Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

Robert explained exactly what the issue was in terms I could understand. After the motherboard was replaced, the camera would not work so he ordered the parts to fix it. At no cost to me because he wants to make it right. It ended up not being the camera part but a short in the new motherboard. So Robert ordered me a new board at no cost to me and installed it and got my phone working just like new! He also installed a new vibrator because the last one became weak. Robert was very helpful in this process and made sure he made it right to get my phone working like new. He is extremely nice and helpful.
