They removed interior pieces during the install and put them back together horribly -- trim not clipped in, panels loose, and some parts not properly reinstalled at all. It looked rushed and careless, like they had no respect for the customer's vehicle. A shop that can't stand by their word and can't even put a car's interior back together properly should not be trusted with anyone's vehicle. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else

Madness has a wide variety of collector card sets, board games, and also modern action figure lines, with Star Wars and G.I. Joe as large focal points. Madness does carry some vintage Star Wars figures from the '70s/'80s but it really shines with the franchise toy lines that have come after that heyday, with deep inventory in the sequel trilogy figures, Power of the Force, post-prequel movie and streaming show figures, and the Retro Collection. This is also the place if you love the Pop! Funko figures (which I do not in the least) as Madness has definitely gone all in on the craze. I found the staff to be helpful with my questions during my visit and they gave me space to think about some items I was mulling over. This location does a great job lifting up PRIDE, and highlights minority authors and banned books. FanGirl for that. Many Yelpers verbalize complaints about low exchange rate on books we bring in. I also observe this. But I am glad for the opportunity to lower my haul by selling books. I rarely leave with less than one toteful of purchases so anything helps.
