iPhone 17 pro. Had about 20 drops and finally the screen cracked with a case on. Hit side on a concrete corner. Took it to this place for new screen Bad news. After repair. Scrolling text has color shifts, The glass is thicker so comes out more of case , and the battery drains a lot faster. The free protector does no help to protect. First drop and it is broken and only been 10 days. Week glass. Was a small fall in a case but since glass bilges out and is a weaker glass bingo. Broken again and pixels are out. Spend the money and get an oem glass from Apple. I'm going to Apple now tomorrow to get it a new screen in hopes no problem them doing so. . It will use less battery , be a lot stronger and not as thick. read more

We called early this morning around 11 am after the ad online said they opened. I spoke to someone who told me I could bring my daughters phone and that they are open until 3pm. I drove over 35 miles to find the shop completely closed with no sign stating why they were closed and even though business hours are posted on the front door. Very bad customer service! They are inconsiderate of other peoples time and scheduling. Today was the last day I had to get my daughter's phone fixed before she left, which they reassured me they could do. And then leave before we arrived. This place is a complete joke. Do not waste your time here. read more

Phone Repair Plano - Wireless place is an absolute disgrace - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Plano, Texas

I absolutely recommend this place!!! It's inside the Jusgo supermarket and it's really easy to find. I went to an UbreakiFix phone repair place earlier and they quoted $110 plus tax for an iPhone 7 Plus Screen replacement. They didn't even have the part and had to order it. I found this place instead and they had the part and it was ONLY $80!! They replaced it in less than an hour on Mother's Day! I'm very Grateful!! read more

My husband took my iphone in for a screen repair. Replaced the screen with a screen protector in less than 30 minutes. Was really fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. read more

You always appreciate a business when the customer service is helpful & very kind. Then you'll appreciate it even more when the actual service is great. My phone was shattered and Mazhar replaced the phone at reasonable cost in reasonable time. I recommend this place! FYI: He was taking COVID precautions by putting a plastic wall between customer & himself. read more

OMG talk about above and beyond!! The man who runs this shop is absolutely amazing. I walked in yesterday to get my screen replaced. He checked the functionality of the phone and confirmed I only needed a screen replacement and nothing else. He told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I went for a walk around the shopping center and came back about 20 minutes later. He was already almost done. When he gave me my phone back it was perfect. The whole thing looked like a brand new phone. It was great and so cheap! $70 bucks + tax for the whole thing (iphone 6s plus). You CANNOT beat that price. Here's where I'm blown away. I somehow managed to leave my pocketbook at the store, without even noticing. Not only that, when I started looking for it later that evening, I became convinced it had fallen out of my car while I was loading it up with groceries, because I'm just that forgetful. Devastated, I go about cancelling all my cards and looking for my birth certificate, so I can get a new ID come Monday. Sunday afternoon rolls around and there's a knock on my front door. Low and behold, it's the shop owner, there to return my wallet. Not only did he keep it safe for me, waiting all day Saturday for me to return, he took his one day off to drive it over to my house (address listed on my ID) to make sure it got back to me. Anyone else might have stuck it in a drawer and forgotten about it, thrown it away, or even stolen my credit cards or money and pretended they never saw it in the first place. This man is a genuinely kind, honest person and I couldn't be more grateful for both his service and his kindness. If you need any kind of phone repair or service, I truly hope you stop by his shop. He deserves the business and so much more. read more

I had to get this iphone 5 repaired a few years ago (screen replacement), and chose a spot in Allen. That didn't go so well - the replacement screen didn't work well, the screen fitment didn't seem right, and I had to argue with the shop about the fact that the battery wasn't working. Well my screen cracked again, and this time I did my homework. I went to Phone Repair Plano - they were only a handful of dollars higher and seemed like they would be much better to work with. The positive Yelp reviews helped. I showed up at the Jusgo market (the repair shop is on the east side of the building), struck up a conversation with DJ while he fixed my phone. He ended up having to undo some of the previous shop's work, got a new screen in, got the fitment right, and re-seated my rear-facing camera. He was honest, friendly didn't try to upsell unnecessarily, and I got to know him a little bit. Sure the screen isn't OEM Apple quality, but you're not paying a ridiculous $250 either. This is a great shop to get your phone repaired - I'll be taking all my phones to DJ and the crew. read more

Just walked in and the gentleman was so nice! He fixed my iPhone in less than 20 minutes. The screen is perfect. Will come back again if my screen ever breaks again!!! read more

My iPhone 11 screen/display randomly stopped working one day so I took the device to the Galleria Apple store where they ran a diagnostic test and informed me the screen would need to be replaced. Phone Repair Plano quoted me significantly less to replace the screen then Apple so I brought my device to them. The gentleman who took my phone at PRP informed me the repair would take an hour...30 min later he called me and let me know that he had removed and reinserted the phone's battery and the screen started working again. My phone has worked great ever since then and PRP did not charge me a single cent for the work. I highly commend their honesty and would recommend bringing your device here! read more

