Very efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Once MiPhone did a repair that was subsequently the subject of a recall by Apple. MiPhone refunded the money, despite their time investment and after several months had elapsed. This was quite upstanding. read more

Fast and easy. My charging port was failing and driving me crazy. I arrived at MiPhone Doctor as soon as they opened. They said it would take about 30 minutes, but finished in 20. This after one place told me to leave my phone overnight and another one told me to come back tomorrow. Fast and easy. read more

I brought my iPhone in to get the screen replaced because it had shattered. John was super nice and friendly. I booked an appointment online and he called me beforehand to confirm and make sure I knew directions and the location. Super customer service! He had my phone repaired super quick. Amazing service, affordable prices, I can't rave enough about this place. I would recommend to anyone. They sell great phone cases 3 times cheaper than at any store. Loved the customer service. I'm very indecisive, this guy, was patient, and did everything 3-4 times with a smile. Most would at least get frustrated and roll their eyes. Not here. Great job! read more

I had MiPhone Doctor install a new screen on my iPhone about a month ago and the other day it stopped letting me check apps at the bottom. Stopped by MiPhone Doctor just now thinking there would be a charge to look at it or fix it. Nope Mike the owner swapped the screen out on the spot at know charge. I sure am glad I didn't have one of those Craigslist guys fix it! read more

While the repair was quick, the quality of their products seriously wore down quickly. The paint for my phone screen had this weird peeling effect after about less than a month. And then it got to the point where my screen was separated from the rest of my phone so much so that I could slide my finger in between the phone and screen easily and could've broken it without hesitation. Then my phone fell like two feet (off my nightstand) and the whole screen popped out. The quality was poor and cheap and I do not recommend if you have an iPhone and are looking for a long term repair. Doesn't help that these issues only started to arise once the warranty on the screen was up. read more

Worst place to buy devices!! I bought an I pad from them in December and from the till 2 weeks ago I've been in there 4 times. Last time 2 weeks ago I took it back cause it completly stopped. They kept it and say they can't fix it no phone calls no up dates just come get your device we can't fix it.... But I bought it from them... No offer of a refund or nothing my advice is go to an Apple Store to get devices fixed and buy!! &500 later my lesson is learned... Next stop Better Business Bureau. James I bring that mf back within 30 minutes from buying it remember??? It was broke when I bought it! Y'all just kept fixing y'all device even before I dropped it I was in there twice!!!! 30 day warranty???? Went in with a broken iphone(battery popped) walked out 20 minutes later with a working Iphone. Much cheaper than buying a new phone. Prices are reasonable, friendly technicians. it is also very easy to find in Mesquite. Recommended. read more

Hate to give a negative review, but don't want anyone else to waste their time and money. I dropped off my phone there to get a new screen, the girl who 'installed' it left out a ton of screws (and even left out the brackets!), my phone wouldn't even turn on when I picked it up. It was definitely in worse condition than when I dropped it off. When I got back home I brought the phone to a legitimate repair facility and they said "I can't believe an actual storefront is responsible for this work - one of the worst ones I've seen in a while." My sentiments exactly. read more

He explained that if the repair person is not very familiar with the phone, they can mistakenly break these two components. My phone was struggling immediately after I left the previous shop, but I was on my way to catch a flight and did not have time to return to the shop before my trip. Upon my return to Dallas, I decided to give Forney Cell Phone Repair a try; and I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely use them again for future repairs.

Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. I went to see Tyler at Miphone Doctor in Mesquite after a repair place at Town East Mall flat out LIED to me about the problem with my screen. All he wanted to do was sell me a refurbished phone. He told me not to even bother taking it anywhere else. We went to MiPhone and Tyler not only fixed it but gave me a 90 day warranty which is just enough to get me to my upgrade date. He was so friendly and professional. I left my phone and he said to give him 20 minutes and he would all me. And 22 minutes later he let us know the phone was ready!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone lookin for a phone repair they're honest, friendly, and have fast service. I went in today to repair my son's IPhone 7 Plus that had a screen in pretty bad shape. I was greeted and taken care of very quickly. My son and I went to get a smoothie and by the time we returned the job was complete and he even left our phone charging for us to be ready for use.
