Extremely disappointed with the service and quality at this store. I had my iPhone screen repaired here, and within 3 days, the replacement screen began overheating to the point of being physically uncomfortable to the touch due to burning. It also displayed glitches, including ghost touches, color distortion and poor display clarity. The screen itself was noticeably bulkier than the original and clearly low quality. At no point was I informed that non-OEM or substandard parts were being used, nor was I offered any refund or warranty when the screen failed almost immediately. I had to get it replaced again elsewhere, again, only 3 days later, and the new technician even commented at the poor condition and size of the screen that had been installed. I would strongly caution others to avoid this store for any repairs. The lack of transparency, and product quality is unacceptable. read more

Be aware this store whatever you try to repair your cellphone. They made cosmetic scratches a lot around phone frame. I did really care with the case. Staff even try blamed the scratches from me. He said "the scratch was already there" what? Are you joking? He tried to ignore me that even didn't wanna talk about this issue. This was a horrible experience. I had my sons screen repaired. Under 30 days later the LED went out which is part of the screen. When I called to get it fixed they said that it wasn't under warranty. Then they said they couldn't find details about it. I had to print down my bank statement to show when it was repaired. They then they said they would fix after the part came in. One week later we show up to fix the phone and they again said they knew nothing about it. I can't believe that they charged me money and now are acting this way. STAY AWAY! read more

Got my iPhone screen repaired from here, the phone was repaired quickly and professionally done. The repair prices were reasonable and the store clerk was very knowledgeable about other issues I was having with the phone and was able to repair that as well. I bought a tempered glass screen protector and overall the total cost was a lot less than what I would have paid at an Apple store. Store looks pretty futuristic too! These people are scammers got phone repaired screen cracked upon replacement as another person stated phone pressed buttons on its own as well as apps took it back they replaced the part again still same result took back again the guy put the old screen back on as I asked and gave 70 of the 105 back that was paid but every since I got that money back my identity was stolen I've had same accounts for years never had this problem they're using my email as well as name to create accounts in my name also opted my phone out of service they're using my old number I have no access so be careful and use them at your own risk read more

I called here needing a SIM card tray for my wife's iPhone 6s. I was told that they had one for an iPhone 6 and that it should work. At the store, the SIM card tray was slightly different in size. However, the clerk was very accommodating and was able to use the SIM card tray from his iPhone 7. Not only that, he fixed the crack in my wife's iPhone for a very reasonable price and did it fast, and applied a screen protector for her phone and provided knowledgeable input on a phone case. I needed a screen for my I Phone 6 so I went to the internet and found the Phone Box. I was able to ask for a quote through the website and it was returned pretty quick. Best price from asking my friends on the screen. Once i got there I just throughout what would a battery cost and the manager gave me an amazing price, however it doesn't seem to be any better on charge than my old battery that's why i have waited to write this review I wanted to see if it did any better. You know a battery in a phone is something you can't see if its new or not due to the complexity of removing the cover. All in all i'm thankful for the help and the quick service.
