Second off while waiting for my dad to try on clothes an employee who's name I WISH I had gotten was so rude to me. For in case a manager or corporate see this, today is June 23, 2018, I was at the Sherman, Tx location obviously and the woman was by the dressing rooms, she was the person who gave you the cards to go to the rooms and sorted the unwanted clothes onto the racks. Older woman with grey hair. She was snobby to begin with, but as I was standing there waiting for my dad she told me I was in peoples way and there was NOBODY around when I looked around. Then as my dad was walking out she looked at me and said 'You really need to move' and this as is infuriated my dad and I both. Ross. If you are going to hire people. Make sure they know the old sayings, 'the customers always right', 'customers needs come first', 'smile while working' and so on. Absolutely will not be coming back.

Very passionate about what their goal is, I was very impressed after being there for a bit and having what I would call a very pleasant and educational conversation about the shop itself. The atmosphere was very comfortable and even put a glow on any other customers walking in the door that I spoke with while being there. Very friendly and very cool merchandise! Check them out! I will definitely be shopping there for any future gifts for my wife. There is so much to choose from. I was very very impressed to say the least.

Do NOT shop here!…read more This "company" made an error in their accounting and then came after ME for it SEVERAL days later!! It was over $40. What kind of company harraases a great customer ($600/mo at the time) over THEIR employees mistake!?? Yes, I have the receipts. This is what happened: I took my product to the register. Handed the employee my card. She SWIPED my card, she put my product in the bag, I signed and then I LEFT. Next time I came in, they said I made the error!! I did not make an error. Whatever the error was, it was their fault and the employees fault! Not the paying freakin customer. In the end, it's all their loss and certainly not mine! Texas Tobacco in Sherman (different company) is amazing!!! No need to be hassled at this poorly run company. They never deserved my business! PS. I forgot to mention that they wouldn't let me shop their unless I pay their employees shortage on her drawer of $40. Lol!!!

After my three previous lackluster library experiences in Texas...I'll admit...I did not have high…read morehopes for this library. But goodness, I was surprised! The clerks were friendly, helpful and informative...none of that snooty "can't bother to talk to you" attitude here. I was quickly assisted in getting a library card and the nice man gave me a tour of the facility. As homeschoolers, we utilize the public library system quite a bit. I was so happy to see that this county has an online system that let's you request books from other branches. JOY JOY JOY....the angels were singing in my head. What is such a standard library service in California is hard to find here in Texas. But the Grayson County Library System kicks butt and they get it done! So thank you Denison Library for being such a great place for my family to enjoy.
