When My precious cell phone stopped working friends and family said it would be too expensive to repair and they all started looking for deals on new phones. But I love my phone and don't want another one. I found CPR online and it was on my way to work and easy to find. It's on Loop 288 and you walk right past all those fit young men standing outside the recruitment offices, Again everyone said it would cost a lot just for an estimate to see if the phone was repairable, then maybe they could repair it, but.... Well let me tell you THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE. I needed a new battery but it isn't one that's readily available and they would have to send off for it. (Uh oh I thought, new, hard-to-find battery has to be pricey). I asked was this going to be expensive and the man said fiftyfour. OK I thought, now for the service charge. But no, the whole thing,everything, battery, service charge, everything was fifty-four! I paid to expedite the battery's delivery and in two days I had my phone back. Total cost - estimate - new battery - service charge - expediting charge - tax - two days turnaround - $70.36. This is for sure the place to take your phone to be repaired. I was expecting to pay twice that amount and hoping it wouldn't be. The staff is extremely helpful and I recommend CPR to everyone. I also noticed they had some of those phone cases on the wall that look like they could take impact from anything and there were a few phones for sale as well. read more

My 1st generation iPad wasn't working so i called Apple. They did a diagnostics over the phone & said i needed to replace the battery. When i showed up at the Apple Store they told me they don't replace batteries & that i could get a remanufactured one for $250. Or a new one for $326. Before spending that kinda of money i looked online to see if i could find someone local to replace the battery & after many calls and much reading online I found CPR in Denton. They had the best price & from my first contact with them via e mail, they were very responsive. I brought it in & was told they had to order the battery & i needed to leave it there. It took two days to get the battery but as soon as they had it, my machine was fixed & i got it back. Unfortunately when i got it home, the battery life was fine but the touch screen didn't work in some spots. I e mailed the owner Tyler & he immediately told me to bring it in & they would look at it. I brought it back, they found a connector got nicked when switching out the battery. They replaced the screen and i had a perfectly working machine the next day. Tyler & his staff were awesome. This shop places a high emphasis on customer service, they guarantee their work & all for a reasonable price. In the future anytime i have a computer or cell phone issue, this is where I'll be going! read more

Highly recommend this business to anyone in Denton/DFW. I was referred to them by the local T-mobile store after going in with a Samsung Galaxy that was on the fritz and apparently a battery that had expanded to a point the phone stopped working. I went to CPR for the first time and was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of phones, and quick diagnosis of the problem. I opted to have them fix it rather than opt for a new phone. I had managed to keep my iPhone SE intact without a case for a couple of years, but one morning my foot caught in the charging cord and pulled the phone off the bedside table and onto the ceramic tile floor. The glass screen didn't just spiderweb, there were small pieces falling out of it. I rely on my phone for my business, so I had to have something done immediately. I went online and scheduled an appointment with CPR, and in about an hour my screen was replaced, good as new. The cost was about what I expected, so no surprises there. My phone was fixed quickly and done well, unlike other shops where I've had to have it repaired several times before it worked correctly. I even went several years before getting my phone repaired because I had such a horrible experience before coming here. Had an issue with the lightning port on my iPhone 7plus being loose. i called and was told it probably just needed cleaning but they had the parts in stock to replace the port if needed. To replace the part was $79.00 and two hours labor. I brought the phone in and they cleaned the port. That's it. They didn't charge me. Phone works like new. They could have easily have said it needed physical work and I would have paid. I will recommend this repair shop to anyone with a jacked up phone. Thanks again guys read more

I've cracked my screen a few times. The first time I took it to Fix it Fast on Ft. Worth Dr. and that was a giant mistake. My screen was popping right out of my phone when I went to pick it up and they refused to do anything about without adding additional fees. However, CPR was a totally different story! Tom had my phone good as new in less than an hour. The screen they replaced started flickering randomly and they replaced it again for free. No hassle at all. Just good, honest work. read more

I dropped it off and picked it up in good working order. This was cheaper and safer than buying a used phone on the internet. I somehow managed to shatter my iphone screen even with a glass screen protector on it. I took it to CPR and they fixed it within an hour! Very nice, professional workers and great customer service. My laptop was not preforming well on 9/09/2022, Friday afternoon, and got fixed on the same day. Two USB internal ports were replaced with no charge. I was not charged for diagnostics either. These guys are awesome! I dropped my phone off last Friday to have the screen replaced and it was ready for me within 45 minutes.
