I do realize that it is right after the holidays but the store was a mess. There were things blocking other merchandise that made it hard to get too. A lot of shelves and areas had nothing in it. I used to love Target, but the store has changed. It's not the same store it was. The employees did not offer help on the floor. The entire store only had 1 cash register open. We were able to find what we needed, but it was almost not worth the effort it took to get it. In addition I bought a shirt that had a security device on it. In all of my years at shopping at Target none of their items have ever had a security device. I didn't realize until we were outside, so I had to go back in. The service desk employee was happy to help and understood my frustration. Overall I wished that I could have gone somewhere else to get what I needed. read more

I was surprised that the clearance section of their apparel was decently clean and organized. I wish they had them organized by sizes cause I didn't wanna really look through every single item just to find my size. Some of the items were marked down a lot lower than the target app. And the employee at the fitting room was prompt and friendly. read more

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge- #89 I love all Target locations. This Super Target is located in a shopping plaza with several other eateries. I visited this location one Thursday after finding a great online deal to pick it in store. The in store pickup process was super easy. I received an email and text when my order was ready. I love Target in general, but their Manipuri to actually follow their own pricing and to have anyone working in the store to fix anything (customer service) is getting ridiculous. You have to stand in miserable lines even to self check out. I want to come in the store and select my items and check out, but this store is trying to make even that more effort than it is worth. I buy Once Upon A Farm baby food pouches, Mykonos butter, a variety of your AMAZING selection of dairy-free ice cream (see photos), Partake cookies, etc etc. I love it. And the app always has discounts for most of these so you pay better prices than competitors like Sprouts. Thank you for having a great selection of plant based options. Very clean and organized store. The layout is opposite the Target I usually go to but everything was easy to find. What really gives this store a 5 star is I happened to leave my wallet somewhere and they found it and kept it safe in lost and found. I had ran into this store with my very active toddler who was running around and when I decided we needed to leave I must have dropped my wallet when I put my item down. The customer service in tech is a huge issue. I asked the man that was sitting on his phone, wearing a target tech shirt, if I could inquire about some AirPods as I couldn't find any in the locked cases near by. He said he couldn't help me, but called a different associate over and then proceeded to mansplain the differences, including explaining that the older ones have "long stems" I told him I still wasn't sure what pair I wanted and if he could bring out the pros and the gen 2. (Did they think I was going to steal them?)He got annoyed and again started explaining the differences and wouldn't actually go and get them. I turned to the associate and told her I'd take the cheapest ones and that was the end. Way to lose out on $150 in profit because your tech guy was "Hangry." After a terrible time here one time, this store made everything better back a few weeks ago. The employees were so helpful at this store, especially our cashier. With Prosper Target coming in October, the SuperTarget is way better, wish Prosper was not a regular Target, but it is what it is. I had the best experience here today. A few days ago I self checked out inside of this target and requested $20 cash back when I paid, but apparently I never hit the dispense button so it never gave me my cash but I was charged as if it did. When I realized the next day that I didn't have the cash, I figured I probably just walked away and forgot it. I decided to come into the store and ask them if there was a way they could tell if maybe it never dispensed it, even if it was probably a lost cause. They were able to easily look up my receipt and watch the video and could tell that I did not get my cash, but the next person in line hit dispense for me LOL. I hope that person really needed the money that day. I would have been fine not getting the money back, it was my fault - but they gave me the $20, a wonderful manager named Robel helped me. Actually 2nd time here, weekend especially Sunday was the worst time to shop in this location. The line was pretty long. When it comes to stocks DAIRY, CHIX NUGGETS, & CHIX TENDERS ORGANIC needs improvement. Last night I had an unfortunate incident involving a disrespectful group of teenage boys. The incident was a blatant violation of my personal space and property. I immediately reported the incident to the nearest associate. I'm very sorry I didn't catch his name (young man with red curly hair) as he went above and beyond to make the situation right. He even helped me find a replacement item for the one that was damaged during the incident. He informed other higher-ups on duty who reassured me that the incident would be caught on their camera system and escalated to the appropriate personnel. You can't always avoid running into disrespectful people. Sometimes these things just happen.. I could have left feeling disgusted and violated, but instead, the team at this location displayed true human compassion and accountability for a situation that was no fault of their own. All this to say, "Thank you [Target team] so much for showing that you care about your customers". read more

