Ive been waiting for 30min for this place to open and i had and appointment scheduled well in advance

I got a diagnostic done for my phone from apple and was told it could be my battery and to go in store to get it looked at. Called this location before my appointment, explained what the problem was and was told it wasn't the battery and to bring it in for a diagnostic test. When I arrived, I was charged $40 for a diagnostic and told it was my motherboard and battery. Hazel then tried to charge me close to $600 for this, she then said she didn't feel comfortable replacing the battery! As I stated before, I called before i made the drive and she said nothing about the $40 diagnostic fee or about not feeling comfortable with doing the replacement. I left and went to a different place only to be told that it was only my battery that was the problem, got a FREE DIAGNOSTIC and only paid $100 for replacement. Don't go here and waste your time or money... Highly dissatisfied with this service, seems like she was only trying to get the money and not actually trying to help the customer. read more

It's an apple provider but save your time and money and just go to the Apple Store. Guy removed my cracked iPhone screen for diagnostics, and further damaged, before he realized he didn't have my necessary screen in stock. Said 3-4 days to get it in stock and I would have to pay a retainer fee. It's really difficult to go 3-4 days and thru the weekend with no phone. Went straight to the Apple Store in southlake and they fixed and replaced right away with impeccable service and had my screen in stock. read more

Don't waste your time go directly to Apple. Trying to support a local business, but just scam you in to paying more money and not getting what you want. Charge me $1200 to replace a logic board (on a $2500 computer)and insinuates they can get data, but then after not being very timely after multiple phone calls and follow-ups they claim they have to send it off and give 2000 and $5000 for a clean room to pull it off and claims that they've had it take up to 8 months for recovery I paid for up front. Just make excuses. Also, does not explain options or pricing very well and claims they do an exchange instead of a new board that I paid for twice now owning this MacBook Pro, then wants to keep my board after goes round and round. They finally give me ridiculous options instead of just letting me take to Apple to see if they can get it done which they claim they could. Final options email - Apple has now placed a deadline on when I have to return your old logic board. At this time I need a decision to be made on what we are going to do going forward. As a friendly reminder, Here are our options going forward. If i do not have a response from you by Friday 6:00 pm. I will have to return the your old logic board to apple. 1) I proceed with the advance data recovery services. As I mentioned previously, I would only need the remaining balance of 55.21 after taxes. After words the logic board will be shipped to our California facility for data recovery. 2) I charge you for the stock price of the old logic board. This will allow you to keep the old board. Which your remaining balance after diagnostic credit and initial repair cost will be 1466.79. 3) We don't continue the data recovery process and we return the old logic board to Apple. Your data will be erased upon arrival at apple. 4) I reinstall the old logic board. Return the new board to apple. Amazing services and would 10/10 recommend coming here! I had to get my Mac keyboard replaced (due to an Apple recall) but I came here instead of the Apple store (worried the Apple store would be too busy) and I am really happy with my decision. The customer service was great (I was helped by Isaiah) and he repaired my device super quickly, and even repaired my touch bar (which was giving me problems not related to the keyboard issues).
