Jim is known in the repair community to repair board issues. I took my customers phone to Jim for repair. He broke the phone. I sent the phone out to another company to see if they could fix the damage Jim has caused. They stated the phone is too damaged for repair. Jim admitted his fault but will not do anything to replace my customers phone. He also held my customer phone hostage and would not return the phone until several weeks.
