He was fast and very efficient in repairing my phone, and even explained some issues with the phone that he felt the last shop I took it to had likely damaged two components when they replaced the cover. I was very grateful for the information, as I had not felt comfortable with the shop I'd taken it to previously. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. Upon my return to Dallas, I decided to give Forney Cell Phone Repair a try; and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.
