Doctor Wireless is a life savior! I managed to drop my iPhone 7 after having it for almost two years. I came across Doctor Wireless while searching on Groupon. After purchasing the appropriate offer for my device, I proceeded to visit the store without making an appointment. Upon my arrival, I was cheerfully greeted by the technician. This gentleman redeemed my Groupon and advised me that my device would be ready in two hours. This allowed my time to window shop the various wholesale shops in the area. After spending more than I initially anticipated during my two hour layover; I revisited the Doctor. The technician immediately recognized me and informed me that he just finished replacing the screen on my device. To my surprise the device looked brand new! The technician even installed a tempered screen at no additional charge. He also informed me that I had a sixty warranty. I worked with John and he was quick to determine what type of phone i had, the cost and the time he could fix the screen. This was super impressive as it was customers coming in left to right and in order to server and repair at the say time requires a different type of character. He even recommend a great place to eat that had street Tacos (I love Street Tacos lol) and i was able to enjoy my self in the area with out a phone or worry of time. Overall the place was clean, His self and each customers had on mask and followed a system that allowed us to get our phones fix and still maintain social distancing. Best cell phone repair all of Texas. They are super legit and does there best to get your stuff fixed. My screen got messed up after the repair and was 3 days passed the warranty date and he still fixed it free of charge. When I tell you customer service is above the roof. Most cellphone repair stores just care about themselves. Not here. The customer comes first. I will never go to another phone repair store ever again. Jon and sam are unbelievable. Just cracked my phone this morning and needed it fixed ASAP. I saw that this place had a Groupon and went there and he honors the groupon price without the groupon because they take half of the purchase if you go through them. He was quick and very very kind the whole time. He gave me a bottle of water while I waited and I watched the office on a big TV. There is nice ambient music and it smells very pleasant in there. He told me there is a 60 day warranty on his work. I will definitely come back here if I every break my phone again. read more
