If I can give this review a 0 star I would certainly do that. I came into the store 3 weeks ago with a cracked screen on my Apple Watch Series 4. Upon the initial inspection and questions, the guy said that it would be $130 to replace the screen since the watch was still working fine except with a cracked screen. I agreed with the price and left my apple watch with them. They said it would take only 1 business day but it turned out to be 3 business days. That wasn't the worst part rest assured. After picking up my watch, I inspected it and I noticed that they didn't do a good job. You can see all the plastics and rubbers that covered the watch. On top of that, I asked them if it's good for swimming since that was the main reason why I bought the watch in the first place. They said it should be fine. FYI, they also use Chinese replacement screens hence the price is significantly cheaper than what you would get at an Apple store. The watch was doing fine afterward. But then guess what, after my first time using for my swim session, it went DEAD immediately. My thought was that maybe because it was out of battery. NO IT'S DEAD. I tried to turn it on and it was impossible. I tapped the screen multiple times and it didn't work. I squeezed the screen pretty hard and guess what I saw. Water was coming from the actual watch. I was extremely shocked since Apple Watch is water-resistant. I called them earlier today and explained that happened to my Apple Watch. They were so rude and not helpful at all. They repeatedly said that "Oh we told you that it would no longer be water-resistant." Mind you that was the only reason why I would go in and fix the screen so I can use it to count my laps and calories during my workout. All and all it was a terrible experience. If they had told me that before, I would not even bother to fix the screen since the apple watch itself was fine even with a cracked screen. As a Vietnamese person, I'm ashamed that this is the type of business my people are offering. They didn't even try to apologize and provide a solution to help. Instead, they pushed the responsibility and told me that they explicitly explained that earlier. I'm now with a dead Apple Watch that will cost me more to fix after this mess. As if I should have just bought a new Apple Watch 6 or gone to Apple Watch and pay the price. My advice for anyone is reading this would GO TO APPLE STORE AND GET YOUR STUFFS FIX. Don't go to places like this for a cheaper price and end up with a headache. My experience was bad and costly and I hope you won't have to ever encounter that. read more

A friend highly recommended FixAPhone for phone repairs. My phone screen was shattered from one end to the other, due to a fall resulting in slamming my phone on a hard surface.. The gentleman that was going to do the repairs advises that my battery seemed to be swollen and may need to be replace so that was going to be another fee. After he took my phone to the back room to work on getting it repair he realized the battery was in great condition. I appreciate the honesty and the spare of another cost. I got a Ifixit kit from a local store and had issues putting my iPhone 5 back together. I contacted them on yelp and the owner helped me out and I came to the store this morning and they put my phone back together the correct way, I tried a couple times and couldn't get the connector for the display and digitizer ans home button. I handed them my phone and the employees fixed it with in literally 3 mins as to if took my 1 hour to take it apart and several attempts later to put it together took 3 hours lol. And only took them a couple minutes. That's super fast, anyways in the future I'll definitely come back to Fix a phone when ever I need a new battery for one of my devices or a new screen. They do some stuff that other places don't such as replacing the motherboard, home button, touch I'd button and ect. Even unlocking Android phones and if I do have issues with my ifixit battery I'm going back to them and getting one of there OEM battery's for the iPhone 5. After several back and forth correspondence here in Yelp, I went to the store to repair my iPad 9.7 and iPhone 7. Asked for replacement of battery for iPad and charging slot for iPhone. Had to argue about this, and then they were unable to get the battery and had taken my phone apart while I was waiting, without permission. I was unable to witness their work, expressly told no, even though there is a window to the work area. Further, there is a sign on the door to wear a mask or stay outside. I had my mask on when entering and neither of the two men in the store wore one during the entire time I was there. I expressed all this to both of them before I left. read more

This place is nothing but poor customer service and sneaky workers. I would not trust these guys with any repairs. I literally saw one of them going through my private photos and showing it to another worker. When I confronted them they just denied it. I asked him to show me on their camera that it didn't happen and he said they could not. I guess having a pathetic love life of your own can lead to that sort of behavior. I had the charging port replaced but then my Bluetooth wouldn't work properly. I went back and they replaced the charging port again and the Bluetooth still wouldn't work properly. A couple of weeks later I noticed the camera flash/flashlight wouldn't work so I went back again. They showed me that the charging port wasn't even close to the Bluetooth antenna or the flashlight connections. I was then told they could put a new "kit" in at no charge which apparently would replace various components at once. I told them to go for it. The flashlight now works and I have my Bluetooth back as well. Bottom line: Even though I went to them 3 times they were very courteous and professional each time. They got the problem corrected and didn't even try to charge for any additional work. I will say check their internet price list though before going in because it stated $35 for the charging port but they said $45 when I got there. I told the man at the counter about the Internet price and he said "No problem, $35." read more

This place is absolutely horrible. They use very cheap imported parts. The products are not durable and they are prone to crack. We have have been twice and both products have failed. Also the gentleman behind us picked up my dad's credit card that was left behind. The owner did not check for identification and allowed the next person to use the credit card. When my dad went back. If I could give them no stars I would. I walked in one day with a broken iPhone 6 screen (popping out and internal cracks), and they fixed it. I thought all was well the first day, and my screen was fine. However, the next couple of days I realized my phone would say "Searching..." or "No Service" where the signal was supposed to be. I read online that the cause of this could be when you get your screen replaced, so I went back to the store. The man at the front tried to tell me that my iPhone 6 that I have had for two years, paid for fully when I first bought it has been put on the "lost/stolen list" which is why it wasn't working. He then tried to convince me to pay $80 for them to take it off the list for the signal to come back. This place might not scam each and every one of their customers, but they definitely got me. After days of no service and my cell phone carrier not being able to do anything for me, I have to buy an iPhone 7 much sooner than I had expected to.
