This store is more organized and with more up to date merchandise than I have seen at other Five Below stores. Get there early cuz it is an absolute ZOO on weekends. Cute toys for the kids. Excellent workout equipment if you are balling on a budget! I stock up on yoga mats here and they have kettlebells and such. If you are traveling rest assured they have all of your travel sized items to stash in your carry on. It is truly a one stop shop! BUYER BEWARE! I went in and purchased some items I thought would be under $20 total and when they were rang up, the price was double of what they were showing on the shelf as. I told the employee this and she said the higher price was correct, so I showed her these prices listed right below them and she still insisted the higher prices were correct, but the products were in the wrong spot. It sure doesn't look like they're in the wrong spot. I didn't really need these items and returned them on the principal of them trying to deceive their customers and overcharge for cheap items. 2 tiny Lysol sprays and some cheap travel bottles are not worth $11.37. I gave 3 stars for the store being clean and employees being nice, just not helpful in this case. read more

A site with a lot of unique things in it, especially for stocking stuffers; however, the prices are higher than Walmart or Target would be on most items. I definitely don't suggest making candy purchases here, either. A regular size candy bar is $2.50 or more, here. The same size at Walmart is around $1.50. Be sure to check the packages inside, if possible, before purchasing. I have found several items that were damaged after getting them home and looking at them. They do have some really cool books that are a great value for $5 or so. I have picked up journals, large coloring books, and other interesting books that I haven't seen at any other store. As long as you wash their T-shirts on cold and hang them to dry, they typically won't shrink. I found an adorable MTV shirt there last year and it has held up very well. If you are looking for a place to get cute things for your tween or teenager, you will find lots of things here that they will like. Lots of collectible figurines, name-brand toy items, etc. Their art/sketch pads and books are a great buy. The store also has a good price on their packaged canvases as well as miscellaneous acrylic paints. Cute coloring books for only $1. Be smart, don't assume that all of the items in there are cheaper than they would be elsewhere, and you will find a few deals. The flow of the store can be a bit annoying, as the layout is in such a way that people tend to run into each other. Small aisles are not helpful. Beware close to Christmas! This place gets packed! There are so many affordable options for so many things.. toys, clothing, shoes, electronics, food, candy, and home goods. The customer service is friendly, the store is clean, and though some of the prices are higher than $5, they are still reasonable. read more

This was a pleasant surprise in my neighborhood. This location is very different from the others, but in a great way. Better selections, cleaner, and they have self check out. My son loves Five Below and we are there at least three times a month. Great prices on the things he loves best and super cool finds for myself. We are customers for life. read more

I called with a purchase made at a different Five Below and was fortunate to get Justin. My idea did not work but Justin immediately came up with a workable resolve. I LOVE THAT!! Top tier customer service. Since he would not be at the store when I arrived, he said he'd let his pm manager know to expect me. Guess what, when I arrived, Alex knew exactly what to do (because Justin had communicated as he said!!). While I waited for Alex to knock it out the park, Victoria was super helpful! Some products do not represent what the package guarantees. I bought a waterproof phone carrying case to get in the pool and the bag did not have anything to secure the phone from getting wet. So all of my things got wet. I came back to the store same day of purchase & they would not return the item bc I did not have a receipt. I showed them the purchase on my phone with my bank and they still refused to give me a store credit. The item was a false representation of what was offered to me and i was rudely turned away. These companies have children running their businesses and they could care less about doing the right thing. I will no longer be shopping in this junk store. read more

