He told me to come back in an hour. So I did. He wasn't able to fix it because he didn't have a motor in. But said he'd order one and be able to fix it within 3 days. I said that's cool, I'll come back. In the process he broke my microphone. Brought it back to him, and he put a new one in and it worked fine. But the other microphone, the one that controls Siri, and voice messages still didn't work. So I brought it back a third time. He said I didn't do that to your phone and raised his voice at me and talked down to me. The microphone wasn't a problem til he got my phone. He refused to fix it for me. And here I am months later still with a broken microphone that the guy didn't fix. This guy isn't gonna repair your phone. He just wants to get over on people.

Cellular ER is an awesome non-franchised local company. The owner Hudson is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought my brand new phone in after another shop had helped me with one issue but in turn caused a whole new issue and didn't bother to tell me about it. Hudson identified the issue and even helped me get a little money back from the other business to help pay to a phone to replace the part they cut. Top notch customer service and a great way to support local businesses. Hudson's mom Patrice was there and she is a hoot. Great people and excellent service. Not sure what the bad review is about x-mas lights, there are no x-mas lights in the whole place, please ignore that review and take your phone to Hudson at Cellular ER, you won't be sorry!!! read more

I used Cellular ER for a repair that we had mailed in and they completed it within the day they received the package! They where very awesome to work with and very communicative threw the whole process. I have done a lot of business with companies in my local area but they definitely were not as professional nor friendly as Cellular ER. Cellular ER fixed my screen and even threw in a free tempered glass screen protector! Honestly i can't recommend this company enough! Just call them and you'll understand exactly what i am talking about! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY! read more

I would gladly recommend cellular ER to anyone looking for a good and honest price for a phone repair. I brought my iPhone XS in do to the screen being cracked after dropping this morning. I called around to get price and times, Hudson was able to get me in and out in 30mins same day immediately after my call with him. The customer service from Hudson was spot on with how I would operate my own business. Every place I called before hand wanted $160 or more to replace it and would take longer than I needed. I've had a problem with my iPhone for almost 3yrs. I had just about given up hope after taken the phone to 3 different repair shops here in Rockwall TX. All three shops told me they would erase the hard drive and I would have to start over. Needless to say, that was not a option. Just by luck I found CELLULAR ER. My experience with Cellular ER was amazing. Liquid had spilled all over my Macbook Pro and I needed a new keyboard and mouse track pad. It was ordered the day I took my laptop in and replaced for a much cheaper price than Apple would ever do. My Macbook Pro laptop now works perfectly. I highly recommend Cellular ER to anyone. My iPhone 6 and I had a love hate relationship that quickly ended in a horrific drowning incident. After many strenuous hours of basic life support (home remedies for water damage i.e. Rice) I had all but given up... Then I found Hudson at Cellular ER!
