During the holiday season they always have their buy 2 get one free used game sale. Best deal you can find anywhere! Otherwise most of their new releases are pretty much the same price and games that have been out for a while are overpriced. I'd just buy on Amazon.

Although it does not carry what I'm specifically interested in, if you like to play board games in a relaxed social atmosphere and pick up more modern-day collectibles, this might be the place for you. Madness has a wide variety of collector card sets, board games, and also modern action figure lines, with Star Wars and G.I. Joe as large focal points. Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. Although I probably won't be a frequent visitor, I appreciate the unique offerings Madness brings, especially in creating community.

These guys have really maximized space here without making for a cramped vibe…read more The shelves serpentine around the place making for niches and coves that lend an element of privacy to your perusals. All the usual suspects are here including new releases, fiction, non-fiction, children's etc. They've even managed to wedge in a small Travel and Texas section, which pleases me. Being a somewhat smaller store they have done a few things to save space like shortening the list of available magazines. Where's my Gun and Garden? The In store Starbucks seems way to big and isn't layed out very well. All in all though,I'm glade that Barnes and Noble survived the retail fallout and secondly,opened a new store. Always a good thing and it feels good. Go!

Strange experience. Ordered a console for pickup & could never pick it up. I ordered it at night,…read moreso I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. When I showed up during their business hours, it was locked up. The note said left at 4pm and be back at 5pm, but I showed up before 4pm. It looked like the note has been there a while & the store has been closed for a while. Called about 4-5 a day at different times hoping to reach someone for the next 3 days. No one picked up the phone. Closed again the next day. The customer service just said to wait 3 business days for automatic cancellation because there is nothing they could do about store pick up orders. After 3 days, still didn't get a refund. Finally got it refunded in 5 days after I had a family member check the store for me. They were finally open. At that point, I didn't even want the console anymore. Bought it somewhere else.
