I met Chris behind the counter. He was very cordial and listened carefully to what I had to say. He also explained that the repair was under warranty. He took my phone to the back and the tech, Freddy, said it would be a simple fix; but they did not have the parts on hand, which was totally reasonable and understandable. Parts were ordered and I got a text stating that they had the parts about 4 days later. So I brought in my phone the next day noon, during lunch time, prepared to leave my phone with them for the day or two. But an unexpected surprise... the tech had repaired it the same day and I was able to pick up my phone the say day! I was at the store around 5:30, left the store with repaired phone in hand, and at no cost for the repair (warranty)! I'm sure plenty of people have also gotten their phones/tablets, etc. repaired here with excellent service and have not left positive reviews for this place.
