please do not take your stuff to this guy. He had my iPad for five months. Finally said he got it done. He moved from one place to another took my stuff with him wanted me to pay him $220 for a tablet that wouldn't even turn on and then when it did, it was still doing the same thing when it went in, took it to Apple it's there now they said they hope that he didn't do something bad to it. Now he's mad at me because I'm not paying him the first tablet I took in for a battery and a charging port. The battery clicks off and on that cost me $270. When I didn't pay him for the he sent text messages that I was a broke ass and couldn't pay my and yes, I have all the text messages. Called corporate on him so that's two iPads that he is destroyed. My phone screen went blank. Charging it didn't help. I took it to AT&T because I didn't want to buy a new phone. AT&T suggested that I go to a reputable cell phone repair place because they couldn't repair it in their store. I found The Fix as I was leaving the mall. Anton Taylor explained why the phone quit working and said it is typical of iPhones. He quoted me the price for the repair and explained after market versus Apple parts. I opted for after market parts knowing some features in my phone might not work. I didn't use those features anyway. My parts were ordered and within a week, my phone was working again. The customer service was great. The price I paid for repairs was MUCH better than buying a new phone. I did get a notification on my phone from Apple that non-Apple parts had been installed and the phone might not work properly. The phone lasted almost a good while before it started having issues and I decided to purchase a new one. After all, it did last me 5 years. read more

The battery in my LG v40 ThinQ was starting to bulge to the point where the back of the phone was peeling away from the rest of the device. My wife wanted to go shopping in Stonebriar mall so I figured there was probably at least one cell repair shop there. Sure enough I came across The Fix on the lower level next to Dillards. I was helped by Annaad who was able to replace the internal battery quickly and for a reasonable price. Within 15 min my phone was good as new! Next time I need repairs on a phone or similar device, I will definitely return to The Fix! read more

OMG! Annaad is a genius! Love my Apple Watch but over time the glass face popped out. It wasn't cracked and I tried pushing it in place but to no avail. Called The Fix, spoke with Annaad and he knew right away it was a known issue with the swollen battery in the Apple watches. Upon my arrival to the store, he greeted me while he was finishing up with another customer. Once it was my turn, he quickly replaced the battery and gave me instructions for how long to let it charge before wearing. It's works like a charm and actually holds a charge for more than a day! Got my iphone 7 plus screen replaced 2 days ago. They two employee's were friendly and worked quickly. They gave me the option of aftermarket screen or OEM. I spent the extra money on a OEM screen. I've had non stop issues with the screen not working properly. Pressing the same button multiple times or not being able to open apps or scroll. I will be going by the store again today to see what they say . I will update this with the outcome later this evening. **Update** Went by the store again and explained the issues. They took my phone and replaced the screen again no questions asked. (Said sometimes they are faulty) The screen is functioning perfectly now. The color is slightly different then before but everything works great. I like good customer service so i would recommend. read more

I needed a new screen. Fast fix, but very very very low-quality glass screen replacement. It broke the next day. No warranty, no returns. The man running the shop knew I was in between a rock and a hard place and prayed on that. Not a fan of people who conduct their business like that. read more

Don't trust these guys. Son had his IPHONE X screen cracked by a classmate. Was last minute before a trip so went to the Fix. The repaired but the phone then had issues with the new screen 3 more times. Twice the screen went blank/green with no visible damage. They offered to "fix it" for a reduced price each time but still well above the replacement cost of a new screen. So they still made a profit on their shotty replacement parts. The third time I finally decided I needed to go elsewhere even if it meant paying "full price". Went to a different place who not only fixed it with the proper OLED after market screen vs the LCD used at The Fix that isn't designed for this phone AND offered lifetime warranty on the replacement. Either go to the Apple store (my first mistake) or use someone else. Steer clear of this place. read more

Disgrace charges 154.00 for a 8plus replacement screen and replaced w a non high res screen. They kept referring to headquarters, prob non existent, saying they'll let them know about the screens. The gentleman kept speaking another language to each other we waited 1.5 hrs for the replacement and then 1.5 hrs to get our cracked screen back on. Never again. Fair warning stay away!! read more

Don't get your stuff fixed here! My son's Apple Watch battery expanded (a somewhat common occurrence for Series 0), which caused the watch face to come off. We knew someone who fixed their watch here for the same issue so we decided to use them as well. The person who worked on the watch was very friendly and very knowledgeable (so it seemed). When we picked up the watch he informed us that it had a three month warranty. Four days later my son pulled up his long sleeve shirt to check the time and not only did the watch face come off but it caused the small cable connected to the screen to snap. We assumed the Company would honor their commitment to fix it but they informed us that the snapped cable was our fault and that we would have to pay $119 to fix that portion. We were shocked and they eventually dropped the price down to $60 because "it was 50% our fault and 50% their fault." I tried to explain to them that the reason why the cable snapped was because they didn't properly attach the screen in the first place. You should be able to pull up your sleeve and check your watch without fearing the watch face will come off. We eventually walked and will take our business elsewhere in the future. I will leave it to you to decide if the Company handled this issue correctly. read more

The guy was super nice, but I had to replace my glass twice because the first one didn't work properly. Turns out the second one is bunk, too. This is not the glass that comes with your phone from the factory. It's a knock-off. The color is even off. Now my phone only works part of the time. My screen locks up regularly. It worked just fine when it was cracked. Next time I'll go directly to Apple, not here. read more

My iPhone 7 charging port stopped working and I went to the Apple store and they said my only option was to get a new phone because they don't replace charging ports. I then took my phone to local shop that fixes charging ports it took them an entire day only to call me back and tell me they are not able to fix my charging port. I was at the mall and happened to see The Fix, I figured I had nothing to lose. Mahmoud opened my phone in front of me a put a temporary charging port to see if my phone was functional...IT WAS. He then literally changed my charging port in less than 40 minutes and gave me a better price than the other local shop I had just came from. Had a bad experience there on 6/6. My teenage son, who happens to be bi-racial, was there with 3 of his friends of various races. They spent a few hours at the mall and went into The Fix a few times as they mall walked as they thought it was a cool store. The apparent proprietor gave them a very difficult time and threatened to call security if they didn't leave the store when they had done nothing wrong. A young couple apparently helped them out and the proprietor's son was also apparently more kind. Among other things, the gentleman told one of the boys that an item he was looking at was "not for him". When I went in to confront him he made comments about needing to protect his business (from what?) and that it was suspicious that these well behaved boys had come into his store multiple times (basically, what teenagers walking the mall do). He said he warned them about calling security because they were acting suspicious, but couldn't identify anything they did that was suspicious. Quite obviously he targeted some good kids without reason. read more
