iPhone 17 pro. Had about 20 drops and finally the screen cracked with a case on. Hit side on a concrete corner. Took it to this place for new screen Bad news. After repair. Scrolling text has color shifts, The glass is thicker so comes out more of case , and the battery drains a lot faster. The free protector does no help to protect. First drop and it is broken and only been 10 days. Week glass. Was a small fall in a case but since glass bilges out and is a weaker glass bingo. Broken again and pixels are out. Spend the money and get an oem glass from Apple. I'm going to Apple now tomorrow to get it a new screen in hopes no problem them doing so. . It will use less battery , be a lot stronger and not as thick. read more

We called early this morning around 11 am after the ad online said they opened. I spoke to someone who told me I could bring my daughters phone and that they are open until 3pm. I drove over 35 miles to find the shop completely closed with no sign stating why they were closed and even though business hours are posted on the front door. Very bad customer service! They are inconsiderate of other peoples time and scheduling. Today was the last day I had to get my daughter's phone fixed before she left, which they reassured me they could do. OMG talk about above and beyond!! The man who runs this shop is absolutely amazing. I walked in yesterday to get my screen replaced. He checked the functionality of the phone and confirmed I only needed a screen replacement and nothing else. He told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I went for a walk around the shopping center and came back about 20 minutes later. He was already almost done. When he gave me my phone back it was perfect. The whole thing looked like a brand new phone. It was great and so cheap! $70 bucks + tax for the whole thing (iphone 6s plus). You CANNOT beat that price. Here's where I'm blown away. I somehow managed to leave my pocketbook at the store, without even noticing. Not only that, when I started looking for it later that evening, I became convinced it had fallen out of my car while I was loading it up with groceries, because I'm just that forgetful. Devastated, I go about cancelling all my cards and looking for my birth certificate, so I can get a new ID come Monday. Sunday afternoon rolls around and there's a knock on my front door. Low and behold, it's the shop owner, there to return my wallet. Not only did he keep it safe for me, waiting all day Saturday for me to return, he took his one day off to drive it over to my house (address listed on my ID) to make sure it got back to me. Anyone else might have stuck it in a drawer and forgotten about it, thrown it away, or even stolen my credit cards or money and pretended they never saw it in the first place. This man is a genuinely kind, honest person and I couldn't be more grateful for both his service and his kindness. If you need any kind of phone repair or service, I truly hope you stop by his shop. I had to get this iphone 5 repaired a few years ago (screen replacement), and chose a spot in Allen. That didn't go so well - the replacement screen didn't work well, the screen fitment didn't seem right, and I had to argue with the shop about the fact that the battery wasn't working. Well my screen cracked again, and this time I did my homework. I went to Phone Repair Plano - they were only a handful of dollars higher and seemed like they would be much better to work with. The positive Yelp reviews helped. I showed up at the Jusgo market (the repair shop is on the east side of the building), struck up a conversation with DJ while he fixed my phone. He ended up having to undo some of the previous shop's work, got a new screen in, got the fitment right, and re-seated my rear-facing camera. He was honest, friendly didn't try to upsell unnecessarily, and I got to know him a little bit. Sure the screen isn't OEM Apple quality, but you're not paying a ridiculous $250 either. This is a great shop to get your phone repaired - I'll be taking all my phones to DJ and the crew. read more

My iPhone 11 screen/display randomly stopped working one day so I took the device to the Galleria Apple store where they ran a diagnostic test and informed me the screen would need to be replaced. Phone Repair Plano quoted me significantly less to replace the screen then Apple so I brought my device to them. The gentleman who took my phone at PRP informed me the repair would take an hour...30 min later he called me and let me know that he had removed and reinserted the phone's battery and the screen started working again. I shattered my iPhone6 screen... stupid me, I know. So I was frantically looking for a place to get it fixed since I was basically walking around with broken glass. This was one of the first places I found on Google and I immediately called him asking for a quote. Unfortunately, they had already closed by the time I was wanting to get it fixed so I went in the very next day as soon as it opened. It cost me around $113 (the actual price was $105 but with taxes and all that, my total was a little more) to get my screen replaced! The best part was - it only took around 20-30 minutes. I left for a little to grab a cup of boba from Bobaland and by the time I was back, he was finished! It looks FLAWLESS. I couldn't even tell that it wasn't an Apple screen. There's no scratches, no off coloring, no lines, NOTHING that you would expect from getting a screen replaced. The man who fixed my screen was polite, efficient, and very helpful in getting it all done. I highly recommend coming here if you've got a cracked screen! It's located inside of Asia World Market/JusGo. If you come in through the side where Little Sheep Mongolian hotpot is, it is the store immediately on your right. read more

EDIT BELOW ORIGINAL POST When I first left this store I was ready to leave a 5 star review! Even though online it says they open at 10:30, but they actually don't open until 11, I was thrilled to have my screen fixed for such a decent price! And the guy gave me a free screen protector for having to wait. Overall I was pleased. However, shortly after leaving I realized that while I was typing, my phone was very glitchy. It wasn't processing when I hit certain buttons or hitting ones that wasn't hitting at all. I was accidentally 'liking' things on social media while trying to scroll, or just plain couldn't select things. It was very frustrating!! So I went back to have the issue resolved, but they didn't have any screens for my phone that day, so I had to come back another day. So I was finally able to get back in and get a new screen. It seemed that that fixed the problem! I was pleased to have my normal working phone back. But I have noticed that while it is significantly better, it still isn't 100%. There are still glitches and it is annoying, but my screen isn't shattered so there's that. All in all not bad, but my guess is the screens probably aren't the highest quality, so buyer beware. EDIT: I have no reduced my rating to the lowest Yelp would allow. Yesterday my phone stopped charging out of nowhere while i was not home, so I had to hurry to find a fix. T-Mobile refereed me to FlyPC in McKinney where they discovered after opening my phone to replace the port that SEVERAL parts were MISSING!!!! Not once was anything mentioned while this place was replacing my screen that anything was missing. And I had never had any issues with my phone before taking it here. Since there were 2 plates and nearly ALL of the screws missing, the ports just completely disconnected. Thankfully the honest and courteous people at FlyPC replaced my parts and got my phone back in working order. I am extremely frustrated with the poor business practice of this phone repair shop and would NOT recommend anyone go here. read more

Every where I called was charging $100 - $150 for an iPhone 6s Plus screen replacement, I was referred by a few friends to come check this place out. BEST DECISION EVER, it was cheap and fast. He snapped it together and the button worked fine and he did not charge me. I went back to find him to repair, and said my phone may be the last time and the screen broke together. Finally, I spent $ 30 to find another repair phone to re-install the Home key. Pure hack. First, replaced screen on phone with wrong color; claimed he left a message before doing so (lie). took it home after a $20 discount. The screen was falling off as soon as I turned it on. Brought it back, showed him. Offered to get me the correct black screen at that point and it would be ready next day. I called him next day- late in day...he informs me it the one they got was defective and it would be another day. Called him (never got a call from him)- he said it was ready, went to get - pulls is out...tells me I will need to charge it some (as if I'm really gonna take it without knowing it's fixed) - get him to plug it in to charge it for a few min.... Doesn't work. He takes it apart, checks connections, puts back together - wont work. I told him to either refund all money and take screen off, or, refund 1/2 and let me go get it fixed at another place. He gave half back after mentioning he will lose money on the deal (felt so sorry for him, ..not) - brought it to Jason's in Richardson - fixed it same day by figuring out it was not put back together properly. Don't EVEN go here for repair. read more
