The staff is awesome and very helpful. Full line of products. I was looking for a particular color metal storage and I did not see it on the floor. I was approached by one of the staff and asked if another store had this product in black. She said she would check. To my surprise she rolled at the product I was looking for. In search of a custom closet designed for our new home and Angela Johnson helped us while we were at the store. She explained the options they provide and we were very happy with the options they offer. All we need is the dimensions of our current closet area and they can provide us with an estimate. She put together a catalog and handed us color swatches to make our choose easier. The only thing we were not happy with was the small selection they had on glass lid containers. They carry a huge selection of plastic containers but very small glass selection. read more

I love me some Container Store. They always have a great selection of things to put into other things. I love coming here and just wondering around. The place is always nice and clean, the people have always been nice when I come in. My only gripe is that their selection of cardboard boxes seems to have diminished, but I'm sure that's more of a corporate decision. Great place to hang out and shop. read more

The container store is one of my top favorite stores of all time. What do they sell at the container store you ask? So glad you did! They sell organizational items to weirdos like me who want all his stuff organized into tiny boxes and large compartments and medium cases. The employees are always polite and helpful. The container store also has an awesome selection of travel items!! If it's one thing in this world that makes me excited about a store, it's that they have awesome travel stuff. They sell Eagle Creek products too. Which is a really amazing brand! I am so unbelievably happy that the container store is opening a location in Oklahoma City!! I could get into SO much trouble at this store. I wanted everything there! I came in looking for something to help me organize my pantry. However I walked out with a beverage cart, laundry room organizer, pantry organizer and a few other items. More money than I needed to spend but now my house looks cleaner and more organized! The store itself is set up so well. Everything is so easy to see and find. If you can't find something there's always someone wandering around to help. It seemed like every corner we turned there was someone there to help if needed. Every employee we spoke to was SO friendly. It's like every one of them loved their job and loved being there. It actually made our shopping experience better. I guess it has been years since I was in this store because I didn't realize the mix of things they have. Especially wrapping paper! They have some amazing things to wrap gifts with! I am coming here from now on for all my gift wrapping needs! Bought Eagle Creek luggage because they told me if I had a problem to bring it in and they will swap it out. Since I travel a lot I bought them because they have a good name. Well one seam is starting to come undone and a wheel is wonky so I brought them in to the container store today only to find out they actually don't swap you out and I'm on my own to send the bag back and I have to buy another bag because I can't travel and not have a bag. read more

Cashiers were helpful. Very nice too. However, one person on the floor just seemed to follow me around. I told him if I needed help I'd let him know. Other man didn't seem to be in a good mood. The Container Store consistently ranks among the best places to work, happy employees etc., but based on our recent experience in the store, that ethos doesn't seem to transfer to the staff walking around the (overstaffed) store. My wife and I were looking for items in an aisle that was being restocked by 4-5 employees. They made no attempt to be friendly, avoided any eye contact and continued chatting and shelving without bothering to see if they were in the way of paying customers. In the 45 odd minutes we spent walking the aisles, not a single employee (and they are EVERYWHERE - outnumbering patrons) made eye contact, smiled or asked if we needed any help. After reading similar reviews about rude employees, I was a bit surprised that management of this 'top rated employer' hasn't taken note, and made required adjustments. Giving this store 5 stars solely on my interaction with a new employee, Kristie (spell check). She was SO helpful and so friendly (to both me and my two year old son) and measured boxes and helped me find exactly what I came in for. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the rewards program and though I did not sign up today, she is the reason I will come back and do so in the future! I haven't had the greatest experiences at this store in the past but today was completely different and I'm so grateful I got to meet her and have her help me! read more

I came in to collect an online order that I was told was ready for pick up and waited OVER AN HOUR for my items to be found in the back room. If my order hadn't already been paid for I would have left or just collected the items from the shelves and checked out in store. This occurred at a slow time too. There were more employees than customers in the store. So much potential (nice, large location) but staff needs some serious training on customer service and the in store pick up system. read more

I love this location! Everything is displayed super well which makes it very easy to see. Every employee I encountered was genuinely nice and very helpful and immediately pointed me to the exact location of what I was needing! I ended up getting a few more items than I intended and the super sweet cashier CARRIED my items to my car because she asked if I needed assistance and when I asked if I could pull my car up by the entrance she agreed, and on my way to my car she called out to me and I turned around and she was carrying all my items like a total boss! I was super surprised because I've never had such amazing customer service! A huge thank you to Helena for checking out my items and then going above and beyond to get them into my car quickly. Only annoying thing is they always ask for a zip code or a telephone number. Why they have to do this is beyond me, as it's very annoying to the customer. Walking into the Container store I could hardly contain myself. Fist off, there is a container for everything that you could possibly need. The only negative is the prices. We were in the market for some type of storage to go on the back of our pantry door to help with our small storage issues. Well a very nice and friendly lady took us right to where we wanted to go. It was a really cool pole with different racks that attach and hang over the door, the only problem was that it was $110! (We were expecting in the ballpark of like $40!) While we stood there contemplating whether or not to hand over a stack of cash for some storage help, two other super friendly workers came by to check and see if we need any help. Also, apparently everyone who works at the Container Store owns at least one of these racks which makes me wonder how much these employees get paid. (Possibly more than my being a teacher!) After shedding a few tears I agreed that we should make our purchase and headed to the register to check out. We were warmly greeted by yet another friendly employee and talked into signing up for email discounts so that maybe after winning the lottery we can return. Prices aside, the Container Store is a really cool place with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I bought a bunch of stuff and didn't realize until I got home that I was charged twice for one of the items. I was pretty disappointed and thought dang I am never buying here again. I called the store and they immediately corrected the problem. I was impressed by the quick customer service and willingness to help me. Since covid started, seems all the staff is rude. If you slip your mask down for one second to keep your glasses from fogging up they chew your butt out. I was ignored by three (3) associates, I had one literally invade my personal space to merely show someone else something, and overall just rude. This well appointed haven of organizational tools speaks strongly to my heart. Walking in, immediately the variety of boxes, and storage solutions made me feel right at home. Strolling the clean and bright aisles of this store could get me lost for hours. Except for when I would encounter an employee, as their rude and cold demeanor would snap me out of my peace. They would come close to running into my cart, and the first one I encountered I said "pardon me, I'm sorry." Which was met with a side eye and snarky scoff. So continuing on with my last post I did go in on Monday to get the rest of my order. Again went to the p/u desk and they could not find me again! They poked around found the order and reported that the order was not ready and that they discontinued the item. Then their solution was for me to go to a store 10 miles away to get them. Not having them bring it to me. So, they lied to me twice and instead of fixing the problem they wanted to create more problems for me. I told them to forget and cancel the order. I finally got to shop at this store and I was all excited till I had to check out... worst experience ever first she insisted on getting my email and I told her that I'm from out of town and where I live we don't have a Container Store, I told her 3 times no thank you and she gives me her attitude face. Then she gives me the total and she short changed me$1.00 and I point it out to her, she opens her till takes out $1.00 and walks away.... No bag no Thank you or even an apology nothing... whatever happened to good customer service, too bad the receipt doesn't have a clerk number or nothing. Had been wanting to visit this store for a very long time. Today was the day. We were welcomed at the door by an employee. I was just expecting just containers and storage stuff but pleasantly surprised to see much more - luggage, desks and chairs. The prices are a little steep but they do have a lot of variety for containers and options in terms of glass, plastic most of which is BPA free and stainless steel. Employees are very warm, friendly and knowledgeable on products and help you with options. read more
