Definitely do not recommend They fixed my daughter's phone for $215. She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that's normal. (Incredibly annoying!) Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. I felt it absoloutly necessary to edit my review from a one star to a five, after Tahir reaches out to me. He wanted to make things right and was so professional and not upset with me for my review at all. He was just concerned about me not being happy about what had happened. Of course I wanted to give him the chance to make things right. I brought my phone to the Richardson location where he is, and he had my phone fixed up in about a half hour. It's been a few days and I'm not experiencing any malfunctions. This second experience was so redeeming, and understand I was a bit too quick to post a negative review. Especially since Tahir warranty's his shops work for a year. I should have called back when I started experiencing issues. It seems as though Tahir takes pride in his work, his employees and his reputation. I would suggest going here to have your phone serviced :) ---- Brought my IPhone 7+ in for screen replacement. Took about an hour. When it was finished being "fixed" the earpiece would not work and I could only hear if a phone call was on speakerphone. He apologized and told me sorry sometimes that happens. Ok. About 30 min later he came back out and had me retry. Worked this time-great! Paid and left. A few days later my screen was 100% unresponsive. I reset my iPhone and called to let him know, he told me "it happens with the iPhone 7+, reset it and update it and it would be fine"-great! Next time my screen was unresponsive I did as he said. It didn't fix the issue. When I charge my phone at night I need to hard reset my phone almost every morning. Randomly throughout the day my screen stops working and I need to reset it. And now my earpiece no longer works AT ALL! I can only make a phone call if I put it on speakerphone. I can't believe I paid for this. And I would rather have a cracked screen than a dysfunctional phone. read more

Tahir was very nice which is why they are getting 2 stars. I had an appt for 5:15 to fix a cracked IPhone 6 and got there early. She took my phone and gave me the price that was quoted through Yelp messaging. After about 30 min, she came out to say that the only white screen they had was not compatible with my phone and asked if a black screen was ok. After driving 30 minutes and leaving work early, I just wanted my phone fixed and said it was fine. After another 30 min, she comes out to tell me this is a problem she's never seen before that none of the screens are compatible with my phone. I find this very hard to believe. She gave me back my phone and now it was flickering. She took it to the back again for another 15 min and couldn't fix the issue. As an IPhone repair store, I found it pretty embarrassing that they 1. Didn't have enough supplies, and 2. Couldn't fix the basic issue that probably 50% of their customers come in for. Like I mentioned, she was very nice and apologetic but that can only get a business so far. UPDATE - Tahir has contacted me numerous times to help fix the situation, offering to drive to near where I am located to possibly fix it. I have already got it fixed by another company but I can tell Tahir takes his business very seriously. I am moving their review to 3 stars to reflect their customer service, going above and beyond what most companies do. read more

Requested a quote this afternoon and asked me to come in for a free diagnostic. I came in around 5:40. Mr. Tahir greeted me and my brother as we walked in. Took a look at my phone and he didn't give me any false hopes. He said there's a very small possibility to save my phone if it's not a battery problem and it's the phone itself. He tried a different battery and it wasn't responding and I started to fear the worst since this was a fairly new phone I bought from a friend. I came here to get a cracked screen "fixed" and although they fixed the screen isoon after it started glitching and became incredibly sensitive. I went back because of their warranty and got told that it happened because of a drop or pressure, so assuming I dropped it this happened.. they tried to charge me to get it fixed even thought it wasn't something I did. Went into the Apple store and got told that obviously I didn't use them to change the screen and the screen glitching was an error by whoever "fixed" it. I told them that whoever I went to said that I caused it by putting pressure and Apple explained that if the work was done correctly then pressure couldn't do this. Would've preferred to keep the cracked screen than have these problems :( read more

UPDATE: I want to note here that upon speaking with the manager, he was very helpful and resolved my issue. They were of great service to me when I needed my phone repaired after the first problem. He really wants to take care of his customers and is willing to look further into your situation. Although I wish the warranty had been better explained the first time, I am thankful that they are working to improve their company by now providing a detailed explanation sheet of the warranty to all customers. Thank you. ------------------------------------------------- Initially, you will think your phone is repaired, but soon after you will notice the poor job they have done. I had my screen repaired and in the moment when they quickly ask you to make sure things look alright, you will not notice the defects. When I got home I notice the iPhone's sensitivity to touch was seriously degraded, the screen was bulging out of the phone, and the home button became rather loose. Before I was able to bring it back, it fell and completely shattered due to the poor condition they had left it in. Keep in mind, I had never cracked my screen prior to that week. When I asked them to fix it with their "lifetime warranty", they replied that the warranty only applies to phones in perfect condition that have not been shattered again. I don't understand the point of a "lifetime warranty" if it doesn't cover the phone cracking again, especially within the next few days, due to THEIR OWN NEGLIGENCE. Highly unimpressed. They may charge $10 less than everywhere else, but NOT WORTH IT. read more
