Definitely do not recommend They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. You cannot beat the price of $50 to repair the screen of an iPhone 5. I entered the store and he had me call the work phone so he could test the phone and sensor. I filled a short sheet on the service I requested and what device I had. He told me 20 minutes, so I walked back in after the time was up, and the phone was ready. I really want to post a positive review for this place due to their great price and very friendly and prompt service, but I didn't pay $90 for kindness. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 in to have the front glass fixed (it cracked from a very minor fall), and at $90 it seemed a steal compared to other options. The main problem is that although the price is great, the fix is not the proper fix. In order to properly affix the glass on the S4, you have to add a UV adhesive between the LCD screen and the glass. They do not do this here, they affix the glass to the LCD through a tape-like adhesive around the edges of the glass. This leads to two very irritating problems: A) The screen becomes less responsive. After the new glass was installed, the responsiveness of the screen to touch is only at 2/3-3/4 of what it used to be. It doesn't bother you too much at first, but the more erratic the screen responsiveness gets, the more it will irritate you. B) Since there is now a gap between the glass and the LCD that has not been filled by UV glue, you will start to accrue dust particles on your screen between the glass and the LCD and you can't do anything to get it out. This too starts out as a small problem but gets more irritating when dust particles cover what you're trying to read. I brought the phone in and asked if there was a fix for it, or if they can try to use UV glue and they said they can't but they're willing to get the dust out once a year. That's very nice and great and all, but considering that there was noticeable dust after two weeks, that still leaves 50 weeks a year of accumulating dust particles to deal with. Again, very nice guys, but I would look for a more professional fix so that you don't replace one irritant (a broken screen) with another (unresponsiveness and dust). In the future, I will just cough up the extra money and send it in to Samsung and get the phone fixed right. read more

Dropped off my iphone with the destroyed screen during lunchtime, came back 30 minutes later and the screen was just like new...in perfect condition. There was some confusion because the new employee handed me the bill, which was 20 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone. He wouldn't give me the owner's number and told me to come back later this afternoon if I wanted to talk about the bill (he didn't use the nicest tone either). I lucked out because this employee also didn't know how to use the credit card machine so he had to call the owner for instructions...once I spoke to the owner, everything was fine and he honored the original price he quoted. An ex of mine found this place by googling and gave it a shot. First time around it was an HTC EVO 4G and an attempt to run on uneven pavement early in the morning. I dropped the phone off at lunch time and it was ready by the time I was off of work. I have had to use them a second time for A Samsung Galaxy S4 and they fixed it wonderfully. It is by far the most timely service and the best price for screen repair around that I can find in the area. I've tried looking elsewhere as I live in Dallas and work in Plano but this place is just the best. Another review mentioned not fixing the screen properly. It's been months now since my last fix and I haven't noticed my phone being less responsive or collecting dust. If anything, both phones, the new screen actually made swiping easier. If you have a part that needs to be replaced on an Android device, call any of these places and they'll likely have to order it. One of the great things about Cellphones4sure is that they carry a backstock of the many parts and color variations thereof relating to all the devices they repair. This means that more often than not they'll already have what you need when you call. The owner is very nice. I called ahead and got there a little before closing on Saturday. Unfortunately, my wife's phone was damaged again, and this time it was the glass and the display. I figured I'd be dropping it off and returning the next day. Instead, the owner offered to stay open and fix the phone for me so I could have it that day. It was a really kind, especially since the phone was completely unusable.
