With my luck, the screen went out two days before I did my trade in (phones got shipped since they weren't in stock) so they weren't able to accept it until I reset it and got the IMEI. Not calling anyone out, but I called a store very close to this one, asked if by any chance they could hookup a screen temporarily so I could get the IMEI and factory reset it. They cut me off before I could finish asking my question. Said they don't do that and I would have to pay for the entire screen. I called this store, they heard my situation, and said yes. They could absolutely help me out. When I went into the store, they immediately greeted me and helped me out. The older gentleman did me a favor and even peeled off the plastic cover on the screen so I could use my Face ID for settings. What other place would do that ?? No other place but this one. 11/10. I had broken my phone by pulling out the SIM tray. it got stuck and then the tray snapped like a twig. That put me in the situation where my phone was completely a usable mess. The gentleman there was incredibly nice. I went to say what the damage was and in mid-sentence, he completed my sentence in unison. It was then I was able to size up the character of this person. This man was a virtuoso of craftsmanship. I left feeling like this guy was a king of kings with electronics. His prices are even reasonable! If you have a problem with a phone, then do not even bother with any other shop on earth and go to Computer and Cell Phone. read more

My IPad screen was totally blank. Pitch black. Took it to Computer and Cell Phone thinking it might need a battery. The owner looked at it, took the cover off, opened the iPad and in no time at all the IPad came on. He explained it was something to do with the surger getting over charged, therefore it automatically went dead. He told me anyone could have told me it was a different problem and charged me an arm and a leg. He put the IPad back together and didn't charge me a dime. There are still good and honest people in this world. HE IS DEFFINITELY ONE OF THEM!!!!! Will refer anyone to him. He was truly a blessing to me today. read more
