This is a pretty solid Target. I find myself here now again, today spending an obscene amount of money while telling myself it's either this or I crash out. I need this! As if I've ever deprived myself of anything. Trail run, solo coffee date, wander the aisles of Target for hours = damn near perf afternoon. They were having a pretty decent sale on matching family holiday sets and my son and his gf are visiting for Thanksgiving so these were a no brainer. Several holiday items were making their way to the floor so I scooped up some good stuff. I've loved the goodfellow line for men for the longest time. They have such great pieces. I'll be honest in saying idgaf about a Target boycott. They come in clutch with so many quality items, so take my money!!! read more

Horrible, Unprofessional! It is so disappointing that the store would sell and give me expired and spoiled and damaged children vitamins for my children! I ordered three gummy bear vitamins for my children. I came and picked them up; when I got home, I realized two bottles of vitamins were fused together and one bottle had separate gummies. I look and realize the two bottles that fuse together like one big gummy are expired and the one not fused together fixing to expired. I brough them back immediately and got refund. Don't their stockers scan products regularly on the shelves and remove expired and fixing expired products; then bring them back either tossed them or return them to the manufacturers for some credit? I guess they do not and just leave expired stuff on the back shelves and mixed in with other products so they can sell to online purchasers. read more

Management seriously needs to run audits on these ongoing curbside pick up issues. Of the handful of targets I've been to in three different states, this is by far the worst pick up I've ever experienced hands-down. From providing me the incorrect product, rotten produce, damaged items, used products, missing items, to giving me someone else's groceries. I can see why Walmart is starting to take market share from target. Their customer service has gone down hill. Last Friday my wife spent over $200 on items in the store. When she arrived home she realized she had been charged over $270. On the receipt they had charged her for a sweater she had not gotten as it was on a sales rack but rang up at full price. They would not give her the sales price so she told them she did not want it. Anyway kept the item but forgot to remove the charge which my wife missed until she got home in South Plano. She had to dive 20 min one way back to the store and they did refund the over charge. But no apology or offer of any compensation for wasting an hour of her time and the gas. It is sad when stores don't stand behind their customers. Good luck target. We used to love you but kohls and wall-mart are winning this retail war. read more

If you need a custom cake don't waste your time going to the Target bakery. I attempted to order a cake for my daughter's birthday and the lady behind the bakery counter walked off while my daughter and I were flipping through the custom cake book. After realizing the employee never returned, I asked another worker in the deli for assistance in the bakery and was told "there is no one to help, she left 5 min ago and will not be back" (it was 2:30pm) I then found another employee and asked if she could assist and she called someone to come help. The employee that came to assist stated he did not know how to submit a cake order and kept attempting to call the lady that was scheduled to be working in the bakery. After waiting 20 min, he explained to me that the lady is not answering his calls and asked could I come back the next day. A total waste of time. Will not be returning to Target bakery. Apparently, only 1 employee in the whole store knows how to submit cake orders and no one will be able to assist in their absence. read more

Big store, I guess that's why they call it Super Target. Same as all the others. Clean. Well staffed. Did notice less patrons. I guess kicking DEI policies to the curb and dropping ethnic designers really didn't help the image Target took decades to build. They had everything in stock that I wanted and they even have a full on Ulta in it which was perfect because the one in the shipping center was closed by the time I got to it. VERY close to my hotel this week thank goodness! Texas doesn't handle snow or ice at all so when it started to snow I walked over. It was nearly empty if people but the shelves were still fully stocked! I got my snacks, healthy and otherwise, my alcohol, and other necessities thanks to them staying open. It would've been nice to not have to use self checkout, but the employees there, were stocking and I appreciate everyone that was able to safely make it in. read more

Horrible location. This store needs a new store manager and I wish corporate would get involved with this store. There are rarely ever check out lanes open during the day, and the aisles looks like the day after black friday most days. They do a horrible job of cleaning the aisles as far as merchandise being left just anywhere. And customer service is non existent. It use to be you walk by a store employee and they would smile and acknowledge you. Not anymore. If you only care about Target itself and don't mind waiting forever at self checkout as the one employee stares at you making sure you don't steal anything, then this store is perfect for you. read more

