We were supposed to go in to look at dresses on a Saturday afternoon. They called and needed to change our appointment to Sunday when they aren't normally open. It was actually really great to have the whole place to ourselves. London, the awesome woman who helped us, did an amazing job. I had some serious anxiety about finding the right dress and personal circumstances delayed my ability to make appointments in a timely manner. I was about 6-7 months out from my date when I finally started making appointments. Teri was amazing & this was my FAVORITE dress shopping experience! I loved how she did not let me choose my own dresses to try on; & instead asked what I liked and did not like (this was my 3rd dress appointment lol) - and pulled the dresses she liked for me based on what I told her and how she saw me. The experience was so much fun. She would ask for my immediate feedback after clipping me in, before I walked out to my entourage to show them and got their feedback on it. She could tell which one my group and I fell for, and did not push - but rather let me arrive to that point on my own with the support of my girls. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was at LeAnn's!!! It went so far beyond our expectations that I can't fully put it into words but I'll sure try! I'm the MOH for my little sister and I set up the appointment for her. It was everything you would want for your family member. Our appointment was with Teri and she was just lovely. Very nice and patient and openly welcomed criticism on the gowns. You could tell that she 100% wanted to find the best dress for her client and she listened to every request, looked at every dress photo, and talked extensively with our bride to be sure she completely understood the budget and style that she was looking for. She stayed right within the price range and even advised against trying on a more expensive dress because she didn't want my sister leaving disappointed. They provided a glass of champagne for each person in our group, and had fun love songs playing over the intercom. The atmosphere was beautiful and felt like it was straight out of a movie scene. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was negative...the staff wasn't helpful and didn't consider my price range. The communication was lacking as the "manager was out" so they couldn't sell a dress to me at a discounted rate since it was damaged. I tried calling and after multiple callbacks I was finally able to pay for the dress. I was disappointed at how it didn't feel personalized and the consultant wasn't personable. If I could give a zero star review, I would. My sister in law and her entire bridal party ordered dresses from here. LeAnns KNEW they would be closed for 2 WEEKS during the Christmas and new year holiday, but they left us without any information about our dresses we needed for a January 8th wedding. After MANY attempts with emails and phone calls (in November, their voicemail STILL had 4th of July hours listed), we FINALLY got ahold of someone who said our dresses were coming on December 30th, and we could pick them up the next day. My sister in law goes to pick them up AND THEY ARE THE WRONG COLOR!!!!!! My dress is supposed to be SLATE, and it's a sky blue color, and the other bridesmaids dresses were supposed to be a mist color....they are straight up MINT GREEN. LeAnns should have refunded our money in November to allow us some time to find replacements. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN, NOR will I EVER recommend them to ANYONE. They clearly only care about taking your money, not about fulfilling their end of the business transaction. Their communication is NON-EXISTENT, despite countless emails and voicemails left. They left us with 5 business days to try to get dresses altered, and while they offered their own seamstress, she was in Dennison and no one in the bridal party felt comfortable doing ANY more business with them. If they would like to compensate us for THEIR mistake and horrible customer service, I'll be happy to take down this post and others that I've left on other websites. read more

I went to pick up my dress today. I arrived a few minutes before my appointed time. I was asked to wait in a room with my matron of honor. The associate said she was with another customer and would be with me shortly. No problem. I was chatting with my friend while she was away. She came to get me to try my dress on in the next room. My friend was taking pictures of my dress and I was having a good time finally being able to see it. After a few minutes it was time to go. I went to follow the associate to the next room but paused in front of the mirror to get one last look. Then she said "are you ready to take it off or no?" I was a little alarmed at how she was speaking to me and followed her out. She helped me out of my dress and I felt like she was trying to rush me. She spoke very fast and said the alterations with their contact have a 3 month wait and she named some other place but I didn't get what she said. I walked up front with her while my friend gathered my belongings. I signed their little paper and was sent on my way. No referrals for alterations. I didn't get to take an "I said yes to the dress" photo. I just felt like they didn't want me there. We left the shop at 5:15. 15 minutes into my appointed time. My friend said she felt like we were being rushed and too. We thought maybe it's because the shop was going to close or something. The shop doesn't close until 6 pm. I'm not sure why she had a problem with me but I felt very unwelcomed. Good thing I won't be going back. At least I love my dress. read more

