This took many weeks of help and the regional managers help, which I really appreciate and the reason for more than one star. However, I purchased two hot-spots with the understanding I would receive 150 GB of 4G data as a business account. This was very important as the area I live in does not have great internet and I am required to video chat with my work. I asked multiple times to ensure I would get it and I was told that was one of the benefits of a business account because personal accounts can not receive this. I bought two hot-spots so I could switch between using them once I reached the limit with one. I noticed the speed started to slow very early in the month. I learned my email address was entered incorrectly during the initial account setup so I was not able to log into my account or receive email notifications. Once I was able to get that sorted out (which took Verizon a week!) I started to get email notifications telling me I was almost out of data at 30 GB of 4G. I visited this store yesterday to see why I was only receiving 30 GB before being throttled down and basically useless for me. I was told it is an additional cost of $80 per month per unit to receive the 150 GB of 4G data and that I was on the 30 GB plan. I am very disappointed in the sneaky sales tactics used. I would have never purchased one hot spot, let alone two if I had known I was only on the 30 GB plan. I was never told prices and instead I was told it came with each unit. I cannot return these units so I am stuck with them now. I was informed the associate who sold the hot spots to me has moved locations for telling people the wrong thing.
