I had them replace a battery in my phone. I have never set a passcode on my phone. But when I picked my phone up and got it home, I could not get into my phone. Someone their, their Tech had set a pass coded on my phone. They would not take responsibility. Don't trust these people, I never will again. read more

Went for a battery replacement, and they broke my screen. They replaced it for free, but my screen will not stop having lines across. They also did not line up my screen correctly. It is very hard to type. We then called to see if we could have them fix it, and the person there, josh, was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend getting your phone fixed from there. Although all this happened, we did speak to the manager and my phone got completely fixed. read more

I went to the Sherman Tx store, I was having a problem with Touch Disease on my IPhone 6+. The Tech said they couldn't fix it, said to take it to the IPhone store in Frisco Tx. In July I had my first screen repair with Battery Plus Bulbs in Sherman Texas. My screen got shattered for the first time in my life. I had dropped it on concrete when on vacation and I didn't have a phone case on it. I accepted that this was my fault. At first when I was scheduling an appointment with Battery Plus Bulbs I was really happy because I was excited I could get my phone repaired the same day in one hour but after I got my phone back I was having sensitivity issues where I could not touch any buttons for minutes at a time and would have to force restart my iphone. I was annoyed by this but ignored it since the screen wasn't cracked but then one night my phone fell out of my bed and cracked. My phone is in an otter box (that I purchased immediately after the first time I got it fixed) with a screen protector and cracked the first time it gets dropped and not from a far distance at all. I was upset and annoyed. I call, schedule an appointment tell them what happened and they say we don't have a warranty for screen repairs and was like "we can take 10$ off". I was extremely upset, but Go ahead and get it fixed by them AGAIN but after I get it fixed my screen gets discolored at times where half my screen will be normal and the other half will be different colors...I ignore it because it's not 24/7 just every now and then, but I also have AGAIN sensitivity issues where when I'm talking on the phone I have to keep my phone an inch away from my ear or it will turn on speaker or press random buttons from my ear touching the screen but still I ignore it and get it fixed on September 9th, NOW less than one month later on October 2nd, I drop my phone ON A RUG and my screen cracked. It is in an otter box still and I even got Battery Plus Bulbs to put one of their screen protectors on where the worker told me it would be hard for your screen to break with one of them on...yet it didn't do anything. The screen protector is just fine, but my actual screen is shattered. I call them, they again tell me they can't do anything but give me 10$ off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I feel like the glass screen they put in is just a sham. My money was wasted. I have never had so many problems with my screen. As a college student finding the 100$ to get my phone repaired each time is hard and I'm over it. I don't recommend Battery Plus Bulbs. read more