I shattered my iPhone6 screen... stupid me, I know. So I was frantically looking for a place to get it fixed since I was basically walking around with broken glass. This was one of the first places I found on Google and I immediately called him asking for a quote. Unfortunately, they had already closed by the time I was wanting to get it fixed so I went in the very next day as soon as it opened. It cost me around $113 (the actual price was $105 but with taxes and all that, my total was a little more) to get my screen replaced! The best part was - it only took around 20-30 minutes. I left for a little to grab a cup of boba from Bobaland and by the time I was back, he was finished! It looks FLAWLESS. I couldn't even tell that it wasn't an Apple screen. There's no scratches, no off coloring, no lines, NOTHING that you would expect from getting a screen replaced. The man who fixed my screen was polite, efficient, and very helpful in getting it all done. I highly recommend coming here if you've got a cracked screen! It's located inside of Asia World Market/JusGo. If you come in through the side where Little Sheep Mongolian hotpot is, it is the store immediately on your right. read more

EDIT BELOW ORIGINAL POST When I first left this store I was ready to leave a 5 star review! Even though online it says they open at 10:30, but they actually don't open until 11, I was thrilled to have my screen fixed for such a decent price! And the guy gave me a free screen protector for having to wait. Overall I was pleased. However, shortly after leaving I realized that while I was typing, my phone was very glitchy. It wasn't processing when I hit certain buttons or hitting ones that wasn't hitting at all. I was accidentally 'liking' things on social media while trying to scroll, or just plain couldn't select things. It was very frustrating!! So I went back to have the issue resolved, but they didn't have any screens for my phone that day, so I had to come back another day. So I was finally able to get back in and get a new screen. It seemed that that fixed the problem! I was pleased to have my normal working phone back. But I have noticed that while it is significantly better, it still isn't 100%. There are still glitches and it is annoying, but my screen isn't shattered so there's that. All in all not bad, but my guess is the screens probably aren't the highest quality, so buyer beware. EDIT: I have no reduced my rating to the lowest Yelp would allow. Yesterday my phone stopped charging out of nowhere while i was not home, so I had to hurry to find a fix. T-Mobile refereed me to FlyPC in McKinney where they discovered after opening my phone to replace the port that SEVERAL parts were MISSING!!!! Not once was anything mentioned while this place was replacing my screen that anything was missing. And I had never had any issues with my phone before taking it here. Since there were 2 plates and nearly ALL of the screws missing, the ports just completely disconnected. Thankfully the honest and courteous people at FlyPC replaced my parts and got my phone back in working order. I am extremely frustrated with the poor business practice of this phone repair shop and would NOT recommend anyone go here. read more

I had cracked my screen to where it was nearly coming off completely. Every where I called was charging $100 - $150 for an iPhone 6s Plus screen replacement, I was referred by a few friends to come check this place out. BEST DECISION EVER, it was cheap and fast. I ran into the grocery store to pick up a few things and by the time I came back it was ready and looked perfect. He will even throw in a tempered class and put it on for you to where they're are ZERO bubbles. Can't stress enough how great and friendly this establishment is, go check it out! New loyal customer! read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service!! I originally went to another phone repair shop on Springcreek and was told it would cost $250 to replace my cracked screen on my iPhone 6S plus. I walked in and he quoted me a much lower price - $70 with tax and even threw in a phone case on the house after I told him about my first ordeal with the other company. I'll recommend this shop over and over again. Can't beat the price, can't beat the speed (he had me in and out within 15 minutes it seemed and that was with helping another customer) and can't beat the friendly service. read more

This place is great! Another place told me it would be $50 to fix the home button on my iPhone5. I took it here and the guy noticed immediately that my screen wasn't attached correctly. He snapped it together and the button worked fine and he did not charge me. I had called before I went in and he said it would be $35 and 20 minutes to fix the home button which was also a very good price. He was friendly and professional. I will return here!!! read more

this day I contact amazon which refuse to sorting out the problem with the order number ORDER # 114-4482367-0719436 by which you acquired to a cell through amazon amazon as I intended cancel the cost shipping the product which costs 200 dollars which I think is unfair I pay for sending a cost equal to what cost me the phone, I am writing to plead its good service and quality to help me solve this problem somehow seems unfair because I lose my money you send me being guilty of a damaged product. The last time I changed the phone screen. Really garbage, Home button installed oblique, the screen is a fake, not Apple. I went back to find him to repair, and said my phone may be the last time and the screen broke together. Finally, I spent $ 30 to find another repair phone to re-install the Home key. So it is not Home key is broken, his technology is too junk, the attitude is not good, said 2 hours, the results took 2 days. He is really a garbage. read more

Came to visit this shop after reading those positive reviews. Was surprised to see the door closed even though it was still in the posted business hours, and no announcement was posted. As I called the shop, the man at the other end only kept claiming that "we are closed today". It seems that every visit would be a blind gamble of whether they gonna be open. I would not gamble with them. read more

Pure hack. First, replaced screen on phone with wrong color; claimed he left a message before doing so (lie). took it home after a $20 discount. The screen was falling off as soon as I turned it on. Brought it back, showed him. Offered to get me the correct black screen at that point and it would be ready next day. I called him next day- late in day...he informs me it the one they got was defective and it would be another day. Called him (never got a call from him)- he said it was ready, went to get - pulls is out...tells me I will need to charge it some (as if I'm really gonna take it without knowing it's fixed) - get him to plug it in to charge it for a few min.... Doesn't work. He takes it apart, checks connections, puts back together - wont work. I told him to either refund all money and take screen off, or, refund 1/2 and let me go get it fixed at another place. He gave half back after mentioning he will lose money on the deal (felt so sorry for him, ..not) - brought it to Jason's in Richardson - fixed it same day by figuring out it was not put back together properly. Don't EVEN go here for repair. read more
