Love this place! I was in dire straights after going to the AT&T store 3 times in a 2 hours period…read morewithout getting my issue resolved. The owner is very honest, patient and talented. I have not been to a cell phone repair shop before but felt comfortable right away. While in there several repeat customers came in to get their phone repaired! When he says, "15 mins." it is REALLY 15 minutes. My iPhone 8 had died & I had been without a phone for over 24 hours and was beyond panicked! I walked out of there within 35 minutes with a new phone, all data moved over and an accessory for just over $300! I highly recommend!!

He "fixed" the phone and I got it back the following day and I sent the phone off to be traded in. Soon after the phone stopped working and the screen began flashing a green light and my trade in denied and I was sent back the phone. I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.

Do not, under any circumstances, take anything to this store for repair…read more My son is a college student at UNT and he needed a new screen. To be expedient, this store was closest to campus. I live in another state so I was not able to do much except help him pay. The screen was replaced and they called me to get payment. 1st red flag: "Our card reader is down, you have to Zelle me the money". Major red flag, but I didn't have much of a choice. I Zelled the $150. Screen looked good. The tech told ben his battery might be expanding and that could be a problem. (*** why he did not contact my son when the phone was open is beyond me ). 12 hours later, the next morning the new screen was broken and the phone had separated from the shell. I was visiting the next weekend, so I took the phone to the store. I will say the tech was nice, but pretty sure he does not know what he is doing, nor do they use apple approved parts and procedures. Eventually, after much terse conversation, he agreed to do what he could (ie try to fix it) BUT after seeing the condition of the phone, the last thing I wanted was him to work on it again. So we ate the $150 and just went to verizon to get a new phone. Finally, their card reader 'was down' again. After discussing that for a few minutes, he admitted that they turned off card acceptance as they were getting too many chargebacks (I am not surprised). So they ONLY take, Cash, Zelle, or a debit card. And in doing so, they still tell the customer that the machine is down. WOW.