Who doesn't love target? it's like the chick Fil A of grocery stores. It's classy, clean, organized, they have great products, and their service is impeccable. They have a wide selection of food, decorations, home stuff, kid's stuff...a little bit of everything. Great Wine and cheese selection too. I wanted to purchase a specific item listed on the Target Frisco website. Since I've had previous experiences of items not being in stock, I tried to call the store to verify before I wasted my time and gas going up there. I called 3 times (972-668-6880). The recording said to push 2 (I think it was) for customer service/customer care. Each call the phone rang and rang and rang. Was never answered. So I came home and ordered on Amazon, it will be here tomorrow. Cost is about $1.00 more but worth it. This absolute absence of customer service is exactly the reason we're seeing so many stores close. Will Targer be closing soon??? read more

When I'm driving away from this store, I always feel like there's a big Target behind my back. Big and busy Target in the suburbs of Plano with a massive parking lot right across from the bubble tea place that we go to. Sweeping in and out of this Target a couple of times wasn't too painful which was surprising, wasn't too awfully busy like some of these stores, and I haven't bought anything for myself here, but I bought quite a few things for Barbie. I've become quite the planner in my adultish life. This means I already know where I'd want to be in case of a zombie apocalypse, like if brain damaged people are ever running around infecting innocent victims without any care or consideration for others (or you know, something similar). Since I'm too far from the ocean right now I think I could find happiness at this Target for a while. In this new normal, team Target is holding it down in all their red and khaki glory. Surfaces are being cleaned frequently and masks are required. They even have hand sanitizer available for use that smells like warm brown sugar. Being stuck at home means I need my keto snacks to get me through the day, but sadly they're not sold everywhere and for real, it can't all be homemade. Because Frisco has yet to be deemed worthy of a Whole Foods I was making the ten mile drive plus ordering the non perishable stuff I need from Amazon in larger quantities than I wanted and for more $. I was really surprised to see so many items on my list at Target, including new stuff I wanted to try! High key cookies, Birch Benders waffles, the elusive "Loaded taco" Quest protein chips, and even keto coffee and smoothies I've only seen on Instagram. I love that it's super clean and organized (and so are the customers) - can't always say the same for their competition. There never was a "People of Target" website as far as I know. As I roamed the aisles in a socially distant type of way, I pictured camping out there for a bit if things got worse - video games, books, tv, snacks, cute clothes - seems totally doable (if I could get a tutorial on using the equipment at the Starbucks). I mean it's not Novalee Nation pregnant in Walmart plausible, but close. Im not sure what happened this weekend, 6/5/22, because there were empty produce sections, bare shelves in personal/medicine OTC items, and the clothing section was in disarray. Visited this store while staying at a nearby hotel. Initially went for a Starbucks coffee but when I noticed how beautiful and spacious this store was, I had to keep walking. The store is big, bright, spacious, well organized, and the employees were extremely friendly to me. I loved how everything was stocked and organized. Everything was easy to find in the store. The food selection was great. We were able to get the between games (soccer) snacks we needed and gloves since I did not prepare well for the colder weather. What I really loved most were the clothing. I have a 10-year-old daughter and whenever I go to the target in my area, I find that the selection is usually very small and they are almost always out of her size. This store, however, had an amazing girl's clothing section, and HER SIZE! Our cashier was super engaging and sweet. I wish I could have packed up this Target and taken it home with me on the plane. read more

This was my first time going to a super target. I saw a lady giving samples of yogurt and granola with three different flavors. She was super friendly and asked me to come around to try more flavors. The samples are available everyday expect Tuesdays. While shopping I set my cart in a particular place, or it was moved by someone else and I couldn't find it. I asked two ladies who were nearby to make sure the contact of my cart wasn't placed back on the shelf. They first helped look around, then went in the back to check. We eventually found my cart and and I didn't have to start shopping again. It was amazing that they dropped what they were doing to rush and help. That's some amazing customer service. The store is much larger than any target I've been to before, however there are certain brands available in other states that weren't on the shelf. As far the clothes, there were a lot of options to choose from, but not every size was available and the clothes weren't organized by size which could indicate that this target is a popular spot and gets a lot of foot traffic. The clothing section for ladies is set in a way that you might miss seeing a portion of it. I found that a bit confusing, but by the time I got to that part of the store, I was too tired and didn't bother looking though the clothes. The store is located in a large shopping center with lots of parking spaces available. read more

