Cellfone USA has two locations in the mall. The attendants was friendly and showed me an assortment of different phone cases. However, the repair attendant was not present. This was unprofessional as no customer was able to get service. I waited and the repair associate did not return. They fix broken phones, but only certain brands. Had my screen replaced and Face ID no longer works. They attempted to fix it, but it remains broken. They refused to at least refund the amount of the replacement, and only offered a free screen protector & case, which does not equate to the value of my phone that now is broken. The customer who came in while I was waiting was complaining that her phone was still broken as well, so seems like this is a common issue. Do not come here. read more

Phone slipped out of hand...case didnt protect it enough; screen cracked some but now touch screen didn't work. Brought it in to CellFone USA in the mall after checking Yelp reviews. The man there was very friendly and honest; answering my questions. Had my screen replaced, he applied 10% off coupon even tho I didnt have it printed/on phone, & put on a tempered glass protector. Had it done in less than an hour. Did good work, phone works fine, reasonably priced; no BS. IF I have any more iphone issues, I will be back. Thanks! read more

I dropped my phone on the concrete at the lake and thought great that was a five hundred dollar mistake. I looked up the cost of a new phone and decided to look up repair cost instead. The cost of my new screen was about $70 and it looks like a brand new phone. While I was there I had them put a in new battery also, which was a great idea. They put it all together in about 30 minutes and was very nice about. I'm glad I decided to check into a repair instead of a new one. I would recommend these guys for sure. read more

The owner is an absolute scam artist. They give themselves 5 star reviews on Google and fraudulently remove negative comments. If you're unsure of how suspicious it is, pretty much ALL of their reviews EVERYWHERE are either 5 stars or 1 star, I'm willing to bet they pay for good reviews (and/or have friends and family do it for them). The whole business is a scam as well. They buy cheap products and sell them for a ridiculous markup. If you search for the brands of phone cases they sell online you can find them for 8-10 dollars, but almost all of their phone cases in store are 30 BUCKS!!! I got tricked, being told he was giving me a "good deal" by reducing the prices on what I was buying but I still paid TWICE AS MUCH as I would have if I'd just gone to Amazon or Walmart. TLDR: Not worth your time. Not worth your money. Don't let them fool you. read more

If you don't feel like reading this review (although it may be entertaining to some) let me cut to the chase and say I give this Phone Repair Shop -5 stars. I'm actually trying to cope with the fact I have to give 1 minimum. I actually went out my way to create a Yelp account, download the app, and wait 10 minutes on a confirmation email just to spread the word. I don't want anyone else to have this terrible experience. So I broke my phone screen at night one day. I call Apple to get an appointment in store to fix my screen. It's $100, which is standard and I knew that. The only thing that dissuade me was that Apple was full of appointments all the way to the following week and I need my phone! I work at the local mall and often walk past this store to get to my job so I thought "why not go in and see if they can fix it." Sure enough I go I n the following morning. There's a lady who works there who took my phone and said she'd charge me $100 for it. At this point I'm thinking "why do you charge the same amount as the official thing?!" The only reason I stayed is because I needed my phone ASAP as I'm a student at UNT. So I get my phone back 45 minutes later then go home and notice a blue mark under my screen, like a dead pixel; the screen was also not secure on the phone. They offer 7 day warranty incase they installed it incorrect so I walk in and tell them what I see. The lady then blames it on my vision and says all computers do that (mind you, I'm a BCIS, former computer engineering major so I kinda know about computers). So I leave because I have to work and didn't feel like arguing that day. I return a week later because this blue mark is just unbearable, especially at night or in low light. It sticks out like a thumb. They continued to refute my claims but upheld their end of the warranty and changed the screen. I get my phone and got a text message... The screen is rattling like a snake, my home button is wobbly, and not to mention there are scratches on my phone!!! I'm not even going to bother this time. I'm just going to Apple (like I should've done the first time for quality) next week and shell out yet another $100 for my precious iPhone All in all, terrible quality. These screens sell for $20 on Amazon and there's finger prints all over the place. So I basically paid $80 for terrible customer service and sub-par professionalism. I would not recommended this phone repair shop to even my worst enemy!!!! DON'T GO HERE! read more

My husband smashed his I phone, he's a General Manager and he NEEDS his phone on him all the time. The screen was completely shattered and he couldn't see anything... It was late on a Friday night, We went into Verizon and the guy said it would be a pain to switch phones etc... And he said to try a cell phone repair place. I have to say I was Leary about these places. So I noticed there was a place at the Mall that was open. I have to say..... One of the best experiences I've had. So easy...and the phone was completely fixed within 30 mins and we were charged only $100!!! You never would've known the phone was ever smashed!! And my husband is now in a great mood:) read more

I will never go anywhere else to have my phone fixed. They've repaired my iPhone twice and were cheap, transparent, and quick. I am a clumsy person and I break my phone regularly, and these guys have fixed it at the best price every time, no matter how badly damaged. Amazing service and nice people. SCAM.!!! BEWARE, you could get extorted for either more money or less service by using this company. I was charged a specific price when I dropped off my phone, and then 10 minutes later received a call from the owner telling me I will owe him $20 more for my model because he quoted me the wrong price. I told him I would be back to pick up my phone, but he agreed to repair it for the sale price. ALERT: They didn't repair the back of my phone!!! I called other places and the ones who use OEM parts get both a front and back piece on my s10+. This company claimed the 'market' did not have a back piece available, so they never fixed it. I was forced to accept this as is because there's absolutely no refunds. I was told by the clerk it would be fixed included with the price. When the ordered the parts, NO ONE EVER CALLED ME to let me know the back wasn't going to be fixed. This place is unorganized, and possible the best legal racket in the state of Texas. BUYER BEWARE, there's plenty of places to get a phone fixed. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED OR EVEN ALLOWED TO OPERATE. read more
