I just moved from the SF Bay Area to the DFW area and wanted to supplement my income with DJing. Back home in the Bay Area I can sling a crate of records and I was bound to hit a DJ. Here not so much, I hadn't used my turntables in over 2 years they were in storage. I tried to Hook them up and use it but they didn't work and I needed to get the RCA and grounds grounded. I sent my Technic SL-1200 MKII to Jay because I was having pitch issues while using DVS systems. Previously I had tried to get the issue fixed by a different technician but ended up spending $120 and not getting the issue resolved. Jay kept in close correspondence with me and made sure to properly diagnose the issue with the turntable so he could give me the most affordable option to repair it. He ended up replacing the pitch fader and made some other calibrations and tuneups. I am pleased to say I received the turntable and it works flawlessly.
