I was surprised to see that there was not that many people in Target on a week day and the time I was there it normally takes about 10-15 minutes to get up to a self checkout register. Today I walked right up to one (No Wait period). The gentleman that was there helping to assist the checkout line was Awesome!! He went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience. I haven't really been shopping in Targets since the beginning of the year. I'm actually saving my Pennie's and Targeting for what I need, Get it? I came to this Target because it's right down the street from my Doctors office. This store is cleaner, larger, and has more variety in stock than any of the other Targets I've been to. A few weeks ago, I came to Target, my favorite place lol. We usually shop at this location 2-3x a week. Most of the time I just pick up my groceries because I have a 5 year old child with Autism. On that day I got several grociers items and since my son was in the cart, because he is a "runner" meaning he runs without knowing the danger of vehicles. I placed some of my items underneath the cart. When I got home, I noticed I had left a bag of grociers (value of appx. $17), under the cart. I immediately called Target, and I was told I could go back and get my items. I made it back to the store 2 hrs later, and when I got there I spoke to a manager who completely refused to help me. I told her exactly what had happend and what I was told. I also told her I had lost my wallet and that my son was on the spectrum. With my wallet lost and having a strict budget that week I really depended on those grocery items. That grocery bag, had snacks for my son and myself for the next 3 days. I know this does not mean much for another person but for me a single momma with a child with Autism, I just couldn't afford another $17 of groceries. I attempted to ask her for help several times and she refused. I then asked for customer service or a higher manager and she said she was the manager. She did give me the number for customer service and I called and waited and waited. Almost an hour past, it was around 9:30pm and my son is getting fussy. Customer service ask to speak to manager and finally says manager will give me back the money in a gift card. Mind you, they could have easily checked the video from prior hours to verify that the bag had been forgotten underneath the cart. By the time I spoke to customer service again it was past 10pm. Customer services indicated to me that I should go back to the store, I went back and when I spoke to the manager she said she would only give me $10 in a gift card. I didnt want to argue again but this was ridiculous!!!! I literally visit this store 2x-3x a week!! I am a frequent shopper and the way that I was treated for $17 was ridicolus. I hope this manager knows that this was not okay. I have never had any issues with target or any other grocery store when it comes to leaving some grociers in the cart then being allowed to replace them. This review is for that manager that said she couldn't help me and only gave me back $10. I hope upper management sees this and she gets properly trained. Have a Blessed Day! read more

Well stocked Target (on a Friday evening) was a nice treat. Pretty clean Target with a wide selection of things that I don't see at others especially at the Dallas locations. Customer service at the cashier was also very nice as I was greeted and had my bags placed in my cart for me. read more

Visiting this location, I found out that this store will NOT give water bottles to its employees who are baking in the Texas heat to deliver us our groceries. Giving employees water to drink is a common practice in most Target locations, but not this one. Gruesome. read more

This is my go-to Target. The staff is always professional and friendly. There is always someone wiping down the carts and they also have a mask and sanitizer stand. Anytime I order something for pickup online the website directs me to this location so I'm guessing they are always stocked up pretty well. I love the location and love that it's a super Target, too. The service at the store was excellent, when we asked for help looking for products, an employee was quite helpful in making sure we found what we needed, the cashier did I believe her name was Bianca, did an excellent job despite the problem with the computer fighting the coupons and it not wanting to take them even with management's help, I'm not sure what it was, but after all that we discovered we had not used our gift cards originally and had to go through customer service who could not just exchange them (like what was posted on their wall), due to some changes within the company. I found the unusual but didn't question it. For the most part things went quite well but not great, it was worth coming to and going back to. read more

I don't know what's happened to our beloved Target but it's not the same place any longer. Every time I come, I find empty shelves, lacking many common items we used to could run in and grab. Today, the self checkout registers were closed and only 3 registers were open with long lines. Just stick a sign of the times. First you retrain us to serve ourselves and then you change your mind and don't provide enough workers. Bye bye Target! read more

