Lately i have been having issues with it freezing during gameplay......I talked to Gamestop and they recommended to talk to GadgetWrench. I emailed GadgetWrench on a friday and got a response monday morning. They gave me a really good quote......so i went and dropped off the PS3 the next day. I got a call back from them the same day letting me know that they fixed the processor but my fan was going out. quoted me on a new fan and it was really cheap so i said that would be fine. They did some more tests and found out that my BluRay drive was also going out.........it is a 7 year old system so i kind of expected it. Since the BluRay drive was going to be a little more expensive i told them that i would just go buy a new one. They didn't even charge me for fixing the processor and the fan since they weren't able to fix it. They were very professional and tried their hardest, but it was a 7 year old system that was just done. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to take their game systems or phones to this place before going out and spending money on a new system or phone. P.S. - make sure to go online and make an appointment since they are an appointment only place........and if you don't live nearby you can ship your system to them and they will repair it and send it back to you.

Called on the 26th and was given excuses about them going out of town and a half assed apology. Said I would be in to pick up today and asked how long they would be there. Was told till 7pm. Wife stopped by at 5:15 to pick up and note on door says "be back at 5:45 went to eat". Six trips to try and get repairs done properly and get our PS3 picked up. Poorest customer service ever experienced. Seemed nice and accommodating when I chose to use them, however with this bad experience can't recommend them or say I will use them again.
