Store policy sucks. Purchased same size as always. Didn't fit right so took them to the store to trade and they said since tag wasn't attached they couldn't help me! I considered stapling the tag and receipt with a 1000 staples and drop them off and say here! $107 out the window! They are stupid. Will never shop at Levi's again and will spread the word everywhere! read more

Was looking at 501s in the Plano store again after giving up in 2019 from visiting the outlet store in Allen which apparently specializes in factory seconds and not their usual jeans. It was frustrating to try on jeans at the Allen Outlet store to check the fit only to find that every one of three jeans had the wrong size label sewn on. When I asked about it they told me to just keep trying them on until I found something that fit. Really??? So once again, I wrote Levi's off, this time for quality as the denim didn't compare to the old standard from back in my younger days and I didn't have all day to play hunt the whumpus for something that fit amidst all those mis-labled factory seconds. So back to the retail store (not Outlet) I find the 501s fit pretty well, other than I am a tad fatter in middle age and need a 35" waist instead of a 32". Unfortunately the 501s only come in even waist sizes, but while pawing thru the stack I did notice they had all the sizes. The 36" was a bit loose and I am over having to constantly pull up my Wranglers that slide down my age atrophied ass. But it was good enough so I thought I would get the 36 and "grow" into them like in the days of my youth. Alas, I notice the price tag and they are like a HUNDRED FREAKING BUCKS!!! Unfortunately, I don't have money to burn when it comes to jeans that don't even fit well. So hence dock one star. I go home to order them online at $50 sale price and hope that I don't get the same seconds that are being sold in Allen Outlet Store. But alas, I can't get the web page to work with the discount code I was given when I called the online store to ask a question about if they had discontinued white fabric 501 jeans, which sadly they had. So I can't even order the 36" that don't fit well online!! SMH. Who does this website HTML code, the same people they use offshore where they have set up the factory sweat shop? Jimeny Cricket, thinks have sure gone to pot since old Levi and Strauss have both croaked!!! read more

This is my go-to store. While not easy to find parking for, on occasion you get lucky, or you have the opportunity to stretch the legs a bit! The individuals at this store are knowledgeable and very helpful in finding a style and fit for your body and preferences. They're helpful in explaining materials and setting wear-in expectations. They often have sales, which makes this hard to beat to get the true Levi's and not the alternate mass-market (different quality) Levi's at Target or the Levi's Outlets! The custom embroidery is a neat feature as well. Mesmerizing to watch! This store is always worth the drive from Flower Mound! read more

I went to this store in order to return an online order and buy some different jeans. I am giving this store 5 stars because of the extremely helpful associate who was knowledgeable and seemed to actually enjoy her job. She was patient and was interested in helping me make the best decision for me so that I would be happy. You just don't find that in retail very often these days. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I want to say thank you for making the long drive from Dallas to Plano worthwhile. This store also has in-store alterations which I needed to do to make the jeans I wanted fit perfectly. read more

Had a really positive interaction with one of the employees there. I forgot to ask his name but tall guy with dirty blondeish hair. I had to return some jeans that didnt fit me and I was lost trying to find some jeans and I was embarrassed to ask for help. He came over to me and asked what my favorite style of jeans was and he helped me pick out everything I wanted! Really professional and friendly!! Also store has some great discounts and a cool tailor/patch section for your jeans. Would recommend! read more

Garrett was AMAZING!!! My husband ordered a ton of Levi's online and they were all the wrong size. We went to the store and Garrett greeted us immediately & took the time to see why the pants didn't work. My husband was pretty set on a certain style, but told Garrett what he wanted from the overall fit. Garrett pulled two different styles that my husband loved and we were sold! It has been awhile since we have been in an actual store to shop, and the great service we received will definitely have us coming back! read more

This is my favorite store in the world and I shop here all the time. I never had a bad experience, other than the fact that some of the employees seemed annoyed by me since I am in the store so often, but I don't let that bother me. However I was just there to return some items I purchased online, and the company policy clearly states that I am to receive store credit, which is what I wanted. The two sales women however, told me I was wrong and that I couldn't get store credit and that I would have to have it go back to my credit card. So now I have ordered $300 Worth of clothes and paid the extra for expedited shipping only to have to wait up to 7 days for my money, then turn around and reorder them once I receive my refund. I am not saying this is a horrible place or business because I think the exact opposite but this experience was truly disappointing, and the sales people were more worried about their store numbers than making sure I, the customer, was satisfied. The only good thing about this experience is the wonderful customer service woman who gave me a code for free expedited shipping when I am finally able to reorder the jeans. read more

I love Levi's jeans. They are made well and last a lifetime. I do not have a problem with the jeans nor the selection at this location. I do, however, feel the need to mention how uncomfortable the staff makes me. In my 3 minutes of being at the store I was asked if I needed help by every staff member. As soon as I held a pair of jeans to look at they asked if they could put it in the fitting room for me. This happened over and over again. As soon as I touched a hanger I heard, "Do you want me to put those in a fitting room for you?" Like can I see if I like them first? I literally felt like I couldn't move without someone having a comment on it. Jeans are something you need to take your time once trying on as they are a staple in your closet. I kid you not as soon as I shut the door to try on 3 pairs of jeans I was checked on in the first 2 minutes. Over and over again I was asked if I needed anything and felt like I was taking too long. I'd like to note that I don't think I looked sketchy or made any indication that I would be taking anything without paying. I get that the idea may be to provide a hospitable service but holy cow I have never had so much anxiety in my life. I love Levi's but I always have to mentally prepare myself before I go into the store. read more

She gave me advice on the fit of different styles, waist adjustment cost and different customization options. I've never shopped at Levi's before but will definitely be back! read more

There are nice employees here however the manager is not welcoming or empathetic at all. I had a mix up with an online order, i waited 3 weeks then contacted support who told me they were lost. Turns out they actually delivered to me the next day. I went to exchange a pair (at this moment I've paid for 2 pairs and got 2 pairs, no refund to see in my account). The lady said they are marked as returned and she had to keep the pair I wanted to exchange. So now as the customer I have paid for 2 jeans and she took one pair away. Hopefully I get the refund on one pair that was marked returned and she kept. Very frustrating experience all together, I just wanted new jeans! The woman manager was very stern with me and acted like it was my fault that this happened and did not apologize for the mix up or anything. Horrible job of making me, the customer, happy! Maybe she was having a bad day. Idk. read more
