Shipping, lots of places ship promptly. QF, I don't know, I think they're bending time somehow. Selection, amazing. Seriously, I wanted to match several yarns I'd seen on Ravelry, but the manufacturer had discontinued those colorways. Quixotic Fibers had them. Twice, that happened. Luck, or a portal? Hard to know. And so nice, I stopped by several times at DFW, each time their staff was pleasant and helpful, even when I skidded in 5 minutes before closing one evening and said, "I need a 4 color gradient for a class tomorrow morning." Not a problem. And, I've gotten huge compliments on the resulting cowl. Seriously, A+++++, will buy from again.

Won't be going back again. Dr seemed fine, not too warm and friendly but competent, but when I…read morewent to pick up my glasses on Friday, the door was locked at 11:40 AM. No sign or notice. The web site said that they were open but no one was there. No sign on the door "Back in 10 minutes" or anything like that. So I got back in my car and called. No answer. I left a VM. Did hear back in the late afternoon, that maybe the receptionist had locked the door and gone to the restroom or something. OK, but she should have left a note. I am from out of town so this was an inconvenience for me. Anyway, I went back on the next morning, Saturday, and there was one person there. She brought out my glasses. I asked a couple of questions and she did not have answers that satisfied me at all. Again, not warm and friendly at all, no smile, very cold. I really expected to be treated better. As I said, not going back. Sincerely, the cashier at the local gas station where I stopped on the way home was more friendly and treated me with more respect that the receptionist who met me at Travis Street Optical Saturday morning. I spent $5 at the gas station, and $350 at Travis Street Optical. Shouldn't that buy me some respect? Won't be going back. Dr. Phillip L. Clancy

They were extremely accommodating and honestly it was one less thing to worry about. The chapel is stunning with the beautiful stain glass. We didn't have any decorations inside the chapel because it just didn't need anything. I was able to use that money on other decorations in the reception. You also have the option of renting out bunk houses for your family to stay the night if they are flying in from out of town. Thats on me, my mistake. my real complaint is trying to buy mulching kit with a chute block off for three weeks from these people who kept promising me. They were going to send me pictures and pricing and nothing ever evolved from it. It was like they didn't really give a crud. so I found another dealer in Gainesville same thing called for two days. No one called me back finally got a hold of the owner and his parts guy finally called me back after three times and nothing nothing ever transpired. I'm not sure what's going on with these businesses, I guess they're making way too much money. They don't need to sell a $400 mulching kit for their mowers so I made mine and I can guarantee you. It's 1000 times better than a crap they're trying to sell Me. I would stay far away from Sam's lawn riders and if I needed a Scagg or an echo product, I would go to Flanigan's or I'd buy a bad boy from the guy out close to Van Alstyne off of 160.
