I gave onsite wireless a text of the problems I was facing with my Xbox. In under 5 minutes I got a quote from Mike which was very affordable. I dropped it off around 5 pm and the problem was a little more complex than anticipated. Mike was texting me updates throughout the night which was unexpected but very much appreciated. He ended up working some overtime to get my Xbox fixed and did not charge me a dollar more than quoted. I really appreciate the support from Mike, he seems like he genuinely cares for his work and customer base. Could not recommend Onsite wireless enough. Thanks for the HELP!

Now he's mad at me because I'm not paying him the first tablet I took in for a battery and a charging port. The battery clicks off and on that cost me $270. AT&T suggested that I go to a reputable cell phone repair place because they couldn't repair it in their store. I found The Fix as I was leaving the mall. Anton Taylor explained why the phone quit working and said it is typical of iPhones. He quoted me the price for the repair and explained after market versus Apple parts. I opted for after market parts knowing some features in my phone might not work. I didn't use those features anyway. My parts were ordered and within a week, my phone was working again. The customer service was great. The price I paid for repairs was MUCH better than buying a new phone. I did get a notification on my phone from Apple that non-Apple parts had been installed and the phone might not work properly. The phone lasted almost a good while before it started having issues and I decided to purchase a new one. After all, it did last me 5 years.

I'm lazy - I had Dr Cell Phone fix my cracked screen - WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE THAT WAS! They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair. They offered me their same discount (it was expired) - I left knowing the repair had been done right. Thanks, guys, you'll always have my business!!

Stopped by on June 9, 2026, to get a replacement screen protector (XTR5) for my iPhone 17 Pro Max…read more Old one had come off mysteriously and cracked and was unsafe to carry, so I threw it away. I assumed I'd be able to get an in-warranty replacement for $9.99 because I purchased the old screen protector at this same store, and they'd have a record of my purchase. NOPE. They need the old screen protector and WILL DO NOTHING AT ALL if you don't have it. Which is crazy, because Zagg offers the same in-warranty replacement through their website without requiring the old product to be sent in. There are several employees at this store, each with a different outlook. Depending on which one is there, you'll get different results, which, of course, sucks. I have been able to get warranty replacements in the past without bringing in my old protector! The employee working on June 9th wouldn't do jack sh*t for me, he even told me to leave a negative review if I wanted! UPDATE: I went back on June 10, 2026, with my broken XTR5 screen protector and they sold me a replacement, and installed it, for $12+tax. Crazy thing is the in-warranty replacement cost is listed as $9.99 almost everywhere, so this store is pretty much just doing whatever they want. When I brought this up, they informed me they are a ZAGG FRANCHISE and don't have to follow the parent company's policies and prices. Which is jacked up. I only am dealing with them because I happen to think Zagg's products are high-quality, even if the store sucks, and I am unable to install the protectors myself due to a medical condition. A side note: there is NO INDICATION ANYWHERE (such as signage, placards, etc.) they are a franchise, which is pretty sketchy.
