This location is the equivalent of a suburban day-club. Wonder where all the Frisco residents are on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon? Target. This place is an absolute madhouse. There are people everywhere in the parking lot and everywhere in the aisles. Just crazy. My husband and I only lasted 30 minutes before we literally wanted to abandon ship and run out of the store. Just too much stimulation. Can't we just shop in silence anymore?!? Kudos to them though, despite all of this it's still pretty organized and clean. I love target but man, I'll never understand why there are only 5 out of 19 registers open on a busy weekend, esp at this location where little elm, north frisco, prosper, and peeps off 380 all have to come. This target is good. The tech department is great. I had a horrible experience at the target in McKinney, TX (2025 N Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75070). This target took care of me. Apologized, though it wasn't their location. It was still a representation of them. Made sure I was taken care of from time I came in till I walked out, and even with a follow up. The last two times I checked with the cashier to make sure I had all the bags. I understand it is a busy time and they have new help but I am a busy person who does not have time to travel 20 minutes in each direction to pick up items. The Store in general was pretty nice, and the staff were pretty helpful. Although the highlight of my shopping day was with electronics. A young very professional respectful employee named Annan helped me through everything and honestly I loved him. He saved us by letting us buy 3 fitbits online through the store, and I thought it ended when the shelf was empty but he was very determined on making sure we left satisfied. This Target has been updated with the newly designed look for Target stores. The area with freshly popped popcorn, pizza, pretzels, and food selections has been replaced with beer and wine. I do miss the popcorn. At the same time, I like the neatly and appealing display of wine and craft beers. The selection is surprisingly varied and encompassing which makes it a competitive stop for libations. There are several self checkout stations near the grocery/Starbucks entrance. The effectiveness and ease of self checkout warrant usage when you've a couple of items. The store seems to be short-handed. There didn't seem to be any staff members in the aisles. read more

I'm not sure if Victoria is a manager or not but she sure 'owned' making my experience great! I was merely printing photos for my son's school project, but she could tell I was having technical difficulty. She stepped in before I even looked up for help. I mistakenly printed more than I needed and she told me "no worries, we won't charge you for the ones you don't need". Jon, the cashier, and just like Victoria going over my purpose to shop - assuring that I had no issues before leaving. The staff here has been wonderful at each visit! Today is Memorial Day. You would think the store would be short on staff, but it wasn't. They were very nice and extremely helpful. The store was wonderfully clean and fresh! I used to shop at this location regularly when I lived on this side of town. I still prefer it to a lot of the other locations because of the cleanliness and organization of the location. Even though this area is getting very busy with traffic. Access in and out of the plaza in either direction (or onto tollway) is very easy. read more

Target legit has everything you can ever want. But besides that, the workers here are pretty chill and they are not rude usually. This has to be one of the worst managed Targets. I was looking for an item that was on sale in the weekly ad and asked an employee where I could find it since I could not locate it. She said it should be over there where I was looking. No kidding that is why I was looking there. It turns out, the items were still in the back stock room in boxes. They said it will be on the shelf in 10 minutes. I carried on with my shopping and returned 30 minutes later. Nope not on the shelf, still in the boxes. Store layout is thoughtful and categories of merchandise easily accessible. Recently renovated and attractive. The positive energy of store personnel is infectious-always eager to expend the extra effort to make the "guest" (customer) feel welcome and appreciated. Kim, one of the managers, is exemplary. Nothing fake in her obvious love of job, guests and employees! Please make the effort to reduce your use of plastic bags by at minimum making guests aware that paper bags are available and encourage the use of brought-in bags! This Target's pharmacy is awful. They are out of a lot of meds. There's usually a 2 or 3 day wait. I had 7 meds to fill after a hospital stay. They could onky fill 4 and one was an injectable. No syringe go back they don't know what size. Its not worth the 5% discount on shopping. I'm going back to using CVS. They have a drive thru and they ate closer to home. read more

