You walk in, you're treated like royalty. The employees know the merchandise, and they know how to promote it. They answer questions, they give you space. The clothing is beautiful and very well made. I watched a woman come in with an item she was displeased with, and I watched an employee offer a refund with no issue, she just wanted to make the woman happy. How can this be? As I sat in this beautiful store with beautiful employees and beautiful customers, I thought to myself, "what's the catch?" My daughter and wife FINALLY come to me with the items they want, they are rung up and bagged, and I see the price. SPLAT!! I remember things going blank for a minute. As they picked me up off the floor, I cam back to my senses and wanted to get to my car. I made the mistake of looking at the price again... down I went... SPLAT!! I finally wake up, cold water being splashed on my face... I pay. OK, enough with the satire. The clothing is rather expensive, but its worth it. Anything we've purchased here, my wife and daughter LOVE. I even have a pair of pants/joggers I purchased here for myself, pure awesomeness!! I will continue to shop here for the ladies in my house as long as they request. Jan 2024:5: I would recommend this location and the personnel that helped my family member shop and check out. I was pleasantly surprised by this entire store location and staff. I am not a shopper of this store, but decided to accompany my family member to gather some workout clothing. I was approached by one of the sales staff members who was ready to help me locate an item inside the store. I commented about the men's section appearing to be only a fourth of the store. She advised that they were expanding more items for men to include shoes being offered at a future date at this location. I asked a couple questions about the personnel working in the store and was advised that they had eight cashiers available to help check out customers and keep the line moving. She also advised that there were plenty of sales people on the floor that were capable of assisting customers with their purchase. She advised that they were going to keep increasing the options in the store for their male customers. She showed me some of the items that were on the display wall for the men. My family member was assisted by one of the store workers in finding a myriad of needed AND wanted items. Okay, how many sports bras are too many? LoL. The dressing rooms were orderly and managed well. My spouse was able to find the items she needed that fit for her use. This was my first visit with my family member. I see why she has returned to this store location. It's a great thing to see retail operations function like it should function. Great job in my opinion and worth your time to go by here and check them out. read more

After having a horrible experience at the Knox Henderson location, my friends suggested I go to Legacy West since they've all had positive experiences there. I was greeted by Tara, then McKenna took my return. She took the time to educate me on their return policy and how their quality promise is changing next week and not the return policy. She also got me set up with an account so I no longer have to worry about keeping a receipt since it'll pull up with my phone number. She took the time to make this stress free which is what I wanted when I went to the Knox Henderson location. McKenna and Tara truly turned my day around and got me into leggings that didn't slide down and educated me on how to properly care for my new leggings and what to expect over time. You lost a client. I'm done and I know many others that are as well. I got a gift card. Used it and had to return during covid. It took MONTHS and several emails before I got my refund. Now I am waiting in line for a return. Making your clients wait outside, "socially distanced" is just awful while your store is empty. We have nothing to do all day than to wait to get into your store. You are absolutely deluding yourself if you think this helps prevent anything except annoyance. Your sheep patrons can wait in a line like that since they don't work for a living. And keep your political blather to yourself. Sell your overpriced yoga pants and stop preaching to the rest of us. I wish I could give this more starts. Years ago I went to a Lululemon store in Seattle and was treated like crap. This was before they made leggings past a size 10. I swore I would never ever give them my business. Today while visiting Texas my cousin dragged me to this store. I was sooo afraid I would receive the same treatment. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a REAL smile! Then treated by Z. She was working the legging section and was the sweetest person ever!!! She answered all my questions and helped me pick the perfect leggings for me. It was such a great experience. Didn't feel judged for being a size 12. Felt like I belonged. Completely disorganized. I would suggest that you have either a line to wait or a virtual registration and use one but not both. Otherwise, you have customers like myself, who wait in line, sign up and then come back to find store associates just allowing people in without checking any form of registration, I truly would have expected more from Lululemon. read more

This lulu location is at the entrance to Shops at Legacy and next door to Urban Outfitters. The layout is a little awkward and compact; although the store itself is pretty spacious. Men's & Women's apparel is stacked right on top preach other making maneuvering confusing. Most of the spacious is take up by their amazing fitting area which also houses a restroom for guests. Most of the staff is upbeat, pleasant and helpful. The best part about this particular store is the fact that it carries lulu product (duh). ~Christy read more

Walked in on a Saturday looking for shorts and some t-shirts. Picked couple out and walked towards the dressing room area and before I can even ask a associate was already on it. Got in a room tried it out and it was a go. Figured I could use couple more t-shirts and shorts so I loaded up. Couldn't find my size in a certain color so the same associate helped me purchase one online. It took about 6 days to receive which was on the slower end but I wasn't in a rush to receive it. The clothes are comfortable and stylish but on the pricey side so I tend to only buy from her couple times a year. Satisfied with the purchase and customer service! read more

