We brought in three full bags of quality items, and while nothing was said outright, the staff's demeanor made it feel like it was an inconvenience. The energy felt rushed and dismissive. They ended up taking only five items, and one entire bag was returned to us in the exact same order we dropped it off -- clearly untouched. It was frustrating, especially considering how positive my experiences used to be here.