I felt like she really listened to the ideas of what I wanted in a dress and picked ones for me to try on that matched what I was looking for while also trying to be respectful of my budget (my dress ended up being over my budget but it was the one that I just couldn't forget even after trying on many more dresses at 4 other bridal shops). She gave good recommendations on different veils to match the dresses I tried on, and patiently answered all my questions during my initial appointment and follow up visit. She was available, flexible, and communicative. I really appreciate her in helping me to find my wedding dress (the last dress I tried on), and she made the experience shopping at LeAnn's Bridal so memorable from the other bridal boutiques I visited. This was the 4th boutique I had visited. I was looking for a specific type of gown and wanted it a certain way. This was the only boutique that I found that had an off the shoulder ball gown, in satin, that could be made with no buttons and no lace. The sample gown had buttons down the back but I was assured, after multiple employees (on two different appointments) told me I could order that gown with the alterations I wanted. I was so excited! I paid in full and received a call three months later that my dress was ready. At this time, I had moved two hours away because we purchased a home so I drove 2 hours to go pick up the dress. I made an appointment and when they unzipped the gown there were white fabric buttons (completely different than the sample gown had) all the way down the back of the dress. I was devastated. I had specifically ordered that gown, at that boutique,because I had two associates check with owner and confirm. The notes had been put in at the time and were confirmed on my sales form, and the dress arrived completely wrong. I was told to leave and they would keep the dress and call me. I got in my car and cried. I received a call the next day that they would contact the maker and do whatever they needed to do to make it right. THEY DID! A new dress was made (a satin ball gown is a lot of material) and I picked it up yesterday. (yup! Another 4 hour round trip!) The dress is PERFECT. The assistant was really wonderful making sure I was happy with everything. I'm so grateful for this bridal salon doing the right thing when they could have easily not. Let me just start off with, out of the four places I went to (in order; David's Bridal, LeAnns, Circle Park Bridal Boutique and Blushing Bride Boutique) LeAnns was by far my favorite. This place has it all, a decent selection in dresses, sample sizes are larger than a 10, great customer service and the overall experience was wonderful. This was the only place that offered us champagne and they had lovely large dressing rooms! The privacy and just being treated like a movie star was great and it also felt like home. And I know a lot had to do with our stylist Terri. She was the absolute best, she was the only one that listened to my needs and guided me in the right direction. She was honest and I really loved that about her, she could read me and tell which ones I didn't care for and which ones I loved. She also never once got frustrated or lost her smile during the whole visit. Her attitude was how you hope and expect your stylist to be like. I was joking with my friend and said man if I could take Terri to every shop I know I could find a dress. This place is so lucky to have her, she is definitely a major asset to this business. I actually went back in yesterday to try on a dress I honestly wasn't in love with, but had liked the most out all the dresses I tried on at all locations. I am so glad I did, before trying on the dress we decide to pick out a few more just for shits and giggles....... and that was it! Literally the last one I tried on was the one. We both just were in awe. I love my dress! I had an awful experience here, nothing a new bride-to-be should ever have to experience. Wedding dress shopping is a once in a lifetime experience, and my stylist (London) acted like I was such an inconvenience to her. She was NOT helpful whatsoever. She would not help me get into or out of any of the dresses I tried on. I asked to put my heels on, and she didn't even help me get into my shoes, much less make sure I wasn't about to fall over. She would not properly clip my dresses to tighten so I could see how it would actually look on me. She claimed she didn't have the right clips to secure the dress, so I would "just need to hold the dress up and hold the straps so it doesn't fall off." PSA: wedding dress stylists are trained to tighten and secure the dresses in proper locations because you are trying on sample sizes that most likely do not fit you. She would lean against the doorframe of the door with a scowl on her face watching me and my family as I tried on dresses. She did not help fluff the train, present the dress, explain anything about any dresses; she could not even give me a price on several of them but then had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to purchase one of the dresses she did not know the price of. My family had to ask if I could try a veil on. Instead of my family enjoying the experience and watching me, they were fluffing the train and the dress and taking care of me the entire time because London obviously could not have cared less. I told my family I thought I was annoying her just because I wanted to try a dress on and have the straps clipped so they wouldn't fall off of me. She was so rude. Not ONCE did I feel like an actual bride who was picking out a wedding dress. She then called me a couple of days later and left me a voicemail asking again if I wanted to purchase a dress and STILL did not give me a price. If you want to be treated like the bride you are and have a wonderful experience, DO NOT GO HERE. On the other hand, I went to another wedding shop and had the total opposite experience just confirming that my experience at LeAnn's was UNACCEPTABLE. When the next shop heard how my experience was at LeAnn's, they were APPALLED. read more