This is a nice store located in the shops of Legacy. Most of the time parking is easy to find. The inside of the store is set up nicely with a clean feel. It's easy to find exactly what you're wanting. My advice to any girl shopping here is to look in the mirror when trying on clothes. And do note that their sizes run small. Very small. I wear a size 0-2 in shorts/pants depending on the store. At Lulu I wear a 6. I tried on a pair of size 4 shorts and everyone working there told me they looked amazing. I looked in the mirror and these woman clearly don't know what "amazing" looks like. The shorts were way too tight and not an appropriate length. How am I supposed to do squats when I have to fear a butt cheek is going to peak out at any moment?!? The front of the shorts were pulling, giving a clearly too tight look. I pointed it out to the sales woman and that's when I realized they all were wearing their shorts like that. Personally I don't care to wear a size too small in shorts. If I'm going to pay $60-80 I want them to fit perfect. My main irritation was when I put on a pair of shorts that were a good fit for me, one of the sales women kept repeating "those look horrible, they're too big." Not only is that rude but it's not necessary. I didn't ask your opinion. Just because you like to wear clothes that will fit your kid sister doesn't mean I do as well. My advice to anyone shopping here is don't take the advice of the sales people. Go based off your comfort level. And remember the sizes run really small!! read more

The moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with smiles and friendly service. They are eager to help you. Which is good because first impression is very important to me. This was my first lulu visit. I have never purchase anything from Lululemon because I am kinda cheap when it comes to my workout gear. But I wanted to see what the hype was about! I been wanting a new pair of yoga pants bc I was about to start working out again. So I thought this was my perfect excuse to justify this purchase. Everyone was super knowledgeable about the product-I had a lot of concerns over the support for the sport bras. I need a lot of support and coverage....which brings me to why I am giving them only 3 stars. I was very bummed because all the cute tops I picked (according to all the girls that worked there) didn't really provide any support- I was really surprised at this because I know so many women who wear lulu and many of them are "fuller" on top like me! They told me that those cuter designs are for the size A (smaller bust). :( Because of that, I only tried on the pants. I did end up buying the pants, and also a matching pink color headband that was right by check out. The headband was one of the VERY few things that was on sale. I know because I asked. Hey like I said, I am cheap when it comes to my work out gear ;-) The store itself was nice, but I felt really cramped. Maybe it was the way how they have everything lay out. Or maybe they just have a lot of stuff....anyway so far, I like the pants, but I haven't really fallen in love with Lulu just yet. PS- I think their size runs small because my size Small on my pants is pretty tight on me. And I wear size Small on pretty much all the work out gear i ever purchased. I can say enough positively about my experience last Friday. I came in about 1145 and it was busy but I was immediately greeted by Joy, who asked if I needed help. As a first timer, I screamed YES! She appreciated the fact I told her I had 30 minutes, wanted black pants and had no idea what size I was. I've lost over 100lbs and wanted to look good and feel confident, while still having loose skin to cover. We found two styles to try and to my shock, she helped me into a size 6 which I never would have tried, but it FIT! She even gave feedback from the dressing room! As I walked to pay, she gave me the care instructions and I felt like I had won the lottery! It was such a great experience that I've told all of my friends about her helpfulness, and I will be back to spend more time in the store! Thank you for making me a lulu believer! If you've never been, go, and ASK for Joy to help you. She immediately asked if the pants were for the gym, or more for everyday wear and how I'd use them. Will not visit this Lululemon. I have been to so many countless Lululemon stores in multiple countries but will not be shopping in this particular location. I stood in line for the fitting room and before me were several caucasian young women, I noticed the attendants lead the women into their respectful dressing rooms and saw how they put the women's names on a small board posted on the doors. When it was my turn, the attendant wanted to count my items. I didn't think anything of it, but when I walked out of my room, I noticed underneath my name was the number of how many items I took into the room. I noticed NONE of the other occupied rooms had numbers underneath the customer names. You will not be able to run a branch profiling your customers; I am Asian and have never been treated unfairly at Lululemon stores. I ended up purchasing some shorts, because I really needed them but am thinking about returning them and buying it online. read more

i don't understand why miserable people choose customer service jobs. i went in to get a jacket replaced with the lululemon quality promise. i wasn't sure about the specific terms of the promise (sue me) and had a few questions for the employee that i chose to approach because she didn't seem busy. our entire interaction was rude, patronizing, and after i mentioned that i had called a different location with questions as well, she pretty much told me to screw off and try that location instead. she was unbelievably rude and when asked a simple question, responded in a manner where you'd think i had asked her to cut off her arm and give it to me. every single lululemon i have ever been to is just full of stuck up individuals who think they're better than their shoppers. it's enough to never shop at the brand again. read more

