Silver, Gold, and Platinum on multiple occasions. In every case they gave the absolutely best price over the three or four other places in the vicinity (Denton, Lewisville, Grapevine). I've been told they have multiple locations around town. They are closed Saturday and open Sunday which is also a bonus vs other dealers. Long story short if you have precious metals to sell then come here. They give the best price hands down and are proud to make that claim.

And I said 'because I want to wear my wedding ring' At this point I dont understand why I have to justify wanting to wear my wedding ring...... So then I decide to send my ring out, I get no updates.... I had to message them and ask when it was coming in and then was told 'it comes back next thursday we'll send you updates'.... and they did not... I had to respond today on the day of and let them know im coming, to which they finally responded it was ready... One lady was nice, but the lack of customer service, the remarks regarding my ring and the inability to do as they say and follow up, assures I wont be going back. They did a good job on my ring but im not going back.

The shop itself is nothing special, kind of unassuming actually...but, don't be dissuaded, the professionalism of Tony and his staff is world-class. I did a deal with Tony that was considered 'complicated' and required more work for Tony than a normal gold-buying establishment would be prepared to encounter. Tony not only handled the issues, without transferring the issues to me, but he handled them quickly and very professionally. I received top-dollar for my items and received the funds exactly as we discussed. To be clear, I am a discerning customer - this was not my first rodeo. If you are truly blessed to live in this Country and honor our veteran's, then this is the place to be. Tony and his wife Melissa are the best. Tony has all the answers, but if he there is something he can't help you with or answer, he will direct you or call someone who does know. I can't even imagine going anywhere else and buying my silver from anybody else but Tony. We do plan on returning as we have in the past and buying more bars and coins and of course coffee. I love going to Wise Wolf Gold and Silver Exchange. Layla is the most sweet old dog. I sold a gold necklace and a beautiful old ring to Tony and I was blown away to how much he offered me. The ring was white gold and the necklace was 14K. I made almost two thousand dollars! I have tried to sell them in the past but was never impressed by the $ offered.
