Today my son and I stopped at Five Below to shop and decided to sit in a couple of the chairs that…read morewere on display for sale so we could see how they felt before deciding whether to buy them. An employee approached us and told us we needed to move because "this area is for walking." I asked, "Where would you like us to sit instead?" She pointed to another area out of the way, so we moved without arguing. A few moments later, a manager dressed in black walked over and, in a harsh and disrespectful tone, said, "There is NO SITTING IN CHAIRS ALLOWED. Get up now!" I was stunned. These were chairs being sold to customers, yet we were treated as though we were doing something wrong simply by testing them. If customers aren't allowed to sit in furniture that's for sale, that policy should be clearly posted. More importantly, there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to customers, especially in front of their children, in such an aggressive and demeaning manner. The issue wasn't just the policy. It was the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect. My son witnessed a manager treating his father like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. I expect a response from store management or Five Below corporate explaining whether this is actually company policy. If it is, it needs to be clearly communicated. If it isn't, then this manager needs coaching on how to speak to customers respectfully. This experience was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. I won't be returning until someone addresses how this situation was handled.

Very poor customer service. He desperately needs some customer service training on how to treat customers. At the end of what ended up being an 18 hour day, I found myself returning the TJ Max suitcase. But, as I showed the suitcase to the woman at checkout at Marshall's she informed me that I was at the wrong store, the tag on the case said TJ Max. We laughed, and I said "Oh no, where is the closest TJ Max?" Well it was 20 min away. I must have looked like I deflated into the floor. Then as I walked out Sadie called to me, "Sir, I can help you." I'm like, what do you mean?, this is Marshall's. Then she informed me that Marshall's and TJ Max are owned by the same parent company and that she knew how to do the return. What a random act of kindness, I was so grateful for that exceptional customer experience. A super special thanks to Sadie for letting me get home to see my kids and have some dinner instead of sending me on a trek to find the closest TJ Max. Thank you so much!

I immediately went to my local store and showed them my receipt. Since the picture of what I ordered and what I received they could not do the return in store. REALLY? The problem seems pretty obvious and was definitely NOT of my making.they wouldn't even do a store credit. MY receipt clearly showed what I ordered and how much I spent. They referred me to Marshall 1-800.I called on 5 separate days and spoke to 5 different people, each assuring me they would email a return label. I didn't get any return labels (yes, of course I checked my junk emails). This seems pretty incompetent considering the original order, and subsequent follow up emails were sent to the proper email address; clearly they have it. I am at a total loss and pretty disgusted with the entire process.

I can find 100% ONE HUNDRED PERCENT COTTON shirts and 75% SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT COTTON SOCKS!!!!! Not sure if you are as concerned and conscious as I am with NOT wearing and AVOIDING malleable made material socks. What do I mean here you go: PLIABLE: any of numerous organic synthetic or processed materials that are mostly thermoplastic or thermosetting polymers of high molecular weight and that can be made into objects, films, or filaments. Why? I don't want my feet to sweat. So cotton it is and it is very hard to find at other stores. Plus I highly recommend and suggest you READ your tags and the sticker label before you buy your next pair of socks, underwear or clothing. The above reasons are why I live Walmart so much!

I bring along charcuterie and fruit trays to family gatherings that are square shaped instead of rectangular and they haven't fit in my current cooler. I happened to find a cooler that fit my criteria on the Target app! The price was less than any I could find on Amazon. I have documented my experience today from ordering and then picking up my Igloo 60 quart cooler on wheels at Target. I added the cooler to my cart and it was not available for pickup at my closest Target location. It is great that they list where your item is in stock and how many miles away it is. Once I checked out, it said it could take up to two hours before my order would be ready. Before I knew it, I received an email letting me know my order was ready. It asked that I let Target know when I was headed to the store so they would be ready for me when I got there. Then click on the "I'm Here" button. Enter your parking spot number and a brief description of your vehicle type & color. Then you are given a 4 digit code to show the Target associate bringing out your order.