I have been here many times, and have really enjoyed it. However, I tried to return my leggings and was dismissed with out even an effort. I had received them for Christmas so they had no tags on them, but i knew they were in the systems my friend had recently gone in and exchange her legging with no tags, and I have as well. The cashier didn't even try to look up my name or even attempt partial store credit. There was no manager there either, so no hope with communicating with anyone with authority. If you need to exchange or return your leggings do not do it here! read more

I was out window shopping for future Christmas presents when I wandered into the North Park Lululemon. A very nice young man approached me and welcomed me into the store. He was very kind and not pushy like some sales people can be. He welcomed me and introduced himself to me and asked me how my day was going, and if there was anything that I was particularly looking for. His name is Aaron. I told him that I was just looking for future Christmas gifts for my husband. This is where he showed me his value as a sales associate to Lululemon. He spent over 30 minutes with me, showing me all the clothes and explaining about the quality, fit, colors and online shopping if, an item was not available in the store. He also told me that they can order for me if the size that I needed was not available in the store. Thank you Aaron for spending a lot of time with me. You were amazing! One of my favorite Lululemon stores to visit! All of the educators are super helpful and cater to your needs if you're looking for something specific. They make you feel welcomed and actually teach you about their products and why they're good for running/yoga/whatever other activity you do. I also enjoy that they do a lot of events with the community and help spread the word about nearby studios. As someone who loves trying new things, I love going to Lulu for studio recommendations! I actually found out about Lync Cycling across the street through one of the educators. Overall, a beautiful store with awesome educators! read more

I was visiting the area, this was my first visit to lululemon, and will also be my last. I was being treated very rudely by one of the associates (young Caucasian female), perhaps because I don't fit the typical "lulu ideal profile." (I'm a size 0-2 Asian girl, if that helps paint the picture) Details of the situation: I saw a jacket on a mannequin and was interested in it, so I tried to find the tag. The second, literally, the second I touched the jacket, the associate yelled across the room "ma'am, that's a size 6. That's a size 6 ma'am". I'm confused. So what if it's a size 6? and was it really necessary to yell across the room? If anything, I was just looking for the price tag. A little help there would only seem natural to any good store associates. I guess I will just leave the store then. Sorry lululemon, I don't care if your product is good, I don't care if they're fashionable. Without appropriate customer treatment, you are only building yourself a brand to loathe. Man, I normally love Lululemon- great product and the customer service for the stores I shop at in Los Angeles is incredible- this location had the opposite effect. No one ever acknowledged me and when I did ask for a question I got a pretty rude and snooty approach. I went in a second time, just to make sure it wasn't a "fluke" situation- exact same experience. I went in to exchange an unworn shirt I bought last week with all tags for a larger size, and they said you I can't because of their final sale policy. The ONLY Lululemon I've ever had a rude experience at. I've come here multiple times and each time I do there is always an issue with one or more of the women working here. So many of them have attitudes here for NO reason. I would have never thought that I'd have this problem in TEXAS of all places. All the the Lululemon employees I've had experience with in CA (LA areas) have always been so helpful. A lot of the women here are not helpful and are just straight up rude. I just had two employees I asked to help me find something exchange whispers and eye rolls - are you kidding?!? I will also be letting Lululemon corporate know as well as I know this is not the image for the brand. I love Lululemon. Most of my wardrobe is from the brand - it's sad that some employees have to sour it like this. Also the selection is not great here - they don't get 1/2 of the new releases so there's that also. There are a few nice ladies that work here who are very helpful. The guys here are generally pretty nice as well. read more

I do not like to be waited on hand & foot in a dressing room. They were very friendly & held my room for me. I felt very comfortable here. Dear Lululemon, I am completely disgusted by the way I was treated today and your store. It has ruined my day, I just wanted to return my leggings in peace but instead I was mocked, made fun of, and disappointed. I will never ever be shopping at your store again. A customer beside me was returning leggings for the same reason as me and successfully got new ones, instead of getting the proper store etiquette, I was told to recycle my $98 leggings for $10 each in store credit. That is completely unfair as for I worked very hard to afford these kinds of leggings. I was told your store had the best quality leggings and I am disappointed. your employees are nothing but rude. And need to learn how to treat a customer who spends a lot of money on their store. I was also told I could return both of my leggings from three different employees and the employee at the register but she refused after telling me she would let me exchange them. Went today and waited in line for an hour! Had 15 people in front of us and decided to just leave. I'm not sure how many people they are letting in at a time, but it's very few! We decided to go ahead and leave because the line was not moving at all. Their were also about 8 other customers that left the line as well.
