They were great! Took excellent care of me and fixed my phone! Even installed the new cover for my lens. All with a smile! Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality at this store. I had my iPhone screen repaired here, and within 3 days, the replacement screen began overheating to the point of being physically uncomfortable to the touch due to burning. It also displayed glitches, including ghost touches, color distortion and poor display clarity. The screen itself was noticeably bulkier than the original and clearly low quality. At no point was I informed that non-OEM or substandard parts were being used, nor was I offered any refund or warranty when the screen failed almost immediately. I had to get it replaced again elsewhere, again, only 3 days later, and the new technician even commented at the poor condition and size of the screen that had been installed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this store for any repairs. The lack of transparency, and product quality is unacceptable. read more

These people are absolutely GREAT. Can't recommend them more highly. Prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. read more

Be aware this store whatever you try to repair your cellphone. They made cosmetic scratches a lot around phone frame. I did really care with the case. Staff even try blamed the scratches from me. He said "the scratch was already there" what? Are you joking? He tried to ignore me that even didn't wanna talk about this issue. This store doesn't have any business mind and won't grow up their revenue ever! read more

Phenomenal service! Another excellent find thanks to Yelp! Requested a quote for my shattered 7plus screen through yelp app and received a reply in minutes. The quote was the perfect price i didn't even bother to look anywhere else. The location was perfect as well, i dropped my phone off as soon as i got off work and it was ready in a matter of 30 minutes. If you are in need of screen repair for your mobile device this is the place for you to go. They do other services/repairs as well so check them out. read more

A one start because I cannot give it a zero. The guy said one price and after he fixed the phone he said another. So I had to pay him the higher price for me to be able to get my phone back. Horrible! read more

My husband cracked the screen on his iPhone. We were in and out without an appointment within 20 minutes! They were great and also the least expensive quote we received. read more

The Phone Box - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

This was a horrible experience. I had my sons screen repaired. Under 30 days later the LED went out which is part of the screen. When I called to get it fixed they said that it wasn't under warranty. Then they said they couldn't find details about it. I had to print down my bank statement to show when it was repaired. They then they said they would fix after the part came in. One week later we show up to fix the phone and they again said they knew nothing about it. I can't believe that they charged me money and now are acting this way. STAY AWAY! read more

Best phone repair shop! They had 5 minutes left till closing time and I was in dire need of my iPhone charging port to work but I couldn't do anything to make it charge. They said we "we got you don't worry" and helped me even past closing time. These guys are truly amazing! read more

Got my iPhone screen repaired from here, the phone was repaired quickly and professionally done. The repair prices were reasonable and the store clerk was very knowledgeable about other issues I was having with the phone and was able to repair that as well. I bought a tempered glass screen protector and overall the total cost was a lot less than what I would have paid at an Apple store. Store looks pretty futuristic too! Highly recommend to anyone in the area if they need a phone repair, cases or even a car phone. read more

Do not ever get your phone fixed here. I had my phone screen replaced and now it won't even work I just starts pushing random letters.

Replaced my cracked android phone screen quickly and at a better price than others quoted. The part was not in stock but when I mentioned on the phone I was headed over, he had already gone to retrieve the part. They were very helpful and provided good communication and customer service. I found out they sell refurbished phones so maybe my next phone will come from them. read more

I called here needing a SIM card tray for my wife's iPhone 6s. I was told that they had one for an iPhone 6 and that it should work. At the store, the SIM card tray was slightly different in size. However, the clerk was very accommodating and was able to use the SIM card tray from his iPhone 7. Not only that, he fixed the crack in my wife's iPhone for a very reasonable price and did it fast, and applied a screen protector for her phone and provided knowledgeable input on a phone case. He also applied a screen protector on my iPhone free of charge. This was exceptional customer service. If you are in Dallas and need mobile phone repair, this place is highly recommended. read more

I like to own my phone and not pay monthly through a carrier. I was ready to upgrade my iPhone 5s and had been looking all over the Dallas area. Facebook, 5Miles, you name it. I finally found The Phone Box and was impressed with the service right from the start. The guy that helped me was very kind and patient. He negotiated with me on the price and I walked out owning a 6, Gorilla case and tempered screen protector all under $30 of what I wanted to spend. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a used phone or have your phone worked on. Top notch service! read more

My music is everything to me. I had an ex-boyfriend destroy the USB port to an old hard drive which housed all 11K files of my music (f***tard, sorry I digress. Yes I'm still bitter). I was ready to cry. These guys did a wonderful job repairing my old Western Digital Hard Drive and now I'm back rocking out to my tunes. The price was also super reasonable for the repair. Thanks guys! read more

I would not reccomend this place at all. Amidst the pandemic, I was forced into quarantine after purchasing a defective phone from them. Immediately upon discovering the issues I conted them via phone. Once my 14 days ended I returned to the store to be told I was 2 days beyond my warranty then quoted a price e for repairs. read more

Fast, friendly, knowledgable, and all at a good price. I went in for a battery replacement and it was completed quickly. The price was great, the advice on the first charge cycle was welcome, and the phone has performed flawlessly since then. Their service saved me the price of a new phone. They supposedly fixed it, but messed up in the next hour. And more than a weak to fix, after they told me less than a week

I needed a screen for my I Phone 6 so I went to the internet and found the Phone Box. I was able to ask for a quote through the website and it was returned pretty quick. Best price from asking my friends on the screen. Once i got there I just throughout what would a battery cost and the manager gave me an amazing price, however it doesn't seem to be any better on charge than my old battery that's why i have waited to write this review I wanted to see if it did any better. You know a battery in a phone is something you can't see if its new or not due to the complexity of removing the cover. All in all i'm thankful for the help and the quick service. I also bought a screen protector which now makes my phone look new. read more