I decided to stop by today on Saturday for some holiday shopping. They had so much inventory in stock and best of all they had a lot of Squishmallow. This place brings smiles to our faces. My kids, age 8 and 10, absolutely love this store. It's made for kids age 6-14. You can find anything anything you need to decorate tween's room, from pillows to knick knacks to accessories. T-shirts, headphones, cellphone covers, some sports equipment, toys. All below $5. Heck, you can even find snack that tweens eat. Rows of snacks for tweens...All different kinds of Pocky, Chocorooms, Panda cookies, and much more. This store brings smiles to me and my husband because it's cheap. Unlike dollar store, It's nicely decorated - just like Justice and you can take this store, drop it in the mall and it will just fit right in. This place is our go-to for most party favors and this time around we had a mammoth job on hand . Getting gifts for 24 kids ! Mamie at the store was super duper helpful in guiding us on the options for the boys and the girls and also making sure she called other stores to check on availability of specific items. She is an angel ! Once we were all ready to go, she went out of the way to speed up our checkout process and did all this keeping the lovely smile intact ! Mamie is the reason we still go to a Brick and Mortar store, as the human connect and customer delight is still living thanks to her ! She definitely is an asset to the Frisco TX store !! Another awesome Five Below, and so far my favorite location in Dallas! Maybe it's because this store is sandwiched between my favorite discount stores: Marshall's, Ross, Big Lots and others. It's like some kind of amazing store patty melt or something. They have so much you need and don't for the right price. Guess. Yup, $5 or below! It's a nice place to get something for a kid or teen...adults too! My mom picked a really cool drawing sketch book full of prompts for my brother who's a Graphic Designer and appreciates gifts that spike his creativity. It's a really great place to browse items for goodie bags or giveaways for events. I saw some shopkins which I'm still clueless about, but my little cousins like them a lot. Also ninja turtle stuff. Step stools, graphic tees, EOS lotion and Chapstick. Probably the least expensive fitness stuff you can find too. The great thing about the store is that majority of the items are quality and looks like it cost more than $5. It's not just an ordinary dollar store. That's what we want, folks! At first glance I thought, "This is a great place to spend a few bucks on the kids for items that will keep them temporarily engaged and busy." But after perusing around, I found some trinkets that probably wouldn't be trashed within 30 days. A store that doesn't sell anything more than $5!!! I am in love! I am a huge fan of dollar stores, and I think that this is just fancier version of one. Need a new iPhone charger? Phone case? Party supplies? Candy? Holiday stuff? Toys? Travel stuff? T-shirt with a funny slogan? College gear? Well you get the point, this place has it ALL and for under $5. Yes, you can also find cheap crap, but it's super fun to look around and find the treasures. During my last visit I bought 2 iPhone5 cases, a box of bazooka gum (I haven't seen this stuff in so long, I was super excited and HAD to HAVE it!), a birthday card and a pair of Halloween socks. All that for just $12! The quality of the cases probably are not the best, but for just $2.50, they will work just fine! If you're looking to pop some tags, this is the place! Literally everything is $5 or less. But it's not all junky! They have great finds, from candy to greeting cards and gift wrap to socks, t-shirts, and toys. I purchased an iPhone charger for $5 in hot pink but it only lasted a couple of months. I saw an Elf Christmas card, I bought an Elf Christmas card. I bought a lot of candy. Then I bought some rainbow loom bands! They seem to have great trendy items and lots if items to appease the children of Frisco - without breaking the bank! This would be a great stop for sticking stuffers, birthday parties, and even going wild with ten dollars just for fun! It's an upgraded dollar store with a variety of products all costing under $5 each. Some products, for what they were, were overpriced. There are some items worth buying here. Staff is usually somewhat nice. Don't try to return anything for your $ you can only exchange. read more

While some of the stuff in here is cheapy trinkets that probably won't last long... to my surprise, most of the store had some pretty good stuff! One of my favorite finds was a case for my daughters tablet for $5. Sure beats the $34.99 price tag at Best Buy a few doors down. However, I don't recommend buying nail polish. I bought a bottle, and it was all thick and gross by the second time I went to use it. They have so much to see, so make sure to take your time and browse. And if you see something you like, don't sleep on it..because I noticed they change their inventory quite often. I saw a cute dog bed that I wanted, and ended up distracted and walked out without purchasing it. Went back the following weekend and it was like I had walked into a completely different store with all new inventory. There are no refunds..only exchanges, which kind of sucks..but with prices that low, you can't blame em. read more

Store is good but Very bad customer service. Item is stickered at one price and rings up another price at register. When questioned cashier couldn't care less. She says" I don't know , they must have been mistagged . I have to help the line behind you " and totally ignored me. No apology or no checking if it was a mistag or ring up error . A co -worker told me about this place. So I stopped in to check it out a few months ago. Fell in love instantly. I stop thru here from time to time to stock up on candy. I love candy, I'm surprised I have any teeth in my mouth from eating a lot of sweets. They have ol' school candy that's sometimes hard to find. So thanks to five below no more trips to the specialty candy stores that I find in the mall that charge by the pound. Five Below sells mary janes candies, small box of lemon heads (used to cost around .10 a for a box back in the day) now & laters, laughy taffy and so much more. So anytime I get a sweet tooth I stop thru here and fill up. It's a neat little store. They have t-shirts, snacks, cell phone accessories, toys, etc. I love it! read more
