I visited this location last weekend to get another hole in my belt because it is too big. The tag still attached to the belt. The customer service representative on the floor did check and they stated it could not be done because it would ruin the belt. Understood. I proceeded to inquire as to if I could simply exchange for a smaller size. She again checked and I could not because it was purchased at Gucci San Marcos outlet. However, after checking to see where I purchased the belt, she advised me to contact the San Marcos store and request a return slip to exchange for another size. Great! I did contact the San Marcos store and they advised that purchases can only be exchanged/returned within 30 days. So why did the Gucci rep at Legacy West even recommend that as an option knowing Gucci's policy? She sent me down a rabbit hole unnecessarily. Thanks but no Thanks! read more

I LOVE this store and ALL the sales consultants as well as their leadership. Nitre is my consultant. She is always helpful, no pressure to purchase but she always recommend items and if I don't like them she's not offended. She just smiles and continues to grow our relationship. Kat is one of the managers and she's a delight also. They are so thoughtful and courteous and treat you special. Not all Gucci boutiques are like this. Had a horrible experience at Northpark in Dallas. I thought I was invisible to the woman in apparel. I'm pretty sure I won't go to this store anymore. The sales gal I had was great but the other sales associates are silly. It definitely didn't feel like a high end sales experience. I dress low key I know I'm not decked out head to toe in labels nor will I ever be! It doesn't mean I don't have money to spend. It makes me think twice about the brand. Received Gucci glasses for my birthday, decal fell off and I took it to the Gucci store to have it repaired, after calling and was told they would fix. 3 weeks later they call and stated they couldn't fix it because I didn't have the receipt. I am a regular at Gucci. This location just doesn't do it for me. It's almost as if most employees refuse to provide customer service if you aren't dressed in designer from head to toe or a Dallas Cowboys player's wife. I've seen how they treat other customers. There are some good employees there so that's why I won't give it a 1 star, but I suggest this location treat everyone with dignity. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this Gucci location. It was his first time at the Legacy strip, we usually shop at NorthPark Mall. Lindsey was so nice and helpful. I know some sales people can be pushy or overbearing, but Lindsey was neither one. She even recommended a great bbq spot at the food court.
