I really enjoy visiting all the At Home stores around me! I'm usually looking for a certain type of item - usually holiday decor or picture frames. This store is set a little way back off of the south side of the 121 service road. It's hard to see the physical store because the dirt is really built up, but you can see the sign that they have in the ground. This trip included shopping with my three young grandchildren. They each loved selecting one of the Tiny Dreamers pillows. They are all so soft and cuddly and adorable. Fun times! read more

This was my second time ever, at At Home, I just felt I needed to leave this review - I was checking out at closing time, and I was very surprised to hear the manager rudely barking out orders to her two employees, she was very rude and angry, so much that my 8 yr old was like "momma is that lady mad??" The two employees carrying out the orders of this manager, deserve a raise for having to put up with that behavior daily and still respond and treat the manager so kindly doing everything she barked out at them, and they responded calmly. The managers name was "Mardell" or, "Marty". She seems like she knows what she's doing, the store is clean and organized but goodness, she needs to have respect for the employees under her and speak to them like human beings, not like dogs!I t's not right, & I had to say something. read more

This was my first time inside AtHome! I was surprised to find 2 different size cart options and that that was cool! I walked in the store and everything was so well put. Not a single item on the floors or in the way. Some prices were re-marked due to inflation, no worries. Prices rang up as marked. I forgot to apply my coupon and Bria did a wonderful job of refunding the transaction and applying the coupon, all with a smile in her face! We had small talk, and that I find super important as a customer! I loved that! Only thing -- the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but it wasn't a disaster. I'd love to return again! We got all of our Christmas tree decorations from At Home! Love this store and can spend hours here lol. Their selection has gotten better since Covid times but wish they had more modern items for furniture. A lot of their pieces are flimsy but sometimes you'll come across good finds. read more

This place is like HomeGoods on steroids. It's a much larger warehouse with a lot to choose from with prices that are high and low for certain items. I came here to shop for Christmas decorations at the beginning of December and it looked wiped out. Most of the aisles were almost empty and I'd expect to see stores like this during the week of Christmas. The store was pretty clean for the most part. Seemed short staffed but I was able to get a bunch of Christmas items and stuff I didn't need for the house I wouldn't mind going back. read more

I appreciate the prices and selections however the customer service and curbside pick up is a DISASTER. I followed all of the instructions and when I arrived the staff remained confused and unaware of my order entirely. After finally locating my order things were damaged and incorrect items provided to me. Overall I would've been better off walking around the store and picking the items up myself with the amount of time I waited. Hire an organizer to clean up the store and a really good manager with a great attitude. The staff already I know is a complete loss. read more

I appreciate that this store was a lot cleaner and organized than other local At Home stores. My experience was great until I got to the cash register and got met with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from Sarah, one of the cashiers. Sarah called for the next in line while she was clearly still closing out the previous transaction with an older lady. The older lady was frantically looking for her card and was almost in tears when she saw us coming to the register. Sarah then asked for my items and the receipt since I was doing a return. I asked Sarah why she would ask for the next customer if she was still handling another and she blew me off and threw my receipt back at me. I went to the next open register and Angel treated me well. I felt so bad for the older lady and spoke to the manager about Sarah. The manager said Sarah was probably tired. I felt that was bullshit so I wrote this review. Sarah should be fired or put in the back to restock if she doesn't want to treat customers with decency and respect. It was my first time to an At Home store. It's basically like the Nebraska Furniture Mart of home decor (rugs, wall art, pillows, planters, etc). It's really cute stuff. Some of there stuff is really well priced- I'm talking like Walmart. I got the cutest outdoor welcome mat for $7.99! But the best part of the whole store is their planters. So many nice, high quality pots- even giant four footers. It's the best selection of planters I've ever seen. If you haven't been, I would definitely recommend going here. read more

Visited the new location for the first time last week.We were amazed at the selection they had,the store was stocked full of things!Cute decorations for fall and winter already too.Nice outdoor and indoor furniture. As far as prices go, some items are a great deal while others are definitely a rip-off. This is a great place to come if you need to get college things all in one store, but just watch out for the prices on some things! I wish they had a single clearance section as well, there's little shelves of clearance spread out throughout the entire store. Relatively organized and clean. If you want the 10% off coupon for signing up for their rewards make sure you do it at least 2 days before you come in, or else they won't let you use it. I've never heard of that before, customers should be able to use their coupons immediately upon sign up. read more

Summary: Our return was refused even though we attempted to return the purchased items under their store policy. And the under circumstance we were mistreated and felt we were discriminated against based on our ethnic background. We were so upset that we left the chairs in front of their store. We purchased two chairs from this store. Two weeks later we attempted to return the chairs with the tags on and unused. The sales associate alleged the chairs had some sort of stains on them. She brought the manager to have a look. The manager looked at us and said "no we are not accepting this return". She didn't look or inspect the chairs. We were upset and left the chairs in front of the store and began a dispute proceeding with our credit card company. The takeaway from this experience was that we were grossly mistreated and perhaps were discriminated against. We are looking to make a formal complaint. If you are a minority I would advise NOT going to this store. Having gone there a few time ourselves we didn't see much representation of minorities. Maybe there is a good reason for it given that other nearby stores has a pretty diverse group of shoppers. read more

