This place is huge--two floors of sporting goods wonderland with a giant fish tank arch on the first floor! There are tons of Texas and Dallas Cowboys-themed photo ops, a literal Ferris wheel inside the store, and a massive café with food options, beef jerky bar, and tons of fudge and candied nuts. Out of boredom and curiosity I wait for the bald dilbert at the other cashier station to finally finish checking someone out, after 25 minutes, so I step forward. 3-4 minutes go by and he doesn't acknowledge my presence. Then he calls out the name of someone without even looking at me and proceeds to get into a lengthy conversation and I am back at square 1. 30 minutes, made it to the front, no acknowledgment of my existence. All of you people are not qualified to take change at a toll road. The savings on the firearms does not make up for the nonexistent customer service and lack of common sense that is hovering over this entire department. All of you suck at life.