I cannot say enough about how great my afternoon at Leann's was!! Alyssa was SO fun and easy to work with! LeAnn's Bridal was my first stop for dress shopping and it was probably the most relaxing/fun time I had shopping. Our appointment was 2:00 on a Saturday and I was the only bride in the store for most of the appointment. The staff was very friendly and I felt like everyone in the store was only there to help me. The consultant listened to what I thought I wanted in a dress and then walked through all of the dresses with me. I probably chose about 15 dresses to try on, but only ended up trying about 7. I had an amazing experience here! My mom and I went in just to look around, and I was on crunch time to find a dress. Mel helped us, and was so charismatic and helpful! Terri found three dress (all under budget) that I fell in LOVE with and 1000% listened to every word I said. I wanted to think on the three I was torn between. They let me go get brunch come back and try on all three again. Terri made me feel like a bride, actually a queen. Another thing that made me so happy was how they treated my marriage to a woman like they would a heterosexual marriage. Trust me, not all places are as professional or kind about it. LeAnn's Bridal is the perfect place for any bride to go! My party of 2 and I were seated in a beautiful room with comfortable couches, a large mirror, and a great background playlist. My stylist, Gabby, did an incredible job picking out gowns and was so personable. I had a $1500 budget, and while most of the gowns were in the 2000s-3000s (as most wedding gowns are), she was very respectful of it and we worked together and found my dream dress within my budget. My experience with Megan at LeAnn's was magical. I had had a previously lackluster experience at another shop, which kind of turned me off on the whole bridal dress-shopping experience. I had intended to purchase a dress online and when that plan fell through, I found myself less than two months from the wedding with no dress in sight. I called a bridesmaid, called LeAnn's, and had an appointment (on a weekday) for just an hour later. When I met Megan at the boutique, she was the epitome of what a bridal consultant should be. She made us feel welcome, we got to sip a glass of champagne, and we talked about silhouettes that I liked. Then she pulled some dresses for me and went over the costs before ever even trying anything on, which I appreciated, as I was being pretty forthcoming about being on a budget. Megan was positive and supportive as we tried on dresses, she was knowledgeable about her stuff, and she went through the process like a consummate professional. I don't like feeling pressured in purchasing situations and Megan assisted me gracefully throughout. I felt that magical moment that (admittedly stereotypically) many brides hope to feel, and I loved it. Seriously. No regrets. Everyone was great and I have a beautiful gown ready for me for that big day. If you're struggling, go to LeAnn's! Even if you're not, go there anyway! I just found my wedding dress here and I am beyond excited!!! It's a small boutique in downtown McKinney that has the cutest decor. I like that they had dresses in different price ranges. The dress I chose was a Madison James and it was $1,750. My budget was $2,000 so I fell good about the price of the dress I chose. The rep that helped me, Gabby, was so awesome and made me feel really good about my decision. She helped me pick dresses to try based on the style I wanted and what felt good on my body. So I have to rave about Terri from LeAnn's. I started my gown search in August and LeAnn's was my 8th bridal shop to go to back in September. I had a horrible experience and was almost in tears at another shop previously because I felt like I wasn't being heard on what I wanted or what they were bringing me was making me feel (I'm on the edge of being a plus size bride or not depending on the style/designer and most of the "regular" samples I can wear). When I walked into LeAnn's I was greeted immediately and then Terri took us to our room, offered us some champagne and got to talking about what I was looking for, places I had been previously, and the experience I had that made me almost give up on dress shopping. She was so sweet and determined to find the right dress for me. I was so impressed with the set up they had - it was very spacious, cozy and relaxing. I loved that my mom and best friend could sit and relax while I got changed in a completely separate room. We got to trying on and we tried on A LOT. She made my experience so much fun - we tried different veils on the ones I really liked to get the whole look. It was just an absolute blast and by far the BEST experience I had out of all the places I visited. I found EXACTLY what I was looking for and was ready to purchase once I talked to my dad later that weekend. Long story short, I wasn't able to purchase with LeAnn's because of budget reasons that my dad decided to change after shopping. But I still think about my experience and when anyone asks I always recommend LeAnn's. read more

My future daughter-in-law and I visited Le Ann's Bridal in March of 2015. We actually found The Dress at another shop, but I wanted to take a moment and give a review for others to read. We chose to go to LeAnn's because of the great reviews we saw on the Internet. We were working with a modest budget and so we were concerned about how we might be treated. We also were afraid that the number of dresses to be shown to us might be depressingly old or limited. I am also handicapped and this tends to make for additional stress for me and for the business personnel. I want to say that of all the shops that we visited, LeAnn's was by far the sweetest experience. Alyssa patiently explained every question we had. She made suggestions in a helpful, not bossy way. We had made an appointment and were shown right on in. Another young lady was helping another family, but since there are multiple dressing rooms and extra "background" assistants, we never felt that we were having to wait. The inside of the two story building has been renovated. It is beautiful. And, importantly for me, there is an elevator. We were shown a nice number of dresses and offered very flexible payment options. The staff could not have been any kinder to us. I have already recommended LeAnn's Bridal to other family members.