Even though I live probably closer to 2 other Targets in the Frisco and The Colony area, I always seem to make my way over to this location if I can. This location seems to be a lot cleaner and has more variety of stuff than the other two locations near me. ( I feel like it is also a lot bigger?) I love just walking around the whole Target and looking at all the new stuff that they have in stock. This was also the location that I found the out of stock Nintendo Switch one morning. Overall, this location is definitely really clean and organized. Makes my shopping a little more pleasant and less stressful. read more

I've shopped at this Target store since it opened and have been pleased with the staff and service. My complaint is about the grocery side of the store. Increasingly, Target house brands are taking over the shelves and pushing out the name brand items I want to buy. I'm loyal to name brands because I've learned over the years to trust their quality. I don't want Good & Gather, the Target house brand. It's just not the same quality. The Good & Gather meat in particular has been a big disappointment. No one wants a tough steak. For now, I'm doing my grocery shopping elsewhere. read more

Horrible service! We left a item there, and we've called multiple times. Every time we call though, it hangs up on us. We've tried from multiple phones, it either hangs up automatically or it says invalid response, then hangs up. Let me just say that the service here is always absolutely so amazing, they have the absolute best team of employees. The store is always clean and I can always find what I need, and everyone is always so friendly and courteous, and willing to help. Two ladies in particular Diane and Sharon who work at the self-checkout are always so full of life and great energy and are always so nice that my eyes light up like a little kid whenever Im shopping and see that they're here. Not a bad Target but if you are methodical about how you like your items bagged, pick another Target in the area. It's over 100 degrees right now! I put all my cold items on the belt at checkout first. Non-cold items were put on the belt last. The young man bagged everything together seemingly at random like a bad Tetris player but with my groceries. I had to rebag everything so when I got to my car I could put the cold items in my silver thermal bags for the trip home. Maybe it's just me but I think the employee should have focused more on common sense bagging and less on trying to sell me the Target credit card. It's probably not his fault. Management should have the crew trained to focus on customer needs more than the credit card sales. Self checkout is the alternate solution I suppose. read more

Soooo I hate to break it to you but this isn't Target... it's a SUPER TARGET. Haha which is somewhat better, but you'll be walking everywhere to find anything. Innately, because it is bigger things are more spread out and by default you will be walking more. Although I've found all Targets to not be organized in the best manner. You'll find shelf lining in the school supplies area, opposed to in the homes good section. Anyways, this location is HUGE and there's a Starbucks in it. One misleading thing is, is that they have a "One Spot" section but it is hidden behind these shelves when you first walk in so you will have to wander to find it. The normal pathway that leads you by it, well it won't put you in plain view of it. Another aspect that may not be the worst, as none of the items in the "One Spot" area will be on your list. Haha it's just a huge impulse purchase section filled with cute items no one REALLY needs. But regardless, we do buy them. Clean + well stocked + helpful employees = Good Super Target read more

I'm a huge fan of Target, but this location isn't my fave. It just happens to be closer to our home so I often find myself stopping by this location if I need to pick up something quickly...something like greeting cards, pasta sauce (I like the Giada brand and haven't found it sold anywhere else) and other similar PACKAGED goods. I never buy any of the produce as Market Street is right across the street with a much better selection of fresh goodness. I'll continue going to this location for quick trips but my go-to Target is the one on Gaylord Pkwy. read more

This location is the equivalent of a suburban day-club. Wonder where all the Frisco residents are on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon? Target. This place is an absolute madhouse. There are people everywhere in the parking lot and everywhere in the aisles. Just crazy. My husband and I only lasted 30 minutes before we literally wanted to abandon ship and run out of the store. Just too much stimulation. Can't we just shop in silence anymore?!? Kudos to them though, despite all of this it's still pretty organized and clean. very rude staff..went to checkout at the self service kiosk and was accosted by an employee. A very rude employee asked if I needed the water I had previously scanned and placed back into the cart. Then asked to see my bag/receipt and acted as if I was trying to steal something. I asked for a manager and he stated "our employees are trained to make sure no one is stealing". The sad part is that walmart seems to be a lot more classier than target at this point. It's a shame because I used to shop there all of the time. I've filed a complaint with their customer service but these days it's an act of the Lord to see any accountability at these greedy all about the bottom line type establishments. read more