AtHome vs. Good ol' Garden Ridge....Okay, here's the breakdown: Pots, Planters, Pottery, etc: 2 stars here. What Happened? Garden Ridge was a dream come true in this category. I think there is a better selection and lower pricing at Kroger. This section was a disappointment. Cheap Wall Art: 5 stars here. First apartment? Class Room? Dorm Room? Empty McMansion Walls & realization that you are now house-poor? At Home has you covered. They have some SERIOUSLY good looking cheap-fake-art that could be classed' up with a decent eye. Of course, they are also going to carry all the traditional Garden Ridge-ish slightly kitschy staples too, such as weird scenes involving cows and oversized paintings of flowers, but you can pick up some oddly large beach-ish - abstract-ish canvases to fill in a blank wall for under $200 and some very, very cool under-glass water colors and abstract mass-produced pieces that, as long as it's not inspected too closely by the naked eye, could pass as very tasteful. Bottom line: look here before you fork over cash at West Elm, Z Gallerie, or Restoration Hardware. You may be able to get the same look for about 1/3 of the price. Rugs: They've got many of the same mass-produced ones that you see at places like Wayfair and Overstock, along with a few that show up in places like West Elm. Same as advice on art - shop here first, you will likely find something that will work for a lot les. Toss Pillows: Overpriced for their quality, you can do better at HomeGoods down the road, however, if you're looking for that burgundy corduroy pillow with the 90's gold and olive green stripe down the middle to match your old sofa, well, they've still got it. Sort of like Garden Ridge hasn't updated this section in the last 20 years..,. 3 Stars in this category. Decor/Stuff: They have a huge variety, but quality overall is better at HomeGoods. Seasonal Decor: IMO, you cannot beat At Home (Just Like When it was Garden Ridge) for Seasonal Decor, Selection & Price. Pure heaven - 5 Stars in this category. It's fun, it's cheap, and the variety is absolutely incredible! Cheap Furniture: Again, if this is your first apartment, starter home, or you're just looking for that miscellaneous piece that you need to round out a room, but you have recently realized that you have no money, this is your place. They have some great staples and good inexpensive current pieces. Also, if you are looking for upholstered dining chairs, or an upholstered chair for that corner of the room that needs a chair that nobody ever sits in, get it here. It will be cheap and since nobody is ever sitting on it, it doesn't matter if it's not from Ethan Allen. This section of the store gets 5 stars. Huge improvement from the old GR. read more

Wow! Vanessa and Warren were absolutely amazing! Had a little mess up on an order but they went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Vanessa went out of her way to make sure the product I wanted was convenient for me at the customer service counter so I didn't have to walk through the store to find it knowing that I'm pregnant and had my 2 year old with me. And Warren was just the sweetest and went out of his way as well to give me the best experience and was so patient with me and so helpful. Y'all need to go have more employees like the both of them. It takes a lot of patience to work in retail and their customer service was excellent! I will definitely recommend not just this store but this location to my friends and family! read more

I thought no one worked here but I was wrong. I finally found 3 employees gossiping in a back corner. I asked one of them where a specific item was and they gestured in a direction and said accent furniture. Wish this was a one off experience with this chain but I also had an employee give me a long eye roll when asked if I wanted my glassware wrapped at the Addison store. Oh and I always lift my own heavy furniture off shelves because, again, no one is ever around. There are way too many overstock stores out there to continue putting up with this level of customer service. read more

He was so kind and welcoming when helping me with my return and walked me through the entire process and made us extremely easy! This was our first time here and the initial draw was the great selection of holiday decor but as you start to look around at the other aisles you will see they have a great selection and a wide variety of household goods. It may take you awhile to take it all in but I suggest going from aisle to aisle. The staff is pretty helpful and the prices are very comparable. We went in At Home looking for some furniture and accessories for our house. I was very impressed about the variety of things they had to choose from. I was nervous because the others reviews said it was messy and unorganized but it appeared to be in good shape when I went in. The only downside is some of the wood furniture I saw in there had chips and scratches. We ended up purchasing an accent chair and a picture and we are very happy with the quality and price. read more

I asked the cashier if it was possible to get a percentage off because there was visible damage on the item. You know, sticking to the "never hurts to ask!" theory. This store is terrible. I ordered some patio cushions online and had them delivered. What I received look nothing like what is pictured on the website. I called the store to tel them and was told that I would have to bring them in. I took them in to return them and asked for my delivery charge to be returned as well. I was told that it couldn't be done because they were delivered. I said yes they were delivered but they were the wrong item. One of the managers, Hay, who had to be called because a manager has to sign off on returns without a receipt (I ordered online and did not receive one other than the confirmation email, which wasn't good enough) was annoyed he had to be called, was disrespectful and rude, was shown the email with pictures and you can tell right away it isn't correct and he still treated me like I did something wrong. NEVER SHOP HERE. Store manager Jay needs to be trained in customer service and reassigned. He does not need to be a store manager. At the end of the transaction Jay tried to make me leave. He had my product in his hands. I told him absolutely not. I'm not leaving without my refund. He finally refunded the cost of cushions but did not refund the deliver charge.
