Every time I go to Marshalls, they keep trying to get me to sign up for that TJMX credit card. I told them no because I don't need it!!!! but they keep pushing it anyway. At this location, the Indian lady kept asking even after I said no. When I firmly said I don't need it, she didn't even say thank you or goodbye after I finished paying Honestly, I think that's really rude. I don't understand why they have to pressure customers like that. read more

Quick stop here to grab a pair of pants and loved the experience. Everything was clean and well laid out. Found the size I was looking for and also had a quick peak at their clearance section. Found a good deal on a pair of Hilfiger pants in the clearance section. One star off because I felt hassled about getting a Marshalls credit card. They really should stop pushing after they hear a No thank you. read more

This place isn't bad but it's not well organized. Or, they try to be but constant people in and out makes it hard. They have great selections on low prices. For example beauty products, but most are busted, opened or missing a lid. A lot of their products are broken or missing stuff. But other than that it's nice. read more

I think that if you really look at Marshall's, you can typically find a great name brand at a lower price. The store is well organized and very clean and the dressing rooms were very tidy. The salesperson was extremely friendly, just like all the staff. The only drawback of this store is the same with all Marshall's: there's a severe lack of any size above a 14. What is there is old woman looking or extremely loud. I think that's just the entire industry though to be honest. I have found some decent plus sized Calvin and Polo stuff here for $20, so I'm grateful for that. read more

Finally, the hunt for the perfect Queen bedroom comforter set is over! I looked for months and didn't want to settle and finally didn't have to once I found it here. I popped my trunk for $59.99 and drove home smiling. Thank you, Lord! The cashier did almost get a side-eye from me though when she thought the set I was purchasing was likely mismarked. Why?! Maybe because it's so darn cute. Nuh uh, honey...the price is right! I informed her that the Queen set is $59.99 and the King set is $69.99. Gratefully she believed the truth and I left walking on sunshine. Similar to another reviewer, I only browsed home decor, bedding and a few snacks while waiting in line. Based on those items alone I view this location as a 5-star store! read more

This is a great store with lots of bargains. They basically sell all the overruns and surplus from other department stores. They sell everything from packaged food, toys, men's clothing, women's clothing, gift items such as shavers / pens, kitchenware, home decor and a few small furniture items. They are a bit disorganized as it is kinda set up like a thrift store so be prepared to spend a couple of hours bargain shopping here. Have fun! read more

Not the best Marshall's I have been to.. the stock levels were low but it probably has something to do with the time of year. But the racks were in somewhat disarray. And the dressing rooms still had merchandise left them in. The floors were not totally clean. But it is Marshall's. Now there was a sales person (who never spoke to a customer) that was rearranging all the beauty products which was nice. So the beauty area was in much better shape than the rest of the store. read more

Definitely an older store that's a bit dirty and difficult to navigate, but there can be some good stuff if you're willing to dig. I was able to walk out with 4 clothing items for $55 including tax - a very chic pastel country club looking maxi dress ($17), a velvet crop top that looked like it could have been from TopShop ($12), black floral tie front crop top ($10), and a very fancy black well-made bell sleeve romper ($12). There are some other designer items scattered throughout the store, so really embrace the treasure hunt! read more

The store manager , an indian lady, is very unprofessional and rude !! I bought a sweater at this store on 2/14. Unfortunately I did not keep the receipt and removed the tag when I hanged it in my closet. This is my fault. Today (3/5) when I thought about putting it on me, I found several small holes that were on the right arm area. The brand of it is SARAH SPENCER. Even I believed because i didnt have the recipe or tag it would be useless to bring it back to ask for a refund,but I still hoped to at least show the store what type of product they might have there. When I showed it for the lady at the check out, she was actually pretty nice. Asking me about the receipt and tag. Then the store manager, an Indian lady came. When she heard what happend, she looked at the sweater, and made the statement right away : It was not purchased here. Basically she was telling me that I was lying. Then I asked her to check my T J MAX/ Marshall card which I used to purchase. I hoped it would give them some ideas. She insisted that " We do not sell this brand here" and " could not find any information from the card ". I did expect that the sweater would not be able to be returned, but was very shocked and disppointed that she just simply denied it was sold there, and just treated me as some sort of cheater or lier in front of her. In my opinion this store manager is very rude and unprofessional , lacking of customer service skills in that position. So always remenber to check conditions for things you want to purchase there, save the receipt and keep the tag before you can be confident that everthing is OK. read more

Marshall's is one of my favorite places to shop but yesterday when I went to return a shirt that was gifted to me for my birthday, the cashier gave me the hardest time. I wasn't trying to get money back I simply wanted to exchange. After dealing with the rude cashier I decided to call and speak with a manager. Nima answered and informed me that if I went back to the store right there and then he could help me with my exchange. Nima did inform me that it wasn't normally company policy to exchange items without a receipt or original tag, but he understood that I was gifted the shirt and believed in a better customer service experience. Nima went above and beyond and because I appreciate great customer service, this 5 star review is all you Nima!! read more

I frequent this location often because I am of course on the hunt for some Rae Dunn items like most women ha going around the store. I probably go here about three times a week, sometimes more. Every time I go I am left feeling disappointed because I've only found items one time out of the probably fifty times I have been here. Yes I know these items are hard to find but what makes it harder is when the employees hoard it for other employees. I was not the one at this store when they were caught doing so but another Rae Dunn hunter witnessed an employee wheel out a cart with hard to find canisters straight to the front of the store behind the checkout area for another employee to purchase them. See the photo of her holding one in the yellow. Whenever we go in we are told nothing came in. Last week my friend was told there would be a "big truck Wednesday" so we came in that next day and that same employee was there and said "I never said there would be a good truck." We are all there so often we don't forget a face. Totally unacceptable, if you're an employee looking for Rae Dunn you should b doing it the same way everyone else is when you're not working and search for it. read more

This store is fairly small compared to the other Marshall's I've been too. I typically come to this store to search for baby items. There were a few racks full of baby clothes but it was so unorganized and crammed onto there that it was difficult to look through it all. The other items in the baby area ie bottles, blankets. Etc were all messy. I understand that the store carries random items but there wasn't any organization minus the back wall full of clothes. read more

2 registers open and 19 people in line. Did our shopping and had over $200 worth of stuff to buy and just left after waiting in line for 20 min without moving. I feel bad for the 2 ladies working as they asked for help on the registers and nobody came to help. Piss poor management! I love marshalls. Like one of the other reviews said, I can spend $300 in this store. I find things that I don't necessarily need or think I need. I visit marshalls throughout this nation. And this one by far, needs to work on their customer service. I have worked customer service before and I know what it's like to service your customers. If you work customer service it is about the customer. Making sure your customers are happy. So as an employee in the customer service industry, look your customers in the face! I'm a female, I get it you accidentally called me sir the first time but sheesh, don't call me a sir the third, fourth, fifth time!! Recognize your customers. Please work on your customer service. This store is much more organized than Ross. Their dress collection is good but I really love their home section. I got some awesome glassware for less than $5 and a queen comforter set for less than $60. They have a variety of cookies, chips, chocolate truffles and other dry food stuff like pasta, mixed nuts, granola bars. If you are lucky you can find some real good deals. I was so thrilled to find a straw handbag for less than 1/2 the price of Steinmart. The ladies at the trial room are sweet. The rooms are bright though not too roomy. read more

Hit or miss on good choices. Frisco is a nicer area. Cashiers can be rude, no CS training. Mgrs seem nice. Riff-raff shoppers look to see what you may buy & seem out of place. Check receipts! read more
