I came in to replace a broken screen and this guy kept upselling me to not only change my battery but also get rid of a non-OEM error message by paying more. So I pay up, take the phone home, and voila I see I have the error message that I paid extra to remove. Also the new screen doesn't register touches correctly and the volume button doesn't work. I go back the next day and ask the guy what OEM error-free parts did you give me? He shows me a battery box, not realizing I saw the box he opened when he fixed my phone, and it was completely different. When I let him know that, he changes his story and says no it's a different box. "Forget it, just please fix this phone." Then he says the screen he installed must be replaced with another one. I ask how do you know the issue is with the screen you installed? Could it be you installed it incorrectly? He doesn't answer and firmly says it must be a faulty OLED screeen. He said he'd install a new one but that this one will have the non-OEM error message no matter what so he'll refund the difference I paid. Turns out chronic liars can't keep track of their lies. He said he would refund me $30 for this new, lesser-quality screen that would now register a constant error message. But this guy forgot the difference he quoted me the day before for the "better" OLED screen was only $10. He had up-charged me an additional $20 the day before. So guess how I felt when I found out I was conned again. What's scary is this guy has the ability to look you in the eye with a calm face and boldly lie about things I knew the truth about. Granted his prices are relatively cheap, but I value honesty and integrity more than price. What's the use of cheap prices if you can't trust the product and/or workmanship? Who knows what else will go wrong in the future. read more

The good: This place is reliable and can fix your phone regardless the issue. The bad: If you're visiting this place, it means you broke your phone. I have visited this place three times this year, and today will mark my fourth. I'm starting to think my kids use their phones as door stops... EVERYTIME I've had an issue, Alpro is still the cheapest and fastest. I've NEVER had a problem with his honesty, I've never had an issue with the quality of the work being done. Matter of a fact, I feel there is honesty in every communication, down to what parts are being used, the origin of the parts, and his opinion on the repair. Everything went well with Ali at Alpro! Referred by AT&T, very competitive quote to replace mi iPhone 14 Pro Max Apple screen with a very good OLED screen, though not Apple approved. Cost was less than half of Apple Screen and still functions properly on phone. Screen has warranty and Ali is more than a gracious, learned business owner and phone technician. My phone is almost 2 years old and when I get new one in the next year or so I'll just give this model to my son and upgrade his 13 model. Cheap quality material . got my phone repaired and broke in few weeks. I did not drop my phone . Had a back protection cover from this shop and even then it breaks. Don't go there or else you will be visiting him again and again . Owner is rude and will not give you any warranty or satisfaction. Not reliable , No customer Service, Cheap Material and no warrant on any repair. He should have repaired the broken phone for free after 3 times it broke by simply putting down on office table. read more

im ngl i just read the other reviews and they make me nervous. but ill tell you about my experience. i called them the day before to get the back of my iphone 12 pro max fixed. the glass was broken and i needed a new one. i called abt a dozen places and they had the cheapest price - $75. so the next day i went in and told them again what i needed fixed, he said $85. and i was like what do you mean? you told me it was $75 over the phone. he said ok - ill honor that. and then he fixed my phone in like 20 mins. i dont think i have spyware on my phone. but heres the lesson. you should always call in advance and maybe record the call. then go into the store and do not accept a price that is different from the one you called for (unless its lower ) i also liked how there were free drinks in the mini fridge and he seemed like a popular spot for ppl to go to read more

Me & my girlfriend came in & she also put a review as well. We came in and he took my number down so he can keep in contact with us since my girlfriend was getting her phone fixed. He told us what the problem was like the first day which was amazing but then we came back and we gave the phone to him. then he told us it was gonna take 2 to 3 days to fix then that turned into a week not 4 days like he stated. I'm not gonna argue with you, but I was the one keeping in contact with you we're not gonna do the lying stuff because you know multiple people complain about your business! Number 2 you did tell us it can take up to a month..you stated that you couldn't give us A exact date and who doesn't want an exact date on their phone?? we were not arguing like you stated, I don't know where you got that from?? that shows that you're clearly unprofessional. The reviews arent lying about this shop! PLEASE AVOID THIS shop!! because they are just drama for no reason especially with women.. When is a man involved he doesn't have anything to say. And Siri you can for sure post the whole day that we came in and it was customers screaming at you on the phone for sure so you can lie all you want but everyone isn't lying on you! & she wasn't acting like she knew nothing in front of her dad. I'm not one for bad reviews this place just isn't adequate with the standards you'd expect of even the lowest of places. Service was bad. Quality was poor. He sure can smile though. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately. I also would not come back, I'd rather eat glass. Also this man changed the amount he charged my card. My bank statement reads different and I hope other people see this before you shop here. This man put spyware on my phone, after being recommended by Justin Criner to get my iPhone 13 Pro fixed. Plano PD arrested me the next day on a bunch of bogus charges. After taking my phone to a real apple vendor, I could see how I was being tracked and recorded without my permission. read more

Rating is 0!!! Stay away from this place!!! It's a horrible service! Ali didn't want to fix the issues I didn't have before he "fixed my screen" and was so disrespectful, stating it's not his problem! I came there two times to fix the same issue, I walked away with my maps not working, and my phone was worse than it's pre-existing condition! After Ali "fixed" the screen (front and back), the light on the screen was going on and off, the calls were dropping, my directions weren't working, and he said it's not his responsibility! By far the worst service ever, what a waste of time and especially money!!! First he said he was going to fix it for me (after arguing and explaining to him via text all the issues that are listed above). When I came back for the third time (wasting my time) to get it "fixed" he told me that I need to pay him even though the day before he told me he will take care of it, he's a liar and a crook don't go there!!! Not to mention, the first time I spent almost $300 there, and the second time I went to try and fix what was not there before he touched my phone, I still spent money and got another case for my family member!
