Since my phone is two years old, never paid any extended warranty/insurance, the $100 I paid was very reasonable. Google the cost, and you will agree. T-Mobile my local store highly recommended this place the Cellular Zone, needed a new connection where u plug in charger and had to send overseas to get and then they blame the Chinese New Year on the fact that it took two and a half weeks to get back to the United States..wth? I love them. I've had to had an iPhone and ipad fixed and both were done fast for the cheapest price I've seen anywhere. The people are very sweet. This place is the only reason I would ever go to Garland. After the first post my iPad 4 broke after being fixed here and could not be fixed. They replaced it with an iPad 2 for free and even added a case and screen protector. I was sad the iPad 4 couldn't be fixed, but I very much appreciate Chris doing everything he could to make it better. I would recommend them to people based on customer service alone. read more

I have an iPhone X (the discontinued model) and I ended up showing 30 mins before closing. Fixed my phone for $140 and they did it quick and also hooked me up with a discounted otter box case for $10 off and still finished my phone on time of closing (7pm). I would never recommend going to any establishment close to closing time even though they chose those hours; But people do have families and homes and other responsibilities they to go tend to, so I am very grateful that they were able to fix my phone in such a timely and fast manner. AWESOME!! Amazing customer service. She gave me the WiFi password and let me eat my lunch while my iphone6S+ screen was being fixed. Han, the lady at the front, was so kind and professional, quoted me an amazing price $75, and she spoke really great English so she was so fun to talk with. They finished it in 30 minutes, sold me a glass screen protector as well, and quickly Han installed that for me. Everything looks brand new, works perfectly. They give a 30 day warranty which is nice too but I'm sure everything will be good! This is my go- to phone store now. Awesome business and great customer service. read more

My laptop has spyware, and I brought it to this store, for they clean spyware, and put new windows. After he done, I ask him for all my information, where he put them back ? he told through the cashier he put them on drive D. I paid and took it home, turn on check drive D, it's DVD drive! ?? and I check some else, drive E.. got nothing. All my photos ( some photos of my kid new born )and some my work gone ??? I bring it back, tell them the issue, he came out and talk like opposite way??? he said, he told me put all my info to external drive ??? but he didn't ( he told the cashier he put in drive D, when I come to pick up) this guy really Suck and Dangerous. plz note: we talking by our Language in my Community, this guy is newbies in the US, I don't know he's Legally for working or not, but the way he's do business like Hit and Run. I've been this place thousands of time to get my phone fix, not because I drop it or break it. But the part is bad or they say, "defective" I went in their for the first time, worst service ever. This guy name Terry? I think, would be rude and wouldn't answer my question. He would walk away and not help me at all, when I finally said something, he told me to talk to the other worker. I would ask her a question but she would say I don't know. This happens every time I come back to change my screen because it was bad. Tired of it I went to fix a phone, and they did amazing. The worst customer service ever. I would ask a question and the workers would say idk or you should talk to the manager. Then when I ask for them, they would go in the back, but I could clearly hear the boss say, "tell them I'm not here." I confronted them about it and they went back and again. The parts are after market parts and isn't the originals and the workers would say they are. It's cheap but the parts are also cheap. Worst phone repair shop. read more

I walked in about 5 Minutes before their closing time, and they still took care of me. That was the first sign that this place is quality. They looked at my phone for about 5 Minutes and said it will be ready in "15 Minutes" he went back there, put a Screen on it and made sure it worked and it had no manufacturer issues at all, before he even finished the job, he showed me the quality of the screen and showed that it worked before putting the phone back together. Prices for Accessories are pretty good too, I ended up buying some other things. Needless to say, they have my business next time my phone breaks. Must admit, love being able to read the reviews here on Yelp, however I have never taken the time to write one myself. Well my fabulous experience with Cellular Zone has prompted me to do so! There quote over the fone stayed the same in person!! The people were super nice and polite... and the quality of there work is superb!! I have a Note 3 that needed a screen replacement, along with a new frame and speaker. All three items totaled $100. And again, with the quality of their work, I am more than happy I took the time to drive out to their location. By the way, they are in one of those little strip malls off the corners of Jupiter and Beltline Rd. That was the one thing that caused me some hesitation because I live in the Lakewood area of Dallas, however again after my experience, it was well worth the journey. And to let you know, they have a wonderful little food court where you can go and grab something to drink or bite to eat while you wait for your repair, as well as free Wi-Fi where I sat and watched an episode of Vinyl on my tablet. Needless to say, I highly recommend these people for any cellular fone repair!! Oh yes... I received a 30 day warranty on the parts as well! Need I say more!?? read more
