I've been having issues with my cell phone of late, it just would not charge at all. I called TMB to see if they could help me with the issue and told them what was going on. They said they could help me and quoted me a couple of prices depending on what the actual problem was. I told them I was on my way and I arrived within 5 min of talking to them on the phone. They were very professional and I handed them my phone. They proceeded to figure out the issue and came back to tell me that it was fixed. I believe my issue was but a small one but they were back with me within ten minutes of me handing the phone over. I paid them the price they quoted on the phone and I was on my way. Came to these guys when my Galaxy Note 4 would not turn out. They diagnosed the problem very promptly. Ended up needing a new motherboard. Robert explained exactly what the issue was in terms I could understand. After the motherboard was replaced, the camera would not work so he ordered the parts to fix it. At no cost to me because he wants to make it right. It ended up not being the camera part but a short in the new motherboard. So Robert ordered me a new board at no cost to me and installed it and got my phone working just like new! He also installed a new vibrator because the last one became weak. Robert was very helpful in this process and made sure he made it right to get my phone working like new. He is extremely nice and helpful. I cracked my iPhone 7 screen a while ago and took it to the mall to get it fixed. The guy quoted me $79 at first but said he could do it for $69 and throw in a free screen protector when he saw I was about to walk. He said it came with a 4 month warranty as well. I said okay and he replaced it. The color on the screen was so incredibly dull and I was upset that I wasn't warned that it would look so different. I had him put my cracked screen back on and went to TMB. I told the guy everything that happened and he said he could show me the color on the screen before he officially put it on. He was fast and the color was pretty much the same as the original Apple screen. They charged me $79 and $9.99 for the tempered glass protector. I honestly didn't mind since it was way better quality than what the mall offered. And the warranty is covered for 2 years! Wish I had yelped this place first since they offer a free tempered glass protector if you check in. Great customer service! read more

Do not be fooled by the modest storefront. The guys at TMB Repairs know their stuff. I brought a smashed (and I DO MEAN SMASHED) iPhone 4 in for them to evaluate. I was not optimistic at all. This thing had been run over at high speed by several large trucks on the highway, y'all. They looked at the complexity of the damage and decided not to attempt the repair in-house. Instead, they referred me to a shop out of state that specializes in extremely difficult data recovery jobs. I sent my "phone" (read: my scrap heap) to the place they recommended and that shop was able to recover more than 1,000 of my photos and videos. I was absolutely amazed. The guys at TMB could have just blown me off, said "it can't be fixed" and called it a day. That is what several other shops did. They could have tinkered around with the parts haphazardly and made the recovery impossible. They did not do that. They evaluated the repair and made the recommendation that was most likely to produce a good result for their customer, even when it meant that a different repair service would get the financial gain. That is why I will come to them for my business in the future and will recommend them whenever I get the chance. read more

Good service but cheap screens. Fixed my screen on Thursday and it suddenly broke on its own Saturday because I simply pushed a button. They refused to fix it and wanted to charge me $76 to do so. For what I paid to get it fixed I should have went used my insurance. read more

Robert is the nicest and most honest guy. I had an ipad air which my daughter dropped and broke the screen about a year ago. I took it to Radioshack thinking they were more reputable being a big corporation. Well no wonder they are going out of business because they did a terrible job repairing my screen and even broke the home button. A year later the ipad started acting crazy and it looked like a ghost was operating it. Apps would open and shut and I could not close down anything or control it at all. I took it to Robert who took a look at it and figured out the problem. He offered to try to fix it with the screen they used to save me money but pointed out all the mistakes the tech at Radioshack made. I wound up having him replace the screen with a new screen and he fixed the home button as well. It is like I have a brand new ipad. He was friendly and honest. He was able to make the repair in less than two hours and was very fair with the cost of the repair. This is an amazing place with a a very knowledgeable and skilled technician doing the work.
