I went to my sweet Aunt's funeral and found out Judy's had provided the flowers for the altar as well as several others, as well as mine. I called on Saturday 9/11 to order flowers for a friend's birthday on 9/12. The woman who answered the phone was not in a good mood from the beginning and as the phone call went on she continued to get more agitated and yelled at me for going too fast with my information. I felt from the beginning that my order was a burden to her and she was not happy to take it but I was thinking of my friend who deserved flowers for her birthday as she was here busy working 6 days a week taking care of Covid patients in your local ICU. To add insult to injury, the flowers were wilted the next day and they were not full of actual flowers at all for a $75 arrangement order. I was highly disappointed in the customer service at this shop and the quality of the flowers regardless of how busy they were. If you cannot provide excellent service to your paying customers then don't take the order. read more
