

I've been using his place for a couple years ,cracked iPhone screens, tablets and such. The technicians there assess the problem give you a couple options. All at a good price. I rely on their honesty. Over the years I've sent several of my friends there and they've all had a good experience. read more

Cracked Screen on iPhone5s: I contacted the store and the gentleman informed me that if I came in right away he could repair my iPhone5s within 30min. And I did just that. I had recently dropped and cracked the screen pretty horribly and could not clearly read the screen. Once I arrived the gentleman was extremely kind and went to work on my phone right away. Before he began he had me verify what was working and not working on the phone. Once completed he had me do the same, even had me make a phone call to verify the phone was functioning. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends! Thanks! read more

Cellphones4sure is worth the drive no matter where you are coming from. Most cell phone repair places only really specialize in iphones. If you have a part that needs to be replaced on an Android device, call any of these places and they'll likely have to order it. One of the great things about Cellphones4sure is that they carry a backstock of the many parts and color variations thereof relating to all the devices they repair. This means that more often than not they'll already have what you need when you call. The owner is very nice. I called ahead and got there a little before closing on Saturday. Unfortunately, my wife's phone was damaged again, and this time it was the glass and the display. I figured I'd be dropping it off and returning the next day. Instead, the owner offered to stay open and fix the phone for me so I could have it that day. It was a really kind, especially since the phone was completely unusable. All in all, my wife spent all of 2 hours with the phone broken before it was repaired. You won't find better customer service anywhere. read more

AMAZING JOB and EVEN BETTER PRICE!! I was looking to replace my cracked iphone5 screen. The owner gave me an unbeatable price and had me out in under 10 minutes! My phone looks brand new and works better than ever. One top of all that, Tahir was friendly and gave excellent customer service. He even went as far as to OFFER ME A WATER! I will definitely be back to repair my iPad, my wife's iPhone, and our Macbook. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. This is the place for all your tech needs. read more

My 10yr old took the case off his iPad...we all know how the story starts. It fell off his nightstand and the glass shattered. After going through several google reviews on repair shops we decided to go to Richardson and drop it off with CellPhones4Sure. He greeted us and was super friendly and helpful. In today's time it was nice to see he had guards up and sanitizer and mask. It was near the end of the day and he asked if we would mind picking up the next day. That was fine. I arrived the next day at the time he had given and the sons iPad was good as new. The price was fair and service was good. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the same situation. read more

This guy is awesome! Just got my iPhone fixed. He could've charged me 3x the price, but didn't because he proposed an alternative fix which was cheaper and faster. Tahir is the owner and responds quickly. I messaged several iPhone repair shops and CellPhones4Sure's pricing was the most competitive. I showed up at his shop and my iphone screen was replaced within 15 minutes. He even noticed that my screen and battery was replaced. The owner of this place could not have been any nicer! He did a prompt and great job fixing my iphone 5 and the price was the lowest that I found after calling many different companies in DFW. I had a hand me down phone from a friend and actually went back in the following week after getting my screen fixed and the owner took it a part to take a look/make sure all was working properly for free! Highly recommend this place to everyone. They show great knowledge of iphone and androids which is a major plus. read more
