My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. I took my phone to Samsung repair in Frisco where they then saw it was so damage it would cost 1,000 to fix it. Itech used super glue and they glued my camera down with the back that kept lifting. After telling them about the damages noone has done anything about it. I had to pay 800 for a new phone. With is bullshit. Do not take ur phones or tablets here. I posted this in my local fb page and I'm not the only ones phone that jacked up. They said I took the tape off shows I didn't I have pics with the tape on it they also broke the back twice. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I brought my phone in for an easy fix. My phone vibration motor shakes…read morevery violently. Asked the guy for a fix of it. He said he'd fix easily. He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.

He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