Employees here are seemingly less disgruntled than those in Plano. Some of the new staff at checkout are especially nice and hospitable. This next bit is currently applicable to all locations I've seen: I am not sure what corporate committee thought it would be useful to dump even more displays in the middle of the long aisles. I find I spend a whole lot less time in store ( not necessarily a 'bad thing' ). During peak hours there's guaranteed roadblocks as people dodge the reduction in travel space. Sometimes there's even a 'fender bender' as folks also dodge other customers carts. I didn't even realize how valuable that real estate was in the middle of the aisles until it was gone. I send much respect to the staff as they navigate stocking this extra shelf strategy over the holidays. read more

What in the world is going on at this Target location. Nothing is in the right place. Things are all out of order. The BBQ wood chips are like in the same are as the toothpaste. Then is like clocks where the tissue is......this is a pretty far stretch, but anyone that has been in this target before today has to know what in the world I mean. I'm not sure how long it would truly take to organize a store, as there were tons of things scattered all over the place. I'm SURE when they get it all together it will look nice, but I was really shocked that Target would even open it's doors if the store wasn't completely set up. Have you tried the drive up/pick up option? Very convenient and easy. I ordered from the app and within an hour my order was ready. Upon arriving at Target I selected "I'm here" and within 5 minutes an associate brought my things to the car. You show them either the number that pops up in the app or the barcode for the order and they scan it through your window. Then they put your items in the trunk. I really liked the convenience of this experience. I will be doing this again soon. read more

This Target's not bad but they need to have more people on the floor. I came in to do an exchange -- I did a pickup at another location, got home, started building the table and realized it was missing pieces. This location was one of the few that had another 1 in stock for me to swap out. The Customer Service area needs some work. They had 3 people behind the counter, but only 2 were helping customers. The other decided she should fold items and re-tag then in full view of everyone. That should be done in the back so people aren't pissed that you're just "standing around" when you could be helping. Priorities girl! So being 3rd in line means you're waiting 10mins. My turn's up and the woman helping with the return was having some weird mindfarts when attempting to complete an in-store pickup return. We got it done... it took some time, but we got there folks. Actual shopping was a breeze. It wasn't too difficult to find what I needed, but there was some lucky guessing involved. Checking out was something else. If you go during the week at around noon, expect your only options to be self check out and 1 register. I am NOT walking my ass all the way across the got dang--self check out it is! Fortunately, the employee there was super friendly and helpful. I'm not a fan of Target so this encounter didn't phase me but I'll stick to the location closer to my home from now on. read more

Yup, I'm writing a review for THIS particular Super Target, because it is in fact my favorite location. I love the setup, I love the fact that they always have a large inventory of everything I need, and I love the fact that it's in the shopping center that is conveniently located by some of my other favorite stores (Ulta, DSW, TJ Maxx...etc). I really appreciate the fact that I never have to look for anything. As soon as I start my search, I'm usually approached by an employee asking if I need help finding something. I mean, I've literally been offerred help in every department from kids toys to cosmetics! It's great! Today I loved it even more as there were so many awesome deals! I bought toys for my "kiddos" and majority of big brands were buy one get one half off, and you could mix/match different brands. Such a great deal, and so awesome that I was able to get those items purchased all at once. Also, I was in need of nail polish, and Sally Hansen complete manicure was on sale, AND buy 2 get 1 free. WARNING!!! Do NOT do Same Day Delivery!!!! I placed a grocery order for $448. Target placed an "authorization hold" on my bank account for $550. That's fine. I was expecting that. My groceries were delivered and I was charged the $448 for my grocery bill PLUS the $550 hold. When I called about Target charging me $1000 for groceries they advised me that the hold will drop off in 30 DAYS!!! I was not warned about this. I was not told this would happen or that this was a possibility. In the middle of a pandemic Target/Shipt are holding and EXTRA $550 of my money hostage because I did business with them online. Buyer BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! No one can afford that right now! No one! Shame on you Target. You've lost my business for life. read more