My favorite Target, hands down. The store is always well stocked, clean, and the employees are super helpful. I used to love getting the pharmacy rewards, but since now they are CVS, I'm bummed I don't get that any more. They need to seriously do a management review of this store. The last 3 weeks have been really bad. Lines long. Today only 3 lanes open on a busy Saturday, Instead of having a girl with a clipboard walking up and down looking at the lines,. jump on the register. Stop there the other day to get school supplies, then decided to get some pizza. The area to eat was pretty bad. Most of the tables were dirty. I had to wipe my own table off. The floor had popcorn every where. The napkin and straw holders looked as if soda had dripped on them and the staff didn't bother to clean them either. I was the only in the seating area. I thought maybe when the employee gave me my order he might do a little cleaning, NOPE. I live right behind a Target but most often drive the few extra miles to this Target because it always appears to be organized. It's always clean and the clearence sections are clearly marked and not a mess like some other locations. I've had a couple customer service issues and the only manager that was helpful, was Austin. I used their clinic way back in October of 2014 for flu shots. I just received a bill as the service was out of network. I know I checked at the desk to confirm it was in-network and they didn't ask for a co-pay. My coverage is through BC/BS, so it isn't some odd plan. Now checking BC/BS's website, the only Target Clinic in the area in network is in Flower Mound. How a clinic in Frisco is going to stay open and not be part of BC/BS is beyond me. Lesson to me - to check before going. Lesson to Target Clinic - if you aren't a network provider, be up front about it. read more

I really hate to be "that" person that makes the post like this, but after what I just saw and experienced at the Target at Eldorado & Dallas North Tollway I feel like I have to. This is absolutely appalling! We went to grab a bag of sliced Target brand cheese and they were 6 and 7 months expired!! This is absolutely disturbing and when I found a "manager" to discuss this with she didn't seem to be too concerned. In fact, we were told they would send someone over to take them off of the shelves. When we went back to grab a bag of a different brand of cheese not a single person was over there or went over there to remove these bags from the shelf!! Just sharing my experience. If any one shops at this Target you may want to check the expiration dates before you purchase your cheese from this store since they obviously don't care enough about the well being of their customers to promptly remove them from their shelves!! I arrived two hours later to do other shopping with the intent of receiving my pickup email while I was there. Well, I never received the email so I began to ask. I run a small preschool in Frisco and needed 280 sugar cookies prepared for our play performance. I was not asking for a discount or anything special, I just need a large order in a reasonable time.The McKinney Target is closest to my home so came went there first and spoke with the bakery. They were so kind and ready to prepare the cookies for me when I realized that I would have to drive all the way back over to McKinney to pick them up. So the wonderful bakery lady in McKinney called this Frisco location (which closer to my school) to ask if they would prepare the cookies for me. I explained my situation to the SHERRY at this Target bakery and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. SHERRY stated that they could not prepare the cookies for my children because it had to be a 24 hour request. Okay I can respect that, so I explained this was not a problem I would just pick them up at 9:00pm the next day at which she replied nope...because it's 24 hours to-the-minute and we will be closed (they close at 9:00). WOW. I was stunned. When I requested to speak to the manager she replied "I'm it". I did not know what I was going to do... I had 100 preschoolers & their families that were going to be so disappointed.Then the MCKINNEY Target came to my rescue! The sweet bakery girl called her supervisor at home who could not believe how FRISCO had treated me and indicated that they were just being hateful because the cookies only take 13 minutes to bake. The McKinney location offered to make it right and have all 280 cookies prepared for me by 11:00am the next day. WAY TO GO MCKINNEY!! I am so thankful to you! I am not usually a Target shopper but with customer service like this I will be now. SHAME ON YOU SHERRY @ FRISCO LOCATION # 2338. I came to order my sons bday cake and there was nobody in the bakery mid morning. People were coming & going but no one ever asked if they could help me. Finally, a young man came out of the back and I asked if he could help and although rather unsure, he said yes. I ordered the cake - confirming time and date pickup.....watching him write in the order book. When my son & I went back on his bday, at specified time, I again waited f.o.r.e.v.e.r. for someone to help me. FINALLY, a young girl asked if I "needed something." Told her I was here to pickup a cake and the search began. She finally said, "I am so sorry but we have no record of your order. I really do believe you placed one but we just don't have it. I'm sorry." ???? I asked her to look again which she did but it just wasn't there. I told her who took the order and she knew who I was talking about but it didn't matter. No cake. As my son was standing there, I apologized to him and she said "Sorry". I started to look at the pre made cakes as a quick replacement but none looked like an 11 yr old boy. She went on to say " And I am no cake decorator. I might could write on one but I can't do anything else." Drop the mic. I was so done. As we walked off, she said "Happy Birthday!"