I consider this service but they went from 5 stars to 1 because they only have half of their self checkouts working. I waited about 2 months to post this in case they were getting them fixed. They clearly arent. Its very annoying to wait in line for 4 self check outs and 1 employee scan line. They have 22 lanes always closed and 4 self checkouts that never are open anymore. It's a target. You will find stuff to buy that you don't need. What I love about this Target, though, is the curbside pickup and how awesome everyone is. I've never had to wait and they always told me in advance if something wasn't quite right, setting my expectations. Additionally if you're getting something on promotion, and they can't fulfill the order, they'll still give you that credit regardless which is nice. Put in a order for pick up . I was in the area so just pulled in the pick spot to check how my order was doing . Granted , I should have checked to see how long it would take . But an employee was standing outside my door and said . " can I help you ?" In a tone that basically told me to move my car . And I said I put in an order . Basically , with an attitude said " it take up to two hours." Sweetheart, the tone is everything. The five stars given are 100% for the fantastic staff at this location. I have only once encountered a not so friendly cashier, however everyone else at this Target has been top notch! Not sure if y'all have an ex Chick Fil A employee training your staff but they are doing an excellent job! Most items I need are usually stocked and the shopping areas are kept clean. I always find what I'm looking for at this super Target! I like how they further mark down products when they get close to the expiration date which is a great deal if you also have manufacturer coupons. There are always staff available to help with self-checkout, and checking out has always been pretty smooth and quick for me. read more

Damn you, Target! This location is the closest to my house but the most inconvenient. I love Target. I just hate that 90% of the time they only have self checkout. I hate, hate self checkout. If you are there in the morning, just know you are doing it all yourself. Thank goodness I never need help while shopping because I never see any employees out in the store. They must all be in the back room laughing at all of us struggling with self checkout. The inventory is always pretty good. Wow. I think this place got Kroger beat. They are so organized and the isle labels are great. Im on a diet now and their "Well Goods" or "Good choices" label is perfect and easy. They have a lot of organic foods and they even have helpful labels. All of that does go into consideration! Its a little drives away but I'll totally be back. Only thing I dont like is their self check out it was extremely insufficient and the assistant kept having to come to my check out lane. All in all, great place! read more

My last resort SuperTarget. This store has horrible customer service. On more than one occasion I have had to walk an associate back where the sale is advertised. They normally aren't willing to go because the registers are always really backed up. They have 24 lanes but I have never seen more than 5 being used. I do like Target overall but always discourage friends from registering here or at Dillard's because of their register returns. You have to stay on top of this particular store. I always take a picture of the advertised sale with my phone and show it at the register. Even still, I have had to walk the associate or manager to show them their display. If you don't catch the wrong price prior to checkout, then you have to go stand in a long customer service line to have the transaction credited. Most stores at least have a runner or someone to verify a price versus either canceling your transaction or accepting what you know is an incorrect price. It's well located on the tollway and does have a Starbucks inside. If they cared as much about pricing accuracy as they do about pushing the credit card this would be an easier place to shop. read more

This has been the nearest target to me for over six years now, and they recently had an inside renovation. I'm usually skeptical when stores renovate because it can easily go wrong, but this target nailed it. I came to this target to get some cards and food, and it was a quick in and out trip. The employees are a lot friendlier, and the whole checkout process is a lot smoother. The teenager checking out my items did an amazing job, and he was extremely friendly. I could tell that it wasn't a fake-friendly, but that he was raised that way. I could see the same attitude in what I assume to be his twin brother; nonetheless, the employees are much better now. The store is fairly organized and clean. Everything is labled, making it easy to locate any items you need. This Target has had a major improvement, and I hope it stays this way. read more

This would've been much lower today due to the poor experience in the electronics department, but I need to give some shout outs! When the electronics department voided a transaction and lost all of our money on our gift cards (with no care in the world about it), we went to guest services and Rachel made it all better. She was so kind and considerate about the whole situation! Micah is also very friendly every time I go and never judges me to coming weekly. Terrible, terrible service. Ordered two items for in-store pick up. After two hours I get an email saying one of the items is not available. So I wasted two hours where I could have ordered elsewhere. Clearly they have an extremely inadequate inventory system to competently run the online order pick up or delivery system. Just incompetent. But then try to call to get some answers. No one will answer a phone. I tried at least 10 times over the course of an hour. Just rings and rings until it cuts off. My husband and I always come in here looking for one specific item and come out with a basket full. We have a bad habit of just wandering up and down the isles. The store is kept decently clean. The shoe area is always a disaster. Shoes are thrown everywhere like a tornado went through. Surprisingly the toy isles are kept more organized than the shoe isles. The people working are hit or miss. Some days we get people who are friendly and others those that seem to hate life. There's never a problem finding parking. However do be careful when walking into the store. People drive really fast through the parking lot. read more
